Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all on this October 1st through this Auspicious word.
What is the Auspicious word for us today? Psalm 92:14 says, “They shall still bear fruit in old age; they shall be fresh and flourishing.”
It begins with the word “they.” Who are “they”? If you look at verse 13 of the same Psalm, it says, “Those who are planted in the house of the Lord.”
If you want to bear fruit even in your old age and remain fresh and flourishing throughout your life, you need to be planted in the house of the Lord. Thus says the Lord.
The church is the place where the Lord dwells. The place where God dwells is called the church.
If you go inside a church, no one will ask you, “Which caste do you belong to? Which religion do you belong to? Which God do you worship? Why have you come here?” No one will ask you such questions.
In the place where the Lord dwells, everyone has the right to enter. It does not show differences between Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, or people of any other religion. When you go inside, you can seek God, meet with Him, praise Him, hear the Word of God, and receive His blessing.
When you come into the church, the Lord will not ask, “Which caste or religion do you belong to?” Instead, He will ask, “Daughter, what is your problem? Son, what is your problem? What can I do so that you will be happy?”
He will ask about your troubles, and He will help you through them. That is the church where the Lord dwells.
No matter what religion you follow, when your heart is troubled, sit in the church and see. You do not need to go only when there is a worship service or a gathering. Even if there is no gathering, simply go and sit there. The divine peace of God will fill your heart. I have experienced this myself. There is no doubt that the divine peace of God will fill your heart.
Not only that, those who are planted in the house of the Lord will bear fruit even in their old age. They will be fresh and flourishing. No matter how old they become, they will have within them the grace and blessing to bear fruit.
Bearing fruit means developing good qualities and living a life that produces good fruit. The church helps us walk in a good path. When you go to church, you receive good counsel. You are taught to live according to your conscience. You are taught to respect your parents and how to live responsibly in society.
Not only that, you are taught to fear the Lord. You learn how to behave at school, how to conduct yourself in college, how to behave with your teachers, how to live in your family, and how to behave with your relatives. All these things are taught in a good church.
My beloved children of God, when you go to church and return, the words you hear there and the anointing you receive there will bear fruit in your old age. The Lord will help you remain fresh and flourishing.
Hannah went to the temple of God and cried out to the Lord. She asked the Lord for one child, but the Lord blessed her with five more children.
The temple of God is so special. A woman who had suffered from an illness for eighteen years and was unable to stand upright went to the house of God. When she went there, she received healing, and her condition was changed.
This shows us that nothing is impossible for God. Whenever your heart is troubled, pour out your heart before the Lord and cry out to Him.
Testimony:
“We came last year, in the month of August, to the APO meeting. During the individual prayer, we asked Brother Stephen to pray for our son’s job. Brother earnestly prayed for him. The very next month, our son got a job.
The following year, in May 2026, we came to the APO meeting and asked Brother to pray for our son’s marriage during the individual prayer. By the grace of God, a good bride was arranged for our son. We have exchanged the flowers and got them engaged.
I also participated in the June 2026 meeting and asked Brother to pray for us to purchase an auto. Brother prayed, and according to the Mangala Vaarthai, that very same month we bought an auto by the grace of God.
The Lord heard all the prayers offered by Brother for us and is continuously performing miracles in our family.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Give the blessing of bearing fruit even in old age and being fresh and flourishing to all those who are reading this message.
May every weakness in their bodies be changed. Lord, because of ageing, there may be weakness in their bodies and some organs may not be functioning properly. In the name of Jesus, let them be healed right now. May those organs begin to function properly right now.
So that they may be able to bear fruit even in old age, give them a holy heart.
May they be fresh and flourishing in every area of their lives—financially, spiritually, and in their family life. May every blessing be before them. I bless them and pray in the name of Jesus.
Today, whatever my children are expecting and praying for on this 1st of October, may all those desires and requests be fulfilled before the end of this month.
