Blossom Like the Lily - Bro. T. Stephen

Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the matchless name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

On this November 6th, I am very happy to meet each of you through this Auspicious word. May the Lord bless you.

Alright, what is the Mangala Vaarthai the Lord has prepared for us today? Let us read from the book of the prophet Hosea, chapter 14, verse 5: Hosea 14:5 (NKJV): “He shall blossom like the lily, and cast forth his roots like Lebanon.”

Today, the Lord looks at you and your children and says, “Just as the lily blossoms beautifully, the days are coming when your children will blossom, bud, and bear fruit. The seasons for your children to shine are coming. The seasons when they will bloom in all their splendour are approaching. The obstacles in your children’s lives will be removed, and the hindrances to their marriages will be broken.”

Perhaps some of you have children who have reached a certain age but have not yet attained puberty. They have not blossomed or developed into young women. If this is your situation, the Lord says through this verse that the time is coming when your child will blossom like the lily. Just as a bud unfolds and becomes a beautiful flower, your child too will grow and blossom into womanhood. For such children, today will be a day of change. The Lord has broken the hindrances.

Some parents are sitting and weeping over this very matter, saying, “All the children studying with my daughter have grown up, but my daughter alone has not received this blessing.” The Lord says, “She will blossom like the lily!” Say Amen! Even today, this very night, miracles will take place in the families of many such children. May the Lord bless you.

The Lord will also break the obstacles standing in the way of marriage. Even children who are stubbornly saying that they do not want to get married will one day come forward and plead to get married. Pray while holding on to this verse. Say, “Lord, my child must blossom. You have said that she will blossom like the lily. Lord, let my child blossom.” Hold on to this promise and pray today. Good things will happen.

Some of you may be saying, “The family came, placed flowers, and confirmed the marriage, but they have not returned since then.” The Lord says, “I will cause them to return.” The Lord will help your child receive her inheritance in that very same place. Those who once said they did not want it will soon long for it and say, “We want this!”

Not only that, the verse also says, “You will take root like Lebanon.” Lebanon is known for its cedar trees, which grow tall and stand firmly rooted. In the same way, the Lord will help you take root, establish your footing, and remain steadfast in the very place where you are. Every power of witchcraft intended to uproot you completely and destroy your lineage will be broken. Those who practised witchcraft, hoping to shake you and destroy your family from its very roots, will not prevail. The Lord says that the fruit of the womb will be firmly established, and there will be no more miscarriages or barrenness in your life. Your pregnancy will take root and remain secure.

Perhaps some of you have children who conceive repeatedly but experience miscarriages. The Lord says that, like the cedars of Lebanon, your pregnancy will be firmly established and sustained. You may even name your child Lebanon as a reminder of this promise. From now on, your job will be established, your income will be established, your business will be established, and your ministry will be established. May the Lord bless you.

Testimony

Sister M. Martha from Ayappakkam shares: “My husband had given Rs. 1.5 lakhs to one of his customers, but the person failed to return the money. For two years, whenever we tried contacting him on his mobile phone, it was switched off. In that situation, I attended the Anbarin Paathathil Oru Naal fasting prayer and prayed with Brother Stephen. After praying, Brother sent me off with just one word: ‘The money will be recovered.’ Just as Brother said, the person who had borrowed the money from my husband came searching for us and returned the entire amount!”

Prayer

Loving Lord, we thank You. Lord, some are saying, “I am unable to shine in my profession. I am unable to shine in my family, my job, or my business.” O Lord, You are the One who causes the lily to blossom. Is there anything too difficult for You? You can cause their businesses and their children’s lives to blossom. We thank You for bringing this change into their lives. Lord, help them shine brightly. Grant them the grace to excel in their respective fields and gain a good name and reputation. Let them experience this season of blossoming.

Just as the cedars of Lebanon stand firmly rooted, let my children take root and become firmly established. Whatever blessings have not lasted or remained in their lives, whether the blessing of children, income, or wealth, let all these blessings remain steadfast from now on. Rebuild and firmly establish every family that is currently in a shaken condition.

Lord, look upon those who are celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries at this time. May Your promise, “I will do better for you than at your beginnings,” be fulfilled in their lives from this very moment. In Jesus’ name, Heavenly Father, we pray.
Amen.
