Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all this September 11th through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
What is the Auspicious word the Lord has for us today? Shall we read Isaiah 41:9? “You are My servant, I have chosen you.”
Children of God, each one of you is a chosen child of God. From the beginning of this year until its end, the eyes of the Lord will be focused on you. The reason you are alive today is because His eyes have been upon you. Because the Lord’s eyes were focused on you, every deadly plan of the enemy that was formed against you and every plan intended to bring destruction upon you was destroyed. If you are still alive today, it is because of His grace.
The Lord says, “You are My servant. I have chosen you.” The Lord is taking ownership of you. You can see this clearly in these words: “You are My servant. You are My child.” These words are not spoken by man, but by God Himself.
I do not know how many of you are excited when you hear this, but I am very happy. I am just an ordinary human being, yet the Lord looks at me and says, “You are My child.” It is as though He is patting me on the chest and saying it with love.
Not only that, the Lord says, “I have chosen you.” He is the One who has chosen you. He is the One who chose you to be an engineer, a doctor, a scientist, an auditor, a good teacher, or a servant of God. The Lord has chosen your profession according to His will.
Until now, you may have lived your life according to your own plans. But after today, the Lord is saying, “You are My servant. I have chosen you, and I will be glorified in you.”
How will the Lord be glorified in you? It is not only when you are placed in a glorious position. The people around you should look at your life and say, “His Lord has done great things for him. That is why he has grown and become a great person today.”
So, the Lord is not only saying, “You are My servant” and “I have chosen you,” but also, “I will be glorified in you.”
This means that glorious and wonderful things are going to happen in your family. The Lord Himself is going to do it. Therefore, do not remain in sorrow.
Some of you may be feeling sad and saying, “What is this life? We wake up, go to work, eat, and sleep. Life is boring.” Do not think like that.
If you do not want your life to become boring, unite yourself with the Lord and walk with Him. Participate in church activities. Do social work. Help the poor and engage in volunteer work. When you live in this way, you will experience tranquillity and peace in your life, and the Lord will be glorified through you.
Testimony
“I participated in the Family Blessing Meeting held at the Coimbatore Prayer Tower. During the individual prayer, I asked Brother Stephen to pray that my son would receive a promotion. Brother earnestly prayed for him. I also sent a prayer request by email to Brother Stephen, asking him to pray for my son, and Brother prayed for him and replied to my email.
Every day, I listened to Brother Stephen’s sermons on YouTube and joined with him in prayer. The Lord heard all these prayers and gave my son a promotion at his workplace.”
Listen carefully. A sister from Bangalore came and participated in our monthly Family Blessing Meeting at the Coimbatore Prayer Tower. She came especially to pray for her son, who had not received a promotion at his workplace for a long time. The Lord heard her prayer and gave her son a blessed promotion along with an increment.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. You have said, “You are My servant, I have chosen you.” You have chosen us, called us, and are helping us walk in the calling You have given us.
Lord, our professions, our work, our life partners, and the children You have given us—all these are in Your hands. After today, help each and every one of Your children hold firmly to You and walk according to Your will.
Lord, You have chosen them so that You may be glorified through their lives. Give them good promotions, honour, increase, and glory. May every weapon formed against them not prosper. May every act of sorcery and every evil plan against them be cancelled.
In every case and situation, may the result come in favour of Your children. I bless them in the name of Jesus.
May this Auspicious word be fulfilled in their lives throughout this whole year.
