Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you on this 4th day of September through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
What is the Auspicious word for us today? Let us read Matthew 21:22:”Whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
Some may say, “I prayed, but I did not receive what I asked for.” Because of this, you feel discouraged. Today, the Lord gives us good counsel for our prayers to be answered. The Word says: “Whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
This means, when you ask in prayer, you must believe at that very moment that you will receive it. Do not pray with doubts—“Will it happen or not? Will I get it or not?” With such unbelief, do not pray. If you believe, you will see the glory of God.
I bless you today that every word of unbelief may leave your lips, and that the Holy Spirit of faith may come and dwell in you. The Lord is looking at you and saying: “When you pray, believe that you will receive it. Give thanks and pray.”
Another verse says: “Call those things which do not exist as though they did.” In other words, thank God in advance for what He has already given in faith, and you will see miracles. God is not a man to lie; He will do as He has said. When you pray, hold on to His promises: “Lord, Your Word says this, so I ask You according to Your promise.” Such prayers will surely be answered.
Two thousand years ago, all those who came near to Jesus with faith received their miracle. The woman who had been bleeding for twelve years said in her heart: “If I only touch the hem of His garment, I will be healed.” She believed, touched, and was healed instantly. She couldn’t speak to Him, yet her faith made her whole. This is the faith the Lord expects from you today.
Your sickness will change, your poverty will change, your scarcity will change, results will come in your favor. The Lord will remove the traps set against you and deliver you. Whatever you asked before and did not receive, the Lord says you will surely receive in the coming days.
A Testimony:
One sister was working temporarily in a government job, but due to a long leave, she lost her chance of getting it permanently. In this situation, she attended the Anbarin Paathathil Oru Naal meeting and prayed individually with Bro. Stephen. Soon after, she received a permanent government job in November and joined.
She also made a pledge to God. Though she had no money and had to pawn her jewels, she fulfilled her vow. By God’s grace, soon after, her daughter received the Best Performer Award with a prize of ₹1 lakh and also got a promotion. Her salary increased from ₹35,000 to ₹75,000. The Lord elevated both mother and daughter at the same time with jobs, promotions, and honor.
Beloved, notice how she came to the meeting without a job, prayed in faith, and received her miracle. She fulfilled her vow, and God multiplied blessings upon her family. God will bless you too.
Prayer:
Loving Lord, we thank You. According to today’s Mangala Vaarthai, You have said, “Whatever things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.” Lord, as my children pray in faith, may they receive all they ask. Open Your hand and satisfy them with goodness, wealth, and abundance. May their vessels overflow to lend and not borrow. Break every barrier and let special occasions of joy take place in their families.
I cancel every weapon formed against them in Jesus’ name. May all the work of their hands prosper. Bless those celebrating their birthdays and wedding days today. According to Malachi 1:2, may Your everlasting love rest upon them and may they see Your great works.
