Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all this January 8th through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
You may have woken up early this morning wondering, “What is the Auspicious word the Lord is going to give us today?” Mark 11:24:“Whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
Today, the Lord is causing a prayer cloud to descend upon you. Even in times when prayer seems distant from your life, the Holy Spirit—the Spirit of prayer—is coming upon you. He will give you the grace to pray with sighs too deep for words.
Children of God, many have backslidden in their prayer life. But remember, success in your life depends on prayer. Where there is prayer, there is victory. If prayer is absent, failure follows—even in studies and work. Today, the Lord is calling you back to prayer.
What is prayer? Prayer is simply speaking with God, our Creator. In our native proverb, it is said, “Only the crying child receives milk.” Whatever your need is, ask God. The Bible says that anyone who lacks wisdom should ask God, who gives generously. When you ask, your joy will be full.
Prayer is your relationship with God. Prayer is your connection with God. If this connection was cut in the past, today the Lord is restoring it. Reconnect with God through prayer.
When Jacob slept, he saw a dream—a ladder whose lower end rested on the earth and whose top reached heaven. Angels were ascending and descending on it. What does this mean? Even while you sleep, your connection with God should not be cut. The earth is the lower end, heaven is the upper end, and prayer connects both. From today, the Lord is placing that ladder in your home. Angels will carry your prayers upward and bring answers down.
The Lord is mindful of you because you have asked Him. Since you have asked, He has decided to give. As He opens His hand, you will be satisfied with goodness.
Testimony
“I am 36 years old. After marriage, my husband was working in Kuwait, and we lived separately for one year. In January, we attended the Coimbatore Prayer Tower meeting and received individual prayer from Brother Stephen along with a promise card containing a Bible verse. I believed that word and prayed. By God’s grace, my husband took me with him to Kuwait. In February, I conceived.”
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. In Jesus’ name, I bless Your children. Pour out the Spirit of prayer upon them. As they pray, let them believe that they have already received. According to Your Word, I pray for every child in faith.
Deliver them from sickness, poverty, and scarcity. Open closed doors—doors of marriage, doors of income, and closed wombs. Let multiplication and abundance come into their lives. Pour the Holy Spirit of prayer upon them and supply all their needs.
Today, look upon the children celebrating their birthday and wedding day. According to this Auspicious word, answer all their prayers throughout this year and bless them abundantly.
