Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you on this day, August 28th, through this Auspicious Word. May God bless you abundantly.
Auspicious Word for Today Psalm 94:18 says: “If I say, ‘My foot slips,’ Your mercy, O LORD, will hold me up.”
Today, the Lord is asking: how many of you are saying, “My foot is slipping”? You feel the efforts you take are slipping, your hard work is going in vain, and you are in tears. The Lord says, “Yes, your foot may have slipped, but My mercy will support you, hold you, and establish you in the very place where you fell.”
Maybe you did not seek God’s counsel, and without proper planning you took certain steps—so your foot slipped. Efforts failed, loss came, your name was damaged. But the Lord says, “Do not worry. Nothing is permanently spoiled. Submit yourself to Me, and My mercy will lift you up again.”
The Lord will support you—He will support your business, your family, your ministry, and your education. Are you crying that you cannot continue your studies because of financial struggles? The Lord will make special arrangements. He will open doors for sponsorship, scholarships, and divine favour. A miracle is going to happen for you today—in your life, and in your children’s lives. Wherever you slipped—in whichever nation or field—the Lord will establish you and make your name great. If you believe, you will see the glory of God.
A Testimony
Sis. Ruth Monica testifies:
From the year 2022, I have been participating in the Anbarin Paathathil Oru Naal fasting meetings. At the end of every meeting, I would pray with Bro Stephen, and I continuously received blessings. First, I got a job. Secondly, I got married. Thirdly, a son was born. Fourthly, in the January 2025 Anbarin Paathathil meeting, when Bro Stephen prayed, he specifically mentioned that those who had lent money and had not received it back would see the Lord return it to them. Soon after that prayer, the money owed to us was given back.
In February 2025, during the Mangala Vaarthai program, Bro Stephen prayed for those awaiting visas. After that prayer, my husband received his visa. Thus, one by one, blessings flowed into my life—job, marriage, a child, financial restoration, and my husband’s visa. We came and testified in the Anbarin Paathathil meeting.
See, this daughter’s blessings began only after attending the Anbarin Paathathil meetings. The same Lord who blessed her will bless you too.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Your Word says: “If I say, ‘My foot slips,’ Your mercy, O LORD, will hold me up.” Wherever my children’s foot has slipped—wherever their efforts have failed—may Your mercy sustain them, support them, and establish them. Return to them all that they have lost, misplaced, missed, or had stolen. Separate them from every snare of slipping, and grant success in all their efforts.
Bless their visa applications, job searches, the longing for their own house, their marriages, and the gift of children. Bless every area of their lives and make their names great. Even today, look upon those who are celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries. According to Your Word, may their desires be fulfilled throughout this year.
