April 17, 2026
Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. May the name of the Lord be glorified. I am delighted to meet you all this April 17th through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
Today, in my home, it is my second grandchild’s birthday. In Jesus’ name, I wish my granddaughter Bianca a very happy birthday as her grandfather. I request all of you to pray for Bianca. May God bless you all.
What is the Auspicious word for us today? Let us read Zephaniah 3:20: “For I will give you fame and praise.”
The Lord is looking at you and saying that in the past you may have lost your good name or brought shame upon your family, but today He promises to restore you with fame, praise, and glory. The Lord will establish you with honor in your workplace, in your family, in your ministry, and in your studies. Even in sports and other talents, if you desire to achieve and be recognized, the Lord will grant you success and bring you fame.
Many parents are training their children for achievements at the state, national, and even international levels. To encourage such parents and children, the Lord says, “I will make your children renowned in fame, praise, and glory.” They will accomplish great things. Some parents may be worried, saying their children are not doing well in studies or are unable to succeed in anything. If you are troubled, place your hands on your children and pray, saying, “Lord, You have promised to give my children fame and praise. Let it be fulfilled in their studies, work, and all their efforts.” When parents lay hands and pray, the Lord’s hands are upon the children. Wisdom and understanding will be given to them. Any child lacking wisdom should ask the Lord, who gives generously, and He will grant it, enabling them to rise and sit among the great.
Testimony
A mother shared that her son had been selected in an HCL interview but had to wait nine months for the work order, which caused him great discouragement. During that time, he attended a Chennai Shaemam meeting and prayed for a job. At the end of the meeting, he shared his situation with Dr. Bavya Deril Stephen, who prayed for him. Through that prayer, a prophetic word was given: “You will see greater things than these.” The Lord answered that prayer, and instead of the expected job, he received an opportunity in a larger company, Cognizant Technology Solutions. He has now been sent to Pune for training. What a wonderful testimony! The Lord is using His servants mightily, and many lives are being transformed. You too can participate in such meetings and receive blessings.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. You have said, “I will give you fame and praise.” Let their studies prosper, their businesses grow, and their ministries flourish. In their professions, grant them name and honor. Wherever they once faced shame or rejection, in those very places establish them with praise and dignity.
Even now, look upon those who are celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries today. May they become joyful parents, rejoicing in their homes. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
