Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you on this February 18th through this Auspicious word. May God bless you abundantly.
What is today’s Auspicious word for us?
The Word comes from the book of Book of Ezra 8:23:
“So we fasted and petitioned our God about this, and He answered our prayer.”
My beloved children of God, fasting prayer is powerful. In the days of Queen Esther, the Jews were on the verge of destruction. A royal decree had been issued to destroy them throughout all 127 provinces of the kingdom. The region of Susa was distressed and filled with fear.
Before the decree could be carried out, the people fasted and prayed for three days. As a result, the situation changed completely. The very king who had signed the decree changed the law and supported them. Those who intended to destroy them became fearful and withdrew. The region of Susa, once in distress, rejoiced and became merry.
Such is the power of fasting prayer—it changes matters.
If there is an unresolved issue in your family, fast and pray before the Lord. In the “Anbarin Paathathil” fasting prayer meetings, many miracles take place because people come with sincere fasting and prayer for their children and families. The Lord honors their sacrifice and performs wonders.
Even today, if there are good occasions that have not yet happened in your home, if there are matters causing pain, delay, or disappointment—fast and pray.
• What is troubling your heart?
• Why are your children in depression?
• Why do they isolate themselves in darkness?
• Why does their future seem unclear?
As parents, fast and pray. The Lord will do great things.
If possible, I too will fast and pray for you this morning. Surely, the Lord will hear this fasting prayer. I wholeheartedly bless that every good thing delayed in your family will come to pass.
May the Lord open closed wombs. May He bring an end to legal cases. May He fulfill the good things you are expecting.
Testimony:
“My son is six years old. For the past two years, he suffered from chronic urticaria (severe allergy). I once heard a testimony that when someone in Mumbai applied prayed oil from God’s Love Ministries, they were healed. When Brother Stephen came to Erode and prayed, I gave him coconut oil and asked him to pray over it for my son. Brother placed his hands on the oil and earnestly prayed for healing. I applied the prayed oil to my son, and to our surprise, he was completely healed. Before applying the oil, his stomach was covered with rashes. After applying it, his skin became smooth.”
The power is not in the oil itself, but in the Word of the Lord spoken in faith. God performed the miracle.
Prayer:
Loving Lord, we thank You. My children are bringing their oil bottles and water before You. Sanctify it by Your Word. Let it become a point of contact for miracles. Those who apply it or drink it in faith, let supernatural healing take place.
Lord, hear this fasting prayer. For all the good things and good occasions that have not yet happened in their lives, I join them in prayer. May their petitions be answered.
Lord, answer them today itself and perform miracles.
Finally, look upon the children who are celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries today. According to Your Word, be great in their midst and do mighty things in their lives.
