July 17, 2025
Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you on this day, July 17th, through this Auspicious word.
Today’s Auspicious word is taken from Matthew 5:5, the Word of God says, “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.”
Today, many of you are struggling to inherit the blessings you’ve long hoped for—a permanent job, a government post, success in competitive exams like banking or railways, opportunities abroad, a good apprenticeship, land to build your own home, or even the blessing of a child. You’ve worked hard, prayed earnestly, and yet feel like nothing is coming into your hands. Some of you are disheartened, thinking, “I have no inheritance, nothing to show for my efforts.” But the Lord sees your tears. Today, He is strengthening your spirit and filling you with joy. From now on, you will rejoice, and good things will be spoken of and done in your family.
The one key to receiving all this is meekness—walking in the character of Jesus, showing patience, gentleness, and mercy. Meekness is the opposite of anger. Some of you are heartbroken because of harsh treatment over small mistakes. You’ve said in pain, “Only for this, I was punished… only for this, I lost my job… only for this, I was pushed out.” Others may have acted without patience or compassion, but God will restore what you’ve lost. You will inherit every blessing, and you will live in peace.
Just as God told Caleb, “Every place where your foot has trodden will be yours,” the Lord is granting you your dream job, dream land, dream house, and dream life. What seemed impossible will become reality. Your crisis will end, poverty will turn to plenty, and debts will be wiped out. Every weapon formed against you will be cancelled. You will testify, “The Lord has given me all I dreamed of.”
Prayer:
Loving Lord, we thank You. You have said, “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” I pray for all Your children who have worked hard, suffered much, and are in tears because they haven’t yet received their blessings. Lord, honor their faith. Let them inherit what they’ve prayed for. I also bless those celebrating birthdays and wedding anniversaries today. As written in Psalm 112:2, may their descendants be mighty in the land; may their family be blessed throughout this year.
In Jesus’ name I pray,
Amen.
