December 16, 2025
Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all this 16th of December through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
Let us read the Auspicious word from the book of Prophet Joel 2:26: “My people shall never be put to shame.”
Children of God some of you may be questioning in your hearts, “If I am God’s child, why have I been put to shame? Why have I been insulted?” Today the Lord answers you clearly and lovingly, saying, “You are My people.”
To be called God’s people, the Lord desires holiness in our lives. The Word says that the one who lives in sin belongs to the works of darkness, but the one who lives in holiness belongs to the Lord. Even God’s children will face trials, but those trials will turn into testimonies. They will not be destroyed by them. That is the difference. Therefore, the Lord declares, “My people shall never be put to shame.”
Today, say to the Lord, “If the holiness You desire is not found in me, I submit myself to You. Make me holy.” As we come to the end of this year and prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ, let Jesus be born in your heart today. You may have decorated your homes, but now offer your heart to Him. Submit yourself fully to the Lord.
After today, the Lord will not allow you to be put to shame. In the very areas where you experienced shame, sorrow, and humiliation, the Lord is ready to perform miracles. Where you once stood with your head bowed down, He will lift your head high.
Consider Hannah—she lived in shame, but the Lord gave her a child and later blessed her with five children. Rachel, too, said, “The Lord has taken away my reproach,” and named her son Joseph. In the same way, the Lord will replace your shame with honour and adornment.
Testimony
A family running a Xerox shop faced a severe crisis when their machine broke down. For many months, there was no income, and debts increased. In this situation, they sent a prayer request letter to Brother Stephen. After prayer, he replied with a Mangala Vaarthai. The very next day, their son’s father-in-law gifted them a new Xerox machine worth one and a half lakhs and also gave one lakh rupees to clear their debts. See how unexpected help came from heaven. The Lord ensured they were not put to shame.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. You have declared, “My people shall never be put to shame.” Look upon Your children who have suffered shame, sorrow, and humiliation. In the very matters where they were put to shame, intervene and perform miracles. Lift their heads in the presence of those who looked down on them. We thank You in advance for Your deliverance.
Even now, look upon the children who are celebrating their birthday and wedding day today. According to this Auspicious word, may goodness and mercy follow them throughout this year.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
