Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all this August 11th through this Auspicious word. May God bless you. What is the Auspicious word the Lord has for us today?
Let us take and read 2 Samuel 5:10: “So David went on and became great, and the LORD God of hosts was with him.”
Beloved children of God, today, many of you may feel that your efforts are decreasing day by day. You may be in mental agony and tears today. But today, the Lord is going to bring a great change in your life. Just as David went on and became great, the Lord will bring day-by-day progress in your business, ministry, studies and workplace.
David, who once tended sheep, was exalted by the Lord step by step. First, he became a soldier. Then, he was placed in charge of the army. After that, he became the king’s son-in-law. Finally, the Lord anointed him as the king of Israel. When we look at David’s past, we can see that he went through many difficult and painful paths. He lived through many agonising situations. Because of the fear of his enemies, he hid in caves and valleys.
Perhaps you too are hiding somewhere because of fear—fear of your enemies, fear of your friends, or fear of the people around you. The Lord will bring you out of that place and fill you with the spirit of courage. Just as the Lord supported David, He will support you today. The secret behind David becoming greater day by day was this: “The LORD God of hosts was with him.”
Therefore, children of God who are expecting progress, today, come into the presence of God and say, “Lord, if You are with me, let me experience progress and greatness day by day. Let this situation of regression and decline change.” If there is any iniquity within you that is preventing the Lord from dwelling in your heart, humbly submit yourself to Him and say, “Lord, if there is anything within me that displeases You, graciously forgive me.” When you submit yourself to the Lord, He will forgive you. He will come and dwell upon the throne of your heart and exalt you. He will make you sit with kings and honour you.
Testimony
My sister became physically very weak and was in a critical condition, so we admitted her to the hospital. Although the doctors treated her, after some time they gave up hope and she continued to struggle. In this situation, I sent an email to Brother Stephen requesting prayer support. Brother prayed and said, “This is not a disease leading to death, but it is for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified through this.” He also sent this verse and clearly wrote the prophetic word. I claimed that word and prayed. By the grace of God, my sister was completely healed and came home safely from the hospital. Now she is healthy. May the Lord do such miracles for you too.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Just as David went on and became great, from today, give progress day by day to everyone. Whether in their family, income, workplace or ministry, command greatness and progress day by day. Lord, for those children who are sick and in hospitals or at home, give them health and strength in their bodies day by day.
Safeguard and protect my children from every bondage of death. Let my children not borrow, but make them people who lend. We thank You for doing wonders in their lives. According to this Auspicious word, may miracles happen in the lives of my children throughout this whole year. Amen.
