SEEK GOD & COMMIT YOUR WAYS

I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.  The blessed word that God has given for you today, is from the book Job : 5:8,9 “But as for me I would seek God and to God I would commit my cause. Who does great things, and unsearchable, marvellous things without number.”

From the above context we learn that God expects us to commit ourselves wholly in the hand of God when we go through trials and tribulation. And this is what Job did in his life. We see how, when Job reached the peak of his sufferings, says, “Then I will submit myself, to God.”And through his testimony we learn a good lesson from this part of the scripture. God has said, “In the world you shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”

As long as we exist in this world, there will be problems, trials, and temptations, in your life. Sometimes these problems can overwhelm and increase to a greater level and cause misery in your life. In that situation God asks you to submit yourselves, and your problems to the Lord. Therefore just surrender, your cases   however big they might be, into the hands of God. We see that Job patiently waited on the Lord, during the time of his tribulation. The scripture says, Job spoke very maturely and wisely. For this is the time that the children of God should guard their tongue. And we need to guard our faith at this period of time when we go through affliction.  We need to walk trusting in the Lord all the time. Like Job you should lean on the Lord during the time of your tribulation.

In the midst of trouble Job depended upon the Lord his God. That is why even when his wife rebuked him and said, ” Curse God and die.”He said to her, “You speak as one of the foolish women, speaks. Shall we indeed accept, good from God, and shall we not, accept adversity. “In spite of all his misery and woe, Job did, not sin with his lips, or charge God with wrong. Because he fully knew that after the trial period, he will see good days, of prosperity and joy. He knew well that an end will come to all his problems. That is why he says, “I will wait all the days, of my hard service, till my change comes.”He was very confident that his period of trial and tribulation will change. He knew that   even if God causes wounds, He will surely bind his wounds.

Many of you who are reading this message may have been wounded, by others. They may be your neighbours, relatives or your own siblings or your children. Satan often attacks you through these people. It is hard to trace your foe or   identify the reason for their cruel dealings with you. You might have endured unknowingly all the sufferings. Some might have stabbed you at the back. You might have done much good to them but they might have caused severe damage to you. You may have been ridiculed, criticised, betrayed or mocked by many people. You might have become the song and the proverb of the people. You have become sick of your life.  Today God is saying, “Surrender your problems to Me.”Surrender your debts to Me no matter how great/big,  it might be. Hand over all your cases to Me. Surrender your children unto Me.  I will solve all your problems. I will help you. Increase your faith in God when you go through trials and temptation. Lean on God at all times.  Then He will deliver you and also rescue you from all your troubles. May the Lord help you to walk in wisdom and fear of the Lord and help you to submit your problems unto the Lord. God Bless you.

Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord  we thank you for teaching us through the life of Job,  to wait upon the Lord and to surrender all our problems to Him.  May we be like Job in character.  Teach us not to react foolishly but to deal wisely in all circumstances.  No matter how hard the situation might be but help us to rely on the Lord,   during the time of affliction. Help us to depend upon God for all our needs.

In   Jesus name we pray

Amen.

You Shall Be A Threshing Sledge.

I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.  The blessed  word  that God  has  given  for  you  today  is  from the book of Isaiah  41:15,16 , “I will make you into a new threshing sledge, with sharp teeth. You shall thresh the Mountains, and beat them, small. And make the hills like chaff. You Shall Rejoice in the Lord. And glory in the Holy one of Israel.”

From the above context we come to understand that God wants to make you into a new threshing sledge in this New Year. For God says, “I will make you into a new threshing sledge, with sharp teeth.  You will be a sharp instrument that can drill the mountains and crush them into dust.

May be in the past you might have been a dull and blunt instrument, with sharp less edges   that    cannot drill the mountain or the hill. You were not a useful instrument all this while. And in such a situation you cannot be of much benefit to yourself or to the society.  God knows your strength and your weakness. Your intelligence and wisdom, has become blunt due to various reasons.  And He is aware of all the problems and tribulations that you need to face while you are in this world. God does not wish that you be passive or inactive, but he wants to prepare you for a better task. God does not want you to be in a blunt or useless manner.

