Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all through this Auspicious word on this June 12th. May God bless you.
Let us read 1 Kings 3:13: “I have also given you what you have not asked: both riches and honour.”
Our God is not a God who gives only what we ask for. There is something special about Him. He not only gives what we ask, but He gives exceedingly more than we ask, think, or pray for. We are truly blessed to worship such a God.
One day, the Lord appeared to Solomon and said, “Ask whatever you want, and I will give it to you.” The same Lord is looking at you today and saying, “Ask Me whatever you want, and I will give it to you.”
Why does He say this? Because no matter how much He blesses His children, His desire to bless them more never ends.
Some may ask, “Brother, why is God not giving me everything I ask for?” My beloved children of God, sometimes what we ask for may not be beneficial for us at that moment. It may even bring difficulties without our knowledge. In such cases, the Lord delays it for our good. Everything has an appointed time.
What did Solomon ask for? He asked for wisdom because that was what he urgently needed at that moment. As a young king, he lacked experience in leadership, governance, and judgment. Therefore, he prayed for wisdom to rule God’s people with justice. Along with wisdom, the Lord gave him riches, honour, fame, and blessings that he never asked for.
Likewise, today, ask the Lord for what is most important in your life. Along with that, He will provide the riches, honour, favour, and blessings that you need.
Some of you may be saying, “Brother, I am drowning in debt. I am living in poverty. I feel like running away from my town. I feel like ending my life.”
My beloved children of God, why should you think like that when God is with you? Do not make such decisions. Our God is able to make your name great in the very place where you once stood in shame. You do not have to run away and prosper elsewhere. The Lord desires to bless you right where you are.
He will give you the strength to earn wealth. He will give you favour to gain a good name. He will close your debts. He will make special arrangements for your needs. He will prosper your overseas opportunities. He will open doors for government jobs. He will create new sources of income. He will restore what was lost and bring financial breakthrough into your life.
Testimony
Praise be to God! I had been struggling with debt for many years and did not know how to repay it. The Lord heard that prayer and performed a miracle. At my son’s workplace in Abu Dhabi, bank officials announced a special loan scheme without interest. My son applied, received the loan, and used it to clear all our debts.
This was truly God’s favour. See how wonderfully the Lord worked. This family was burdened with debt and did not know what to do. But God made a way. He had already provided the son with a job in Abu Dhabi, and through that job, this opportunity came. The Lord enabled them to clear their debts without the burden of interest and gradually helped them achieve financial freedom.
The same Lord will do it for you. If you are struggling with daily interest payments and are unable to manage financially, the Lord will create special opportunities and make arrangements to help you overcome every debt.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. You have promised, “I have also given you what you have not asked: both riches and honour.” Thank You for giving this assurance to every child.
Lord, give Your children the strength to earn wealth. Grant them favour to receive honour and a good name. Let them find favour in the eyes of those who matter. Remove every hindrance to their income. Let there be no lack in their finances.
Bless their family life with peace and financial breakthrough. Honour Your children. Make them lenders and not borrowers. For those who are in tears because they lack finances for important family occasions, open doors for them. For parents who are worried about school and college admissions because they do not have enough money, provide their needs and help their children pursue their education without hindrance.
May Your divine provision flow into every home. Let every financial burden be lifted. Let this Auspicious word be fulfilled in the lives of Your children.
