Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all on this Friday, September 19th, through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
What is the Auspicious word the Lord has for us today?
John 16:20 – “Your sorrow will be turned into joy.”
Perhaps in your home, family, or workplace someone is filled with sorrow. Kindly share this Auspicious word with them. Let their faith be revived, and may their sorrow turn into joy. Today is your miracle day—a day when the Lord will change the atmosphere of sorrow into joy.
In the Bible, we see how Isaac was deeply sorrowful after the death of his mother, Sarah. Daily, he sat meditating to forget his grief. The Lord saw his sorrow and brought Rebekah into his life. The Bible says Isaac loved her, and he was comforted after his mother’s death. The God who comforted Isaac is the same God who will comfort you and change your sorrow into joy.
But the Lord says: “Your days of mourning shall be ended” (Isaiah 60:18–20). He will bring good news into your home and change your sorrow into joy.
For those sorrowing over delayed marriages, the Lord Himself will bring the right life partner. For those longing for children, the Lord will open the womb. Write today in faith: “By next month, the Lord will enable me to conceive.” He is the God of miracles.

Brother Kevin shares: “My wife and I went to New Zealand for higher studies. My mother participated in the Anbarin Paathathil fasting meeting and prayed with Brother Stephen. By the grace of God, before I completed my studies, I received a government job there. We were deeply sorrowful because we had no children. Doctors said my wife had a cyst in her uterus and there was no chance for her to bear a child. We were heartbroken. Later, we met Brother Stephen for prayer. He prayed and gave the Mangala Vaarthai: ‘You will surely conceive and deliver a child.’ After that, my wife conceived, and the Lord graciously blessed us with a beautiful girl child. Praise be to God!”
The Lord who turned their sorrow into joy will do the same for you.
Prayer:
Loving Lord, we thank You. Today, let Your word remove their sorrow and bring comfort. Turn their tears into rejoicing. May continuous failures become victories. Those who were insulted—make their names great. Whatever blessings are missing in their lives and causing sorrow—whether it is the fruit of the womb, a good job, or a home—grant it to them and turn their sorrow into joy. Remove every hindrance to marriage, open closed wombs, and bless those in rented houses with their own homes.
Even now, I submit to You those celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries today. According to Your word, may this Auspicious word be fulfilled in their lives.