God wants to rebuild that blunt life of yours into a useful and sharp instrument, so that you may be capable of solving all the problems that rises in your life. For He says, In this world you will have tribulation and trials and you need the strength to face these problems. God knows that your wisdom and knowledge is not enough to help you face your problems. That is why in the very beginning of this verse God says, “I shall make you into a sharp instrument, to thresh the mountains, and beat them small. We are living in a world full of revenge, a world of competition, trials and jealousy. And if you need to live a victorious life, in this world, then you need a sharp edged instrument, which means you, need to have sharp wisdom.

In a deceptive world, where all people, cannot be trusted, you need to be wise, to deal with them. You need sharpness in your wisdom, to survive in this wicked world. God expects that you have sharp and efficient wisdom. Only then you will be victorious and also be able to move forward. Only then you will be able to crush down the mountain like problems that stand before you. With sharp wisdom, and knowledge you will be able to crush down the mountain like problems that crops up in your life. Then you will be able to rejoice in the Lord and Glorify the Holy one. To live a peaceful life God is speaking as prophesy that your children who are dull and inefficient, will become wise and efficient. They will do well not only in their studies but also shine in their career. They will become greater and greater in their life as God has promised to bless your descendants. The Lord declares that there is hope for your future. All your children will be taught of the Lord. And the well being of your children shall be great upon the earth. God bless you.

Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Thank You Lord for making us into new threshing sledge with sharp teeth that we may be able to drill the mountain   and hills into dust. Help us to face the challenges boldly with sharp wisdom and knowledge. May we be able to crush down the mountain like problems that often crops up in our life, and live a victorious   life so that   we may rejoice in the Lord and glory in the Holy One.

In Jesus name we pray,

Amen.

MOURNING TURNED TO DANCING

I greet and bless all of you in the name of Jesus Christ. I am glad to meet you through this word. Jesus has stored up several blessings by His death on the cross. And one of them is that He changed all our sorrows. He bore upon himself all our curses and our sorrows and changed them into joy. Today all your sorrows are going to change into joy. All your tears and mourning are going to change into dancing with gladness. He is going to change your pain and groaning into songs of gladness. You are not going to mourn or murmur anymore. Instead you are going to dance and praise him. And for this reason you are going to be blessed with special miracles in your life.

Isaiah 53:4 says, “Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God and afflicted”. God has brought before us this verse into two parts. Firstly He has borne our griefs and secondly He has carried our sorrows. Today God says that He knows your burdens, your sorrows, and pain. God said that He knew the sorrows and the oppression of his people who were in Egypt, who had suffered for 430 years and heard their cry. Knowing their burden and sorrows, He did not remain silent. Instead He sent a deliverer Moses, a prophet to deliver them from their affliction. Moses went with the command from God to deliver the people. So He brought the people out of their burdened life of oppression, who worked under hard taskmasters and were in great sorrow to Canaan, the land flowing with milk and honey. God is bringing an end to all your sorrows. Lord how long shall I bear these sufferings? How long or for how many years should I suffer and bear these debts? How long should I continue in this shame in my life? How long should I stretch out my hands to others for help? Thus you had cried with tears. Isn’t it? Hereafter you should not stretch out your hands to others for help. In order that you should not stretch out your hands to others, Jesus has stretched out his hands on the cross for you. For the reason that you should not bear any burden, He bore all your burdens upon himself. He did not fall because of the weight of the cross but because of our sins, our wickedness and our burdens that thrusted upon the cross caused him to fall.

Dearly Beloved ,  Are you saying that you can’t bear the pain of your daughter suffering in the husband’s house? Are you saying that she is hard-pressed on every side in her in-law’s house?  Today God is going to bring deliverance to her. Such days are coming for her. Today God is going to grant her perfect peace in the place where she has gone married.   The second part of the verse says, He carried our sorrows. Today God is going to change all your sorrows into joy.

Prayer: Our loving Heavenly Father, I pray that You may give your children the Grace to sanctify themselves and to inherit the blessings you have for them.

In Jesus name we ask and pray.
Amen.

Dwell Together In Unity

I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.  The blessed  word  that God  has  given  for  you  today  is  from the book of  Psalm 133:1, “ Behold how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity.”

