Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you through this Auspicious word on this April 8th. May God bless you.
What is the Auspicious word the Lord has for us today? Let us read Proverbs 18:10: “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe.”
The name of the Lord is a mighty strong tower. This means that the name of Jesus stands before us as a powerful refuge and protection. When the righteous run into it, they are kept safe. I often say that many miracles happen in the name of Jesus. In our prayer towers, people come with bondages caused by witchcraft, sorcery, black magic, and even demonic oppression. But when the name of Jesus is spoken, there is immediate power. Even uttering the name “Jesus” causes such forces to tremble.
Some who come are deeply troubled and have spent large amounts of money seeking help elsewhere without success. But when they come into this place of refuge, the Lord gives them freedom freely. Every day, many people come with sickness, debt, problems, court cases, and shame. The prayer towers become a place of comfort, a place of counsel, and a place where miracles happen. It is truly a refuge because Jesus reigns there.
There have been instances where people bound by such forces come only up to the gate and hesitate to enter. They resist going inside, as if they recognize the boundary of God’s presence. But when we call them in the name of Jesus and pray, they enter, and through the power of that name, they are set free. Many who were mentally distressed or suffering have received healing and restoration.
The name of Jesus is indeed a strong tower. Today, I pray that your homes will also become such strong towers. Let the name of Jesus be lifted up in your homes, bringing protection, peace, and blessing. Just as it is written about Job that the secret of God was in his dwelling, his home was protected, and the enemy could not enter. In the same way, let your homes be filled with God’s presence and divine protection.
Whatever sickness or problem you are facing today, run to Jesus—the strong tower—and He will give you healing and deliverance. Make your homes a place where the name of Jesus is continually spoken, and you will see miracles happen there.
Testimony
A teacher shared that she had been working as a chemistry teacher for 17 years. When an opportunity came to apply for the Best Teacher Award, she submitted her application and also sent a prayer request. After prayer, by the grace of God, she was selected and honored with the award at a ceremony in Coimbatore. The Lord lifted her and gave her recognition. The same Lord will honor you too.
Prayer:
Loving Lord, we thank You. You have said that the name of the Lord is a strong tower, and the righteous run to it and are safe. Let every home of Your children become a strong tower. Let Your name be lifted up in their homes always.
Bless them with health, peace, and protection. Let their homes become like a small heaven. Let Your name, Jesus, be heard continually in their homes, and through that, may they dwell safely as a family.
I bless them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Let miracles happen in their lives.
Even today, look upon those who are celebrating their birthday and wedding day. May this Auspicious word be fulfilled in their lives from this moment onward.
