Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all on this April 23rd through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
what is the Auspicious word the Lord has for us today? Let us read from Psalm 90:14: “Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days!”
Today, as we vote, let us also pray that the Lord will give us a good leader as Chief Minister. Only then can we truly rejoice and be glad all our days and live joyfully in Tamil Nadu.
This Psalm is a prayer of Moses. In life, some people are consistent only for a few days—they do well for a time, then lose interest. Some stay close to God for a few days and then backslide. Some study well for a while, then lose focus. Others run their business with enthusiasm for some time and later become indifferent.
But the Lord desires consistency. Whatever we begin—be it a business, ministry, or studies—if it is started in the presence of God, we must continue and complete it faithfully.
How can we do this? By seeking God early in the morning. The Bible says His mercies are new every morning, and those who seek Him early will find Him.
If we want our whole life to be joyful and successful, we must seek the Lord’s presence every morning and pray like this: “Lord, let this day be peaceful and successful for me. Let the work I am going for succeed. Let my interview go well. Let the search for a good life partner for my child be successful. Let the medical report be favorable. Let this case turn in my favor.”
When you ask the Lord for His mercies in the morning, His grace will make you capable in areas where you feel unqualified. It will bless you and help you receive what you need.
The Lord says, “I do not know how your days have been until now, but from today, your life shall be filled with joy.” Pray daily for His mercy to satisfy you, and He will make you capable of what you thought was impossible.
Doctors may have said you cannot bear a child—but the Lord will make you capable. They may have said you are not qualified for a government job—but the Lord will qualify you. They may have said you cannot succeed in business—but the Lord will enable you. They may have said you are not fit for ministry—but the Lord will empower you.
Testimony:
“I had irregular monthly cycles and went to the doctor, who found a cyst. Even after marriage, I did not conceive for eight months. With great expectation, I attended the APO meeting with three prayer requests. After the meeting, I met Brother Stephen for individual prayer. He prayed earnestly and said, ‘Daughter, do not fear. What you are hoping for will come to pass.’
After that, the Lord began to do continuous miracles. Tests confirmed that everything was normal. In the very same month that Brother Stephen prayed, I conceived. Later, before my fifth-month scan, I prayed through the 24-hour prayer tower at God’s Love Ministries. The scan showed that the baby was growing well.”
In the same way, the Lord will do miracles for you too.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. “Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.” We thank You for this Psalm of Moses.
Lord, for all the children who are struggling in life, from this moment onward, let their lives be filled with joy and gladness. Let many good occasions take place in their homes. Break every barrier. Make their children’s future bright.
Satisfy Your children early with Your mercies. Establish them on this earth and provide all that they need.
Today, we especially pray for the election. Let it be conducted peacefully. Let there be no arguments, confusion, or violence. May the Lord of peace guide the entire Tamil Nadu election. We join together in unity and pray for this.
Lord, perform miracles. Finally, look upon those who are celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries today. From this moment, may this Auspicious word be fulfilled in their lives.