From the above context we come to understand that God expects all the brothers to dwell in unity and harmony.  God commanded His blessing to descend upon those who dwell together in unity. Just as there is joy when you come into the tabernacle because of the presence of God, likewise there should be joy and blessing when you gather all the brethren into your house. The brothers living together in unity was part of Christ’s prayer, just before His walk to Calvary. In his advancing years the apostle John pleaded, saying, “Little children love one another.”   Paul calls us to be of the same mind toward one  another maintaining the same love, united in spirit and intent on one purpose .

This is a song of David,  we discover king David rejoicing, and singing in his heart by faith with thanksgiving: saying  “How good and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony.. For it refreshes the soul and is a sweet fragrance that ascends to the Lord and glorifies His holy name. This was one of the songs of ascent that Israel would sing to the Lord with joy in their hearts, as they advanced on their pilgrimage to Jerusalem. This was a hymn of praise that would echo throughout the land of Israel, as God’s people travelled towards their sacred destination.

David compares the unity of brethren   like the precious oil poured upon the head that runs down the beard of Aaron, running down the edge of his garment. David further describes the unity of brethren,   to the,   dew of Hermon, that descends upon the mountains of Zion, for it is there that the Lord commanded the blessing, of life evermore.   We too are on our own march towards our heavenly home, but every step we make toward that day when the Lord takes us to be with Himself, should be a day when we live together with our brothers and sisters in Christ in gracious harmony and godly unity. Unity does not imply uniformity. In all our dealings there should be a godly spirit of unity and love. There should be a patient, kindness, gracious love, that comes only from the indwelling Spirit of Christ.

Many of you reading this message may not be in good terms either with your brother or sister for various reasons. The Bible says, one who hates his brother without a cause is more like a murderer. So it is high time to forgive your brother or sister, or anyone else in your family. They might have caused you much misery and trouble yet God expects you to forgive them. Because when you forgive them God will forgive you of your wrong doings. It is hard to forgive others but this is what God expects of you. Even while He was on the cross. Jesus cried out to His Father, saying “Father Forgive them for they know not what they are doing.”Call your brother or sister, today.   Wish them and inquire about their wellbeing, never hoard bitterness against anyone. The Bible says;   speak no evil of your brother. Invite your dear ones home and have feast along with them. God will appreciate your good will toward them. Then your home will experience real peace, joy and happiness. God Bless you.

Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lordwe pray that we  may learn to live together with all  our  brothers and sisters in godly love and unity, and to You be praise and glory. Protect us  from wanton discord, disunity or division and help all our children to stand firm in the faith, offered to us  through our Lord Jesus Christ, Who has caused us to be united together in Him. Help us not to have anger or hatred towards others. But be gentle and kind in our behaviour. Teach us to be of help to others.

In Jesus name we pray,

AMEN.

THE RESCUER

I greet and bless you in the matchless name of our Maker and Creator Jesus Christ who has never forgotten us! Even today, we are going to meditate on the word Psalms 46:1, “God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble”.

Standing in the middle of the Red sea, the Israelites called out to God. The Lord came down in a mighty way to sustain them (Exodus 14:25). It was a risky situation. The Israelites were terrified of the Red sea in front of them and the mighty Pharaoh’s armies chasing them from behind. But God came down to support them. He drowned the Egyptian army in the Red Sea and saved the Israelites (Nehemiah 9:11). Are you stranded in the middle of the Corona calamity, Economic degradation, and predicament of debt without a means of escape? Cry out to him saying, “Jesus please help me. I need your assistance. I am hopeless and doomed without you”. He will have mercy on you right now and will deliver you by chasing away your enemies, diseases, and death. You and your children will find a haven in the ark called Jesus.

Psalms 50:15 says, “Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me.” (Psalms 50:15).

Yes , when you call upon Him, you will be delivered. Isaiah 31:5 says, Like Birds Hovering Overhead, The Lord Almighty Will Shield Jerusalem; He Will Shield It and Deliver It, He Will ‘Pass Over’ It and Will Rescue It”(Isaiah 31:5). According to this verse the Lord will preserve you.

May God bless you.

Prayer: Dear Heavenly Father, We thank you for this blessed day. I pray that everyone who reads this message seeking deliverance from their troubles be delivered from their problems. You be their Helper and help them in times of trouble. Let them always cling unto you.

 In Jesus name we pray

Amen.
