My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you , today is from the book of Philippians 4:6,7 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Jesus Christ.”
From the above passage we understand that we should not be anxious about anything however big the problem might seem to be, but in everything we need to ask God in prayer and supplication. There may be many people who think wrong or evil about you, God says, Such people will fall but you will rise up and stand erect. Because victory comes from the Lord. The glory of the Lord is upon you. Your days of sorrow has ended. And the peace of God which surpasses, all understanding will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
The Lord says, I will come and bless you in the place where My name is glorified. Read this message with faith. You will see the glory of God work in your life. Many parents are filled with much sorrow regarding your children. About their education and about their settlement. It is only God who can deliver you from your sorrow. Your friend may take you to a bar and get you drunk to make you happy. Or he might take you to a dance show, to make you happy. Or you might watch a movie, but the joy is for a moment when you return back home you have the same sorrow as before. So God wants you to reveal your sorrow to the Lord. Pour your heart to Him. Because only He can solve your problem.
The Bible says, “Until now you have asked nothing, in My name. Ask and you will receive that your joy may be full.” He is a God who fills the empty space. Isaac’s mother who begot him in her old age suddenly died even before he could get married. So in order to forget his sorrow, Isaac went to the meadows and meditated in the word of God every evening. Abraham sent his servant Eliezer to look for a bride for his son Isaac among his own people. And one day as usual while Isaac was meditating he lifted his eyes and there he saw Rebekah dismount from her camel. Then Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah’s tent, and he took Rebekah, and she became his wife. And he loved her. So Isaac was comforted after his mother’s death. God replaced his mother through his wife and brought joy into his life. The Bible says, Hope deferred makes the heart sick, but when the desire comes it is a tree of life.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters, After the death of his mother, Isaac must have felt very empty, There was no one to show him love. He was the only son of his aged parents. The Bible says, Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression. But a good word makes it glad. A joyful heart shall do good like a medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones. Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones. Therefore I urge that Many children should realize that Parents have given their life to see you do better in this life. So consider your parents do not cause trouble to them. Keep them happy. Honour your father and Mother, that your days, may be long upon the land, and it might be well with thee. God bless you.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord, teach us not to be anxious about anything, but to make our request through prayer and supplication. Help us not to be a burden to our parents. But to honour and respect them. May we keep them in peace and joy. Give us the ability to support them especially in their old age. Grant us the knowledge to understand them better. And also to forgive them of their mistakes, when necessary.
In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
My Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Psalms 37:5, “Commit your way to the Lord, Trust also in Him, And He shall bring it to pass.”
From the above context we learn that without faith, it is impossible for us to be saved and without faith it is impossible for us to please God. God rewards those that diligently seek Him. Faith in God simply means to believe God’s word Faith is trust what God has told us through His Word, the Bible. For it is not His will that anyone should perish.
You can assuredly trust God to finish the good work that He has started in your lives. We need to trust God’s Spirit to work in us for our Christian growth. Believing in God means to obey what God tells us in His Word. When we believe in God we desire to do what pleases Him. We do this by committing our way to the Lord and not trying to live the our life in our own strength.
The bible tells us of the story of Zechariah and Elizabeth. She and her husband Zechariah were righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless. But they did not have a child. They had been asking the Lord for the blessing of a child for many years. Having asked the Lord for many years, they were tired of asking. In fact they had forgotten all about their prayer. They were now well stricken in age. Elizabeth would not be able to conceive a child. Though their desire now seemed impossible, they committed their desires to the Lord and did not worry anymore. Years passed by, but God did not forget them. God sent an angel to visit Zechariah . The angel Gabriel said: ‘Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you are to call him John. He will be a joy and delight to you, and many will rejoice because of his birth, for he will be great in the sight of the Lord.” But he asked the Angel “How shall I know this? For I am old, and my wife is well advanced in years.”So the angel said to Zacharias, “But behold, you will be mute, and not able to speak, until the day, these things take place. because you did not believe, my words which will be fulfilled, in their own time.
