My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of Genesis 28:15 “ I am with you and will watch over you wherever you go, and I will bring you back to this land. I will not leave you until I have done what I have spoken.”
Jacob did not know what might happen to him in his uncle, Laban’s house. But God foresaw what hardships he would have to meet at his uncles service; therefore, God promised to preserve him in all places where he would go. Jacob was going to a distant place from his father’s house. But God promised him to bring him back again to his father’s land. Jacob seemed to be forsaken by all his dear ones, but God gave him this assurance. “I will not leave thee.” God loved Jacob very much. God gives His people grace and protects them from the dangers that could befall them.
Jacob trusted and feared God. He depended on God for all his needs. When he was in trouble, he looked upon the Lord for his protection. One day, Jacob laid down upon a stone to take some rest. He saw a ladder which reached from earth to heaven where the angels were going up and coming down. The Lord stood above the ladder and Jacob who was at His mercy stood beneath. God promised to Jacob that He would be with him to protect and bring him back into safety.
My dearly beloved, are you going through a rough patch of life like Jacob? Have you been deserted by your dear ones? Have your people come against you? Well! God assures you that He will be with you wherever you go and He will bring you back safely. He will not leave you until He has accomplished all that He has spoken to you. You might be in search of a good job or you would be deep in sorrow because of the loss in your business or the huge debts or maybe because of dejection.
Whatever may be your problem, God assures you that He will be with you. By faith we perceive His ways and in prayer we approach Him. In answer to our prayers, we receive all the blessings. Christ is the only way to go to heaven. Christ is the greatest blessing of the world. All that are blessed are blessed in Him. God will comfort all those who call unto HIM.

Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. I submit my children into Your loving hands. Lord, I thank You for Your loving protection upon them. May You Be with them wherever they go and be a shield to them. Cover them under Your wings of protection. Help them to depend upon you for all their needs. In Jesus name we pray,
