You shall be established. - Bro. T. Stephen

My Dear Brothers and Sisters,  I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today, is from the book of  2 Chronicles 20:20, “Believe in the Lord, your God, and you shall be established. Believe His prophets and you shall prosper.”

From the above context we understand that the prophets play an important role in the lives of many Children of God. The Bible speaks of many prophets

There was a man from the mountains of Ephraim. His name was Micah. He had eleven hundred shekels of silver. His mother dedicated the silver  to the Lord, on behalf, of her son, She wanted to make a carved image, and a moulded image, and they were kept in the house of Micah. In those days, there was no king, in Israel, so everyone did  what was right in his own eyes.

At this point of time, there was a young man from Bethlehem in Judah. He was a Levite. He came to the house of Micah as he journeyed. Micah inquired all about his whereabouts, and learnt that he was the right person to perform rituals in his shrine. So Micah requested him to dwell with him and be a father and a priest and take care of his shrine, and house hold idols. The Levite agreed to stay with him  and so Micah consecrated him made   an Ephod and also agreed to pay ten shekels of silver per year.

The Danites were one of the 12 sons of Israel. They were seeking for  an inheritance  for themselves to dwell in. For until that day,  their inheritance among the tribes of Israel,  had not fallen to them. So the children of Dan sent five men to spy the land, and they came, to the house of Micah, and found the Levite ( the priest and prophet) who dwelt with Micah. They consulted  with  him about their journey. They said to him “ Please  inquire of God that we may know whether, the journey on which we go will be prosperous. ” And the priest said to them, “ Go in peace, The presence of the Lord, be with you  on your way. ”So the five men departed and went to Laish.

Are you in a confused state like the Danites ?  Are you still looking for a passage to go abroad.  Or .do you still have doubt regarding your settlement in a foreign country?  What is your problem?  Look to God in Prayer. Seek His face. He will solve your problems. Just as God spoke to the tribe of Dan through the Prophet, God will speak to you through the Holy Spirit and direct your ways.  The Danites went  to the city of Laish and the  people there helped them  with all necessary things they needed to settle in that new land. The Danites found the Land safe and secure and peaceful.  Later  they   over took the city of Laish and called  the city of  Laish,  after the name of Dan, their Father, the son of Israel.

Similarly many approach me believing that when I inquire to the Lord regarding their problems, the Lord God who hears the prayer of all flesh will give them an answer.  Many who were jobless have secured good jobs with high salary, through my intercession.   For some God provided Visa to go abroad and settle in their desired haven. Many who approached me regarding their pending cases, were solved amicably and justice was shown or given to them. Families who were   separated for many years were reunited by the grace of God, Many who did not have the gift of a child, were blessed with children, God opened their closed wombs and helped them conceive and bring forth children. Many such intricate problems like deliverance from evil spirit and healing from severe diseases were restored and cured, when I stood in the gap and prayed for those who came to me in tears, God wiped away their tears and turned their mourning into dancing. He put off their sack cloth and covered them with garment of gladness. May God’s name alone be glorified.   I therefore urge you to honour the prophets and pray for them and their children, since they serve the Lord for the expansion of Gods Kingdom. God bless you.

Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord  we thank You for appointing Prophets. So that they can intercede   on our behalf and help to solve our problems. Bless them and their families. We see them as representatives of God. May they serve according to Your will more powerfully and strengthen them and enrich them for the glory of God.

In Jesus name we pray.

Amen.
