Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. May the name of the Lord be glorified.
What is the Auspicious word the Lord has for us today? Let us read Psalm 34:8: “Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!”
“Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good.” Children of God, the reason we are alive today is because the Lord has been good to us. If the Lord had not been good to us, we would have perished long ago. Our chapter would have been closed long back. But the Lord has protected us and brought us this far.
Today, the Lord is looking at you and saying, “Taste and see that the LORD is good.” He is giving you a new opportunity to experience His goodness.
There may be certain matters for which you have been praying for a long time. You may be saying, “In this matter, the Lord will do something good for me. In this matter, something good will happen.” Whatever good things you are expecting from the Lord, the Bible says that you will taste and see His goodness.
Perhaps you have been expecting a visa for a long time. The Lord may open that door and help you taste His goodness. Perhaps you are waiting for your child’s marriage. The Lord will fulfil that desire and help you testify on the day of the marriage, “The Lord is truly good!”
Perhaps you are waiting for freedom from a court case. The Lord will give you victory and help you experience His goodness. Perhaps you have been waiting for the blessing of a child for many years. The Lord will open a new way, bless you with a child, and help you come and testify, “The Lord is good!”
The Lord will also open ways to restore everything you have lost. Two thousand years ago, the Lord Jesus went about doing good so that everyone who encountered Him could experience and testify that the Lord is good. Wherever He went, He performed miracles.
Today, in your life and in your family, whatever area you desire to experience the goodness of the Lord, He will perform a miracle. Submit that matter into the hands of the Lord and trust in Him. He Himself will take control of those matters and make them successful.
Testimony
“My parents had been searching for a life partner for me for seven years. There were many hindrances, and my parents became discouraged and worried. In this situation, I participated in an APO meeting and also attended the individual prayer. Brother Stephen gave me a Mangala Vaarthai, prayed earnestly for me, blessed me, and sent me home. The Lord heard the prayer of His servant and broke the hindrances to my marriage. By the grace of God, my marriage took place with great joy and celebration. Through the prayers of Brother Stephen, the Lord blessed me with a good husband. Praise be to God!”
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Lord, let my children not only taste and see that You are good, but let them testify throughout their towns and communities that You are a good God. Let many miracles and signs happen one after another in their lives.
May Your goodness be experienced by the parents in their homes, the elders, the children, and the grandchildren. Thank You, Lord, for doing good things for everyone.
Lord, wherever there is weakness in their bodies, let Your strength strengthen them. Cancel every deadly disease they are carrying and grant them divine healing. Give them divine honour and restore everything they have lost. Thank You, Lord, for doing good things for Your children.