The Bible says, that at the appointed time Elizabeth conceived and she gave birth to a son, as told by the angel. On the eighth day when they took the child to the temple, they wanted to call the child, by the name Zacharias. But Elizabeth said,” No he shall be called John.” And they made signs to his father, how he would have him called. And he asked for a writing table, and wrote, saying, His name is John. And they marvelled all. And his mouth was opened immediately, and his tongue loosed, and he spoke, and praised God. The words of the Angel came to pass.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters, Thus we see how Zacharias became mute, because he did not trust the words of the Angel . Therefore we need to trust and commit our way to the Lord and not try to live the life in our own strength. If we commit all our ways to the Lord and really trust in God, in all thing and believe all what He has told us in His Word, then we would discover that our hopes for our life would line up with God’s will for our life. If only every child of God would stop fretting about all the difficulties and evils in life and truly delight themselves in the Lord, by trusting His Word, resting in His promises and committing everything into His hands, He could carry out His perfect will in each of our lives. May God bless you to put your trust in the Lord.
Prayer:
Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Loving Father we commit all our ways to You and trust implicitly in Your Word – for we know that You have a plan for our life which we might hinder when we seek to do things in our own way. Keep us ever looking to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. May we trust You in all circumstances of our life. Whether good or bad, but to trust in God.
In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
My dear Brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of John 4:49 says, The Nobleman said to Jesus, ”Sir come down before my son dies. ”
From this context we see how the Father was very eager to meet Jesus and seek help, in order that his son, might get well. Every Father loves and cares for his son. No father would wish to see his son struggle for his life. Here was a nobleman waiting to meet Jesus. The nobleman had heard about Jesus. He heard that Jesus was coming to Cana of Galilee. The Galileans received Jesus because they had seen Him perform miracle in Jerusalem at the feast. The father knew that his son was at the verge of death. He was longing to meet Jesus at any cost and save the life of his son. He was a rich nobleman but his son was sick at Capernaum. His wealth or high position couldn’t save the life of his son. He knew that no one besides Jesus could save his son. So he was perplexed. When he heard that Jesus had come out of Judea, into Galilee he went to Him and implored Him to come down and heal his son, for he was at the point of death. Jesus said to him ‘Unless you people see signs and wonders,‘ you will never believe.’
The nobleman was filled with great fear, he said to Jesus, ‘Sir, come down before my child dies.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Everything is possible for one who believes.’ Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, ‘I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!’ Seeing his anxiety Jesus said to him, “Go your way your son lives.”The man believed the words of Jesus and so he departed. The noble man having heard about Jesus did not doubt Him instead he had faith in the Lord Jesus.
The nobleman did not know that Jesus could bring his son back to life even if he was dead. He went home with much fear. He did not realize that our God the Lord Jesus Christ, gives life to the dead and calls those things which do not exist as though they did.
But he believed His word. While he was still on his way home, his servants met him on the way with the news that his boy was living. When he enquired of them the hour when his son got better, they said to him, ‘Yesterday, at the seventh hour the fever left him. Then the father realised that this was the exact time at which Jesus had said to him, ‘Your son will live.’ So he and his whole household believed. The Bible says, , “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.”
My dear Brothers and Sisters, it is my earnest desire that you should all believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved. He who trusts in the Lord will be prospered. According to God’s word the Nobleman’s son believed on Him therefore his son was healed. Salvation came into his household.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank You for instilling good spirit in the heart of my children. May they realize the Miracle working God. Help them to trust in the Living God. Give them the understanding to approach You in times of trouble. Bless them with all heavenly blessing. Make Your face shine upon Your them. In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
Dearly Beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. As I waited upon the Lord, the blessed word that the Lord gave me to bless you today is from the book of 2 Corinthians 13:11 finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice! Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you. “
The First Church Corinth is a community torn by factions, Paul appeals to you, brothers and sisters, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you be in agreement and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be united in the same mind and the same purpose.”The apostle expresses the same wish: “mend your ways,” “agree with one another,” and “live in peace” For Paul, agreeing with one another or, thinking the same way should not be read as an appeal to uniformity. The apostle has recognized and has applauded the diversity of this congregation Having that kind of love for another will facilitate living at peace and mending the factions that have torn this congregation. That kind of love, however, is not possible without the power of God’s Holy Spirit at work in the congregation. Paul’s exhortations urge the Corinthians to demonstrate fruit of the Spirit — particularly joy and peace. For Joy is a marker of God’s kingdom.
