Beloved children of God, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you this 26th February through this Auspicious word. May God bless you richly.
What is the Auspicious word the Lord has for us today? Let us read from Book of Joshua 24:15: “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Joshua boldly declared that he and his household would serve the Lord. Because of this decision, God blessed him with the inheritance of the land of Canaan and used him to divide it among the people of Israel. Supernatural miracles happened in his life. When he commanded the sun and the moon to stand still, they obeyed. Why? Because he and his family faithfully served the Lord.
Today, examine your life. Are you and your family serving the Lord, or are some in your home neglecting or dishonoring Him? If you desire miracles, commit yourselves as a family to serve God.
Pray together every morning and night. Teach your children about Jesus. There is no greater gift you can give them. You may focus heavily on education—school, tuition, and studies—but have you given them Jesus? When you give them Christ, wisdom and blessings will follow.
Joshua remained close to God’s presence and did not depart from it. Because his family chose to serve the Lord, they inherited a land flowing with milk and honey. God performed signs and wonders through him. The Jordan River parted, and the walls of Jericho fell.
If you serve the Lord today, every Jordan in your life will step back, every Jericho wall will fall, and you will experience your own Canaan.
Testimony:
A young woman who was working and supporting her family suddenly became seriously ill. Her hands, feet, and face were swollen, and she could not keep food down. Doctors were unable to clearly diagnose her condition, mentioning possible liver and kidney problems. She lost her job due to her prolonged illness and became depressed.
A prayer request was sent, and Scriptures of healing were shared. The family prayed daily, claiming God’s promises. The Lord healed her completely. Not only that, but her workplace management changed, and she was called back to resume her job. The Lord restored both her health and her employment.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Just as Joshua declared, may every family commit themselves to serve You. If anyone in the family has drifted away or dishonored You, bring repentance and spiritual renewal into that home.
Help them to pray together, worship together, and attend church together. Bring spiritual transformation into their homes. Remove poverty and grant them a Canaan life flowing with milk, honey, and health.
Destroy every Jericho wall in their lives. Cause every Jordan river to step back. Make them dwell safely and prosper in all things.
Today, we also pray for those celebrating their birthdays and wedding anniversaries. Look upon them with favor and fulfill this Word in their lives.
