May 23, 2026
Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all this May 23rd through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
Today’s Mangala Vaarthai is from Joel 2:26 — “My people shall never be put to shame.”
The Lord calls you “My people.” He is claiming you as His own child. How many of you can lift up your hands and say Hallelujah for this? Hallelujah!
If the Lord of heaven and earth calls you His child, what greater joy, encouragement, or honour could there be? And after calling you His child, He says, “My people shall never be put to shame.”
Perhaps your school exam results or semester exam results have brought you shame and disappointment. You may not have received the marks you expected, or perhaps you failed. But do not conclude that your life is over. Beyond all this is the miraculous hand of God.
The Lord says today, “In the very place where you stood with your head bowed down, I will make your name great.” Not in another town or another place — in the very same place where you faced shame, the Lord will honour you.
Some of you are thinking, “This issue has humiliated me so much. Let us leave this town and settle somewhere else.” No, do not run away. In the same town, the Lord will make you live with your head held high. People who once looked down on you will stand amazed at what the Lord has done in your life.
If childlessness has brought shame into your life, today the Lord will open the closed womb and perform a miracle. If you failed in a subject, the Lord can help you score full marks in that same subject and make your name great. If your family has been broken and others speak badly about you, the Lord can reunite your family and restore your honour. If you started building a house with great hope but construction stopped midway and brought embarrassment, the Lord will complete that house beautifully.
Whatever matter has brought you shame, today through this Auspicious word, the Lord is going to do a miracle.
Testimony
“Praise be to God. My daughter is one year and five months old, but she had still not started walking. One night at 10 PM, I was watching Brother Stephen’s sermon on my cellphone. During the prayer for children, I prayed for my daughter and made a vow to the Lord. After that prayer, my daughter started walking well.” Even now, as you join in this prayer, supernatural miracles like this will happen in your life too.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. You called us “My people,” and You accepted us as Your own children. For that, we thank You at Your feet.
You promised that Your children will never be put to shame. Instead of shame, You clothe us with garments of honour. Lord, every matter in which Your children are standing ashamed today, You know them all. We place every one of those matters into Your hands.
Lord, bring success, restoration, healing, honour, and breakthrough into those situations. Let Your children lift their heads high once again.
May this Auspicious word be fulfilled from this very moment. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
