Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. On this October 14th, I am very happy to meet you all through this Auspicious word. May the Lord bless you.
What is the Auspicious word the Lord has for us today? Let us read Psalm 119:50: “For Your word has given me life.”
There is life in the words of the Lord. When that life enters you, dead organs will come to life, and blessings that seemed dead will be revived and restored.
If you look at the Bible, the Lord spoke a short word: “Talitha, cumi.” That word went forth and brought the twelve-year-old daughter of the synagogue ruler back to life.
In another place, the Lord said, “Young man, I say to you, arise.” That word went forth and revived a young man whose body was being carried out for burial. The word that proceeded from Jesus’ mouth brought him back to life.
In another instance, the Lord spoke the word, “Ephphatha,” meaning “Be opened.” That word reached a man who could not speak properly. The Lord loosed his tongue and enabled him to speak clearly.
At the wedding in Cana, the Lord spoke, and the water was transformed into wine. The words that came from the Lord’s mouth brought about a miraculous change.
Therefore, the words that proceed from the Lord’s mouth, sweeter than honey and the honeycomb, reach you every day through this Auspicious word.
Even today, many people have received these words and testified, saying, “The word spoken through Brother Stephen brought healing and renewed my kidneys. The word spoken through Brother Stephen revived my womb. The word that came through Brother Stephen restored my life when I thought everything was over.”
It is the Word of God that brings life. It is not Brother Stephen’s own words that bring people back to life. Rather, the Word of God, spoken through the Scriptures and shared through him, enters their lives and brings revival.
We read about this power of God’s Word throughout the Bible.
Dear child of God today, whatever blessing seems to have died in your life, trust the Lord and hold on to His Word. Whether you are praying for your womb, kidneys, liver, lungs, or any other part of your body, pray with faith: “Lord, let Your Word bring healing and restoration to my body today. Let Your Word revive my life, my business, my ministry, my spirit, and my soul.”
When the Lord’s Word enters your heart, even the soul that has been dead in sin can live again. His Word must enter deep within you. When the Word of the Lord reaches your heart, your conscience and soul, which were dead because of sin, can be revived.
That is how the prodigal son experienced a revival in his life and character. Zacchaeus also experienced a transformation in his nature.
Today, the Lord will bring about a transformation in your life and nature. May He bless you with healing and restoration and renew your strength.
Testimony
Sister Kalaiselvi from Manali shares: “My daughter’s name is Swetha, and she is studying in the 12th standard. For three months, she suffered greatly from continuous bleeding and severe weakness.
During that time, I was watching the Mangala Vaarthai program presented by Brother Stephen. During the prayer time, Brother prayed specifically for those suffering from continuous bleeding, saying, ‘Children who are suffering from continuous bleeding, be healed.’
After that prayer, the bleeding, which had continued without stopping for three months, ceased that very day. My daughter received healing, and the problem was resolved. Since then, her menstrual cycle has returned to normal. The Lord has also graciously enabled her to attend school without any hindrance.”
See how the Word went forth and brought healing to this girl! Think about how difficult it must have been for a school-going girl to experience continuous bleeding for three months. Even adult women find such conditions difficult to endure. How much more difficult it must have been for a young girl! It causes great discomfort and leaves the body extremely weak.
Usually, people find it difficult to endure such conditions even for a few days. But look at how, through this Mangala Vaarthai program, people are testifying to the healing and restoration they have experienced in their bodies and lives!
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Even now, Lord, for every child, bring revival and restoration wherever it is needed. You know everything, and nothing is hidden from You. Whatever area of their lives needs Your touch, whatever organ or part of their body needs healing, and whatever blessing seems to have been lost, let Your life-giving Word bring restoration according to Your will.
Help Your children to live in peace on this earth. Lord, look with favour upon all those celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries today. Bless them abundantly.
May Your promise, “I will show you marvelous things,” be fulfilled in their lives from this very moment.
