Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all this June 20th through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
What is the Auspicious word for us today? Let us read from the book of the Prophet Nahum 1:15: “The wicked one shall no more pass through you; he is utterly cut off.”
The Lord is giving us a wonderful promise today. In the past, there may have been wicked people who disturbed your peace and troubled your life. There may have been destructive forces that constantly attacked and harmed you. The devil may have brought many wicked influences into your life. But the Lord says that an end is coming to all of these things.
Perhaps there were friends who led you into sinful habits and drew you away from the Lord. Today, God is promising to deliver you from such influences. The wicked one shall no more pass through you, for he has been completely cut off.
Today, in the presence of God, you must understand something important. If the wicked one has been removed, it means the Holy One has come near to you. If wicked habits leave your life, holy habits will take their place. Therefore, separate yourself from those who encourage wickedness, teach sinful behavior, and influence you to speak evil words. Protect yourself from such people.
If you continue in wickedness, your life cannot prosper, and it may invite the displeasure of God. Why? Because as long as wicked habits, wicked words, and wicked characteristics remain in your life, you cannot experience the fullness of God’s blessings. When these things are removed, the good Lord will arise and work mightily in your life.
If someone is teaching you sinful habits, do not remain close to them. Such relationships can destroy your life. Whether it is a man or a woman, anyone who is leading you into a sinful path—save yourself from them. The Lord is saying today, “The wicked one shall no more pass through you.” Pray and say, “Lord, remove every wicked influence from before my eyes.”
Once, a young man came to me for counseling. He shared a burden that troubled him deeply. He said, “Brother, I faithfully attend church and make good decisions. But at my workplace, there is a woman who constantly pulls me into sinful habits. I know very well that whenever I associate with her, my life goes in the wrong direction. I used to progress in my spiritual life, but now I feel as though I am falling. I don’t know what to do. I don’t want to see her, speak to her, or listen to her advice. Yet whenever I see her, I fall into the same trap. My conscience troubles me. I feel ashamed of the words I speak and the things I do.”
The young man wept as he shared his struggle. I counseled him and said, “Brother, your holiness is more important than your salary. If necessary, leave that workplace. Or let us pray that the Lord will remove this situation from your life.”
The very next day, he made a bold decision. He said, “My holiness is more important than my job. I do not want a wicked influence before my eyes.” He submitted his resignation and left his job.
The following month, he attended our meeting and told me what he had done. I asked him, “Why did you resign so quickly?” He replied, “There is no problem. The Lord will take care of me.”
When I heard those words, I felt proud of him. God had given him the courage to choose holiness over comfort. Do you know what happened afterward? The Lord blessed him far beyond his expectations. He received a new job in another company with a much better salary.
Usually, fresh employees are not selected immediately for overseas projects. Yet within just three months, he was sent to Germany for an onsite assignment. He later testified, “Now I am living in peace and holiness. Those wicked influences and habits are no longer near me.”
My beloved children of God, if there is a wicked influence in your life that is destroying your future, separate yourself from it today. There is a saying often quoted: “Bad company corrupts good character.” This is not merely a common saying—it is a biblical truth.
Therefore, keep yourself away from wicked people and sinful habits. Draw near to the Lord. When you choose holiness today, God will do great things in your life tomorrow. Just as in the testimony I shared, the Lord can perform miracles beyond your imagination.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. In Jesus’ name, I greet and bless all Your beloved children. Even now, You are declaring this wonderful promise over them: “The wicked one shall no more pass through you.”
Lord, remove every wicked influence from their lives. Remove every wicked man and every wicked woman who is leading them into sinful habits. Let such influences disappear completely from their lives and never again appear before their eyes.
Lord of Hosts, You have spoken this promise. According to Your Word, let every child be delivered from wicked habits. Let every sinful characteristic be removed. Cleanse their tongues today, Lord.
May they no longer speak evil words. May they never influence others to speak evil words. Let them neither sin themselves nor cause others to stumble. Bring an end to every such situation.
Lord, the tongues of Your children are meant to praise You. Let no wicked word proceed from their mouths. Let no words of cursing, insult, slander, or hurtful speech come forth. Remove every word that wounds others and dishonors You.
Make them holy today, Lord. Grant them the miracle they are expecting. Let them receive their breakthrough today itself. According to this Auspicious word, from this very moment, may the lives of Your children become blessed and transformed. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
