Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all this September 29th through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
The Auspicious word the Lord gives us today is from Deuteronomy 28:3: “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.”
Who will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country? Those children who obey the commandments and statutes of the Lord.
Where are the Lord’s statutes? They are in your conscience. The Holy Spirit urges you and tells you what you should and should not do. The Holy Spirit, who has written the statutes of the Bible, will speak in your heart and tell you, “Do not do this; it is wrong. Do this; it is good. Go to this place; it is good. Do not go there; it is not good.”
When you live according to the guidance of the Holy Spirit and obey the Word of God, you will be blessed in the city and blessed in the country. Your tasks will succeed, and the work of your hands will prosper.
The Bible says that the heavens themselves will open their floodgates. If that happens, what will happen? You will no longer need to borrow; you will lend to many people. You will help many poor people. You will stand and build up many ministries. The Lord will bless you to such an extent that He will make your name great.
So today, according to the Word of God, may all the family blessings mentioned in Psalm 128 be fulfilled upon your head as Yes and Amen.
In the city where you dwell, you will live, prosper, be established, and do well. If you have gone abroad to settle in another place, the Lord will do good and give you grace there. He will make your name great. After this, the Lord will not allow you to beg from others. Instead, the heavens will open their floodgates for you.
Testimony
“It has been 14 years since we got married, and we were still without a child. We were living in great sorrow. Though we underwent many medical treatments, there was no result.
In such a situation, we attended the APO Fasting Meeting with fasting and prayer. During the prayer time, when Brother Stephen prayed in the presence of God, he prophetically called out my name, Tabitha, and prayed for me.
What a surprise! In that very same month, I naturally conceived. Now I am in my sixth month of pregnancy.
Think about it. Tabitha’s name was called out by the Lord. She had been without a child for 14 years, and no one knew who would come to the meeting. But when she came there in sorrow, the Lord called her by name and prophetically spoke to her. Because of that prayer, she conceived in the same month, and now she is six months pregnant. May the name of the Lord be glorified!”
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Lord, according to the verse You have given us today, let all those children be blessed in their cities. In foreign countries, places, and nations, may they and their children be blessed. Lord, let them live in the fear of You and receive the goodness and grace that You give them.
May mercy and goodness follow them all the days of their lives. In the very city where My children once stood with their heads bowed down, make their names great. May the Lord look upon the children who are celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries today.
May this Auspicious word be fulfilled in the lives of Your children from this moment.
