Beloved children of God in Christ, I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. I am delighted to meet you all on this January 2nd through this Auspicious word. May God bless you.
Let us read Isaiah 43:19: “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth.”
We have just stepped into the new year, and on this very second day, the Lord declares, “Behold, I will do a new thing—now it shall spring forth.” Not tomorrow, not later today, but right now. From this very moment, the Lord is beginning a new work in your life. The old has passed away, and everything is becoming new.
Some of you may be thinking, “If God has to do something new, first He must change my thoughts.” The Lord has already heard the voice of your heart. He says, “Let the mind of Christ Jesus be in you.” From today onward, your mindset is being renewed to think like Jesus Christ. This year, you will not run according to your old mindset but according to the mindset of Christ.
I can see joy and relief on many faces. Many of you are saying, “At last, the mind of Christ has come into me.” I give thanks to God for that. In the past, some of you may have been quick to anger, even finding satisfaction in hurting others. But from today onward, the Lord is giving you a new mindset—to make others rejoice and to find joy in spreading happiness.
The Lord says, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth.” From this moment, it is no longer you who live, but Christ who lives in you. This entire year, you will accomplish great things. The Lord is giving you new thinking, new mercies, and new grace. The Bible says His mercies are new every morning. Today, He is giving you fresh grace, a new anointing, and renewed strength—like the eagle that receives new strength.
Some of you are saying, “I am not satisfied in my current job.” Do not worry. The Lord is opening new doors—bigger and better opportunities that no one can shut. This year, as you hold the hand of the Lord and walk with Him, He will guide you victoriously.
What is old? The sinful life that led you away from God. Many of you are crying out, “Lord, I do not want that old life. I want a new spiritual life.” The Lord will surely fulfill that desire.
Testimony
“In the company where I was working, false accusations were raised against me, and I was deeply troubled. With sorrow, I attended the Anbarin Paathathil meeting and submitted my prayer requests. Brother Stephen and the prayer team prayed for me and also called me to encourage and pray. After that prayer, the very person who falsely accused me resigned and left the company. The Lord did a new thing for me at my workplace.”
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Lord, You have said, “Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth.” Right now, release new strength, new anointing, new grace, new opportunities, and new open doors for Your children. Let their hearts overflow with thanksgiving throughout this year for all the goodness You are doing.
Once again, Lord, we place before You all those who are celebrating their birthdays and wedding days today. According to this Auspicious word, thank You for doing miracles in their lives.
