Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all this September 15th through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
Let us take and read the Gospel of John 15:5. It says, “I am the vine, you are the branches,” says the Lord.
If you look at a vine, many branches arise from it. If you look at a grapevine, a support or vine stake is usually placed for the vine to grow upon. The vine grows on it, the branches spread along it, and we can see grapes hanging from it in clusters.
The vineyard looks very beautiful. If you see it, it will look like a beautiful tent, and as we walk through it, we can see clusters of grapes hanging everywhere—some green, some purple, some black, and some of different shades. When you see all these clusters of grapes hanging, you cannot help but want to pluck and eat them.
So today, the Lord is saying, “I am the vine, and you are the branches.”
That means a season of bearing fruit is coming into your life. From your branch, clusters of fruit will hang. You will bear fruit. You will give blessed fruit to many people.
In these grape wineries, henceforth, wine will flow. Why? Because when clusters of grapes come, wine will flow in the wineries. That means flowing blessings.
You will receive a permanent job and a permanent source of income, and you will become a blessing to many. For that, what should we do? We should grow in the Lord who said, “I am the Vine.” You should branch out from Him.
If you branch out from somewhere else, it may produce sour fruit. But He is the sweet Lord. Unite with that sweet Lord and branch out from Him; then you will bear sweet fruit. Because of you, many people will become happy.
The Bible says, “Because of your birth, no one will be sad.” Some mothers say, “Why did I give birth to him? I am worried and vexed.” Some say, “Why did I raise him to become a great person? I am vexed because of him.”
We have seen the Lord say that such a thing should not be said about us. Therefore, do sweet things for others. You should do things that make others happy. You should not make others grieve.
For that, what should you do? You should unite with the Lord. If your branches and fruits come from the Lord, they will bring a great reward.
Testimony
“I am working as a Senior Engineer in an MNC company. Within a week after I got married, my husband lost his job in the IT company where he was working. There was a shortage of money, which led him into depression and made him very sorrowful.
In such a situation, I watched the Mangala Vaarthai program every day and prayed along with Brother Stephen. I faithfully claimed the Mangala Vaarthai each day and prayed with tears.
The Lord saw our situation and gave me a promotion in my job twice. He also gave me a salary increment twice. At an unexpected time, the Lord also helped us to have our own house.
Also, in the Mangala Vaarthai program on February 26th, Brother Stephen prayed for those who were jobless. The Lord said, ‘I am giving a job order into your hands.’ He clearly prophesied that they would receive a job.
On the fifth day after he prophesied and prayed, my husband received a high-paying job in a good IT company. I give thanks to God and to Brother Stephen for his powerful prayers.”
Listen carefully. Her husband lost his job within a week of their marriage. At that time, see what happened—she received a double promotion and a double increment.
When she heard these words, she received them, claimed them, and prayed about them. Then what happened? On February 26th, through that Mangala Vaarthai, the Lord gave a word that those who were without a job would receive a job order.
Exactly on the fifth day, her husband received the job order. Now he has joined the IT company with a high salary.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Lord, You are our Vine. Help all those who remain attached to You and bear fruit. Bless my children to grow and branch out from You. Thank You for establishing them on this earth and making them a blessing to many.
For all these things, we offer millions of thanks and praises to You. May this word be fulfilled in the lives of my children from this moment onwards. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.
