God Will Lift You Up - Bro. T. Stephen

Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you on this day, September 18th, through this Auspicious word. May God bless you all.

what is the Auspicious word that the Lord has for us today? The book of the Prophet Zephaniah, chapter 3, verse 19, says:
“I will appoint them for praise and fame.”

Do you know who needs praise and fame? It is not for those who already have it. They are already established in their success and recognition. Praise and fame are for those who have been despised or looked down upon. These are for those whose reputation has been tarnished or destroyed. The Lord is coming to lift them up today. He will restore their dignity and give them honor.

Praise means that people who once saw you as insignificant will now speak highly of you. Your status and position will change. If you have been struggling, living in debt, or renting a house, you may have been considered insignificant. People may have mocked you, thinking you lack education, talent, or potential. But the Lord will raise you up. He will place within you a special gift, a new talent, and a great purpose. Where you once stood with your head bowed in shame, the Lord will make your name great in that very place. People who once insulted you will be astonished at the way the Lord will transform your life.

For some, this praise will lead to fame—an even greater blessing. Fame is not just recognition; it is promotion to a higher level. The Lord will take you from where you were to a place of prominence.

If your children have dishonored the family name or if you have made mistakes in the past, today the Lord is giving you an opportunity to redeem yourself. Even if you’ve failed repeatedly, the Lord is able to lift you up. Where others say you will never succeed, the Lord will show you favor and make you victorious.

Let me share a testimony with you. Sister Hemamalini from Chennai says:
“When I completed my studies, I succeeded in the campus interview and was given permission for a 3-month training period. After the training, I expected to be given a job, but I did not get one. I was greatly disappointed. However, I prayed with Brother Stephen during an individual prayer. When Brother prayed, he prophetically told me that the Lord had prepared a high position for me in that same company. To my surprise, just as the prophecy was spoken, I was offered a job as a sales coordinator, and now I am working there.”

See how the Lord fulfilled her prophecy! Similarly, I believe He will fulfill His word in your life as well.

Prayer

Loving Lord, You are an impartial God, and You give equally to all. We trust that You will bless our children, restore their reputation, and provide them with new opportunities. Even if they have made mistakes or brought shame to their name, You will lift them up. You will give them new hope, new opportunities, and great success.

For those who feel like they have lost everything, who wonder if anyone will ever trust them again, we ask that You give them the strength to rise. Today, in the very place where they were once brought low, let them experience praise and fame. Bring them to a place of honor and respect.

We also pray for those who are in need of healing—those who feel like they have been forsaken or have not been able to have children. Lord, hear their cries and open their wombs. Make them fruitful and bless them with children who will bring honor to Your name.

Lastly, we lift up those who are celebrating birthdays and anniversaries today. May this year be filled with blessings, prosperity, and joy. We declare that good things will happen to them this year according to Your promises.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