Apostle Paul wrote two letters to the Church of Corinthians. He admonished the people in the church at Corinth over various issues. In his second letter Today, The Lord is going to give you and your family the same blessings that he had given to the people of the Corinthian Church. The five kinds of blessings are the blessing of rejoicing, Strive for full restoration, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace and harmony God Himself will bless you with these blessings if you come to Him in truth and in spirit. The Bible says, The Lord takes pleasure in them that fear him, in those that hope in his mercy.
Firstly, God will meet the people who are troubled and weep in their heart, God is going to give you the blessing of Happiness as mentioned in the verse in the Bible. Then young women will dance and be glad, young men and old as well. I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow. God’s promises are true. He is not a man to lie. He will fulfil the desire of those who fear Him. God will turn your sorrows into joy especially the young children in your house, who have lost their peace due to their own sins or troubled due to failures in their life. God is going to turn those troubles into Joy. God is going to bless the people who are finding difficulties in getting the jobs or finding it hard to settle in their career. God will settle you in your Career. God will strengthen and heal their children’s broken hearts. God is going to meet the old people who weep inside the four walls of their house. God says, He will comfort them and give him joy instead of sorrow.
God will give you today the divine happiness. God says, that He hears your cries ‘and He will bless you with His divine Happiness. The Bible says, his poor man cried and the Lord heard him, And saved him of all his troubles.
Prayer
Our Loving heavenly Father, we thank you for this blessed day. Lord bless us and our children, like the way You blessed the people of the church in Corinth. Bless us with peace and happiness. So that we will rejoice in You. Be merciful to your people and comfort them and keep them happy so that they shall seek all the goodness that you have stored up for them.
In Jesus Name
Amen.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of 2 Kings 4:32-35.
Today we are going to meditate on how God listens to His prophets and answers to their prayers. Shunammite woman was a wealthy, married woman. In order to honour, the Prophet Elisha, she set up a guest room acknowledging him as a true prophet and holy man of God. She often compelled him to eat food at her home. So it was, as often as he passed by that way he turned in there to eat some food.
Elisha in return wanted to show some favour to her. So he called for her through his servant Gehazi, she came and stood just before him by the door. Gehazi told Elisha, that she actually had no son and her husband was rather old so Elisha said to her, “About this time next year, you shall embrace a son” And just as he had said, the woman conceived and bore a son when the appointed time had come of which Elisha had told her. It is through the prayers of this prophet that she got a baby boy and he grew up as a lad. All of a sudden the boy developed a high temperature, and the boy passed away.
What the Shunammite woman did was amazing, She took the dead body of her son and placed it on the cot in the upper chamber which she had prepared for the prophet and even without telling her husband she ran to mount Carmel in search of Prophet Elisha. As soon as she conveyed this incident, Elisha gave a staff to his servant Gehazi, and directed him to lay it on the face of the child thinking that the child would wake up at once. But she was adamant. She refused to leave until Elisha agreed to accompany her. She knew that only the words of the prophet will perform a miracle. Halleluiah!
In the mean while Gehazi went ahead and laid the staff on the face of the child but there was neither voice nor hearing. Elisha entered the chamber where the dead body of the boy was laid on the cot and he shut the door behind the two of them. He stretched himself out on the child and looking up to heaven he prayed earnestly. When he lay over the child the flesh of the child became warm, The Child sneezed seven times and the child opened his eyes. Elisha called for the Shunammite woman and said “’pick up your son”’ She fell at his feet bowed to the ground and she picked up her son and went out cheerfully. God answered the prayer of the prophet and brought life into the boy. The Bible says, The effective fervent prayer of a righteous avails much. Elisha prayed earnestly and God heard his prayer. The Bible says, in 2 Chronicles 20:20, Believe in the Lord your God, and you shall be established. Believe his prophets and you shall prosper. So the Shunammite woman and her son prospered because she honoured the man of God the prophet.
God has anointed and appointed men of God, to pray for the children of God. I humbly would like to share this to make people understand the glory of God. God has been using me to bless multitudes. Whenever the problem goes beyond their control people approach me for prayer. When I pray for them to the Lord, He speaks words of prophecy through me by His word. They take hold of the word that proceeds out of my mouth and it turns out to be a blessing for them. I praise God and give all the glory to God alone. I pray and bless everyone who reads this message. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank you for appointing prophets who can pray for the people. May those with problems be able to approach these prophets to stand in the gap and intercede for them. Help them to be true and faithful while they prophesy. Bless both the prophets and those who are in need of prayer.
In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
