I greet and bless every one of you in the Mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of John 14:12, “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in Me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these.”
The miracles of Christ were supernatural signs to prove His claims to be the Messiah of Israel, but the WORK that Christ referred to was very different from walking on water, feeding 5000 men with bread and fish, raising people from the dead or casting out demons. Jesus did not say that we would do greater miracles but greater WORKS and He told us, that the work of God is that you believe in Him Whom the Father has sent – and for all who have believed in Him God has prepared many works for us to carry out, in His strength. All who believed would be empowered to do good works. The work to which Christ was referring was not walking on water or stilling the sea. it was not feeding the masses with tasty food or raising dead people back to life but feeding the soul with every word that proceeds from the mouth of God and helping to raise spiritually dead souls into newness of life by the grace, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
The work that was carried out by the apostles was to save the dying souls of the lost sinners who are dead in their trespasses and sins, and thereby separated from God and His fellowship. Such people should hear the good news of the gospel of grace, believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, become a new creation in Him – and receive forgiveness of sins and life everlasting. When Peter preached, his first sermon, on the Day of Pentecost, 3000 souls were saved. This was considered as a greater work. As Christ had earlier said , “Verily Verily I tell you, whoever believes in Me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these.”
While Jesus lived on the face of this earth, Jesus had performed number of miracles, Yet many people would ask this question in their mind. Can such miracle happen today? Can a man of God perform such a miracle in the present time? If you just believe you shall see the Glory of God. To relate this I wish to present before you an incident that took place in the life of Sister Shirly’s son. Her only son Samson, met with an accident while crossing the road from his school bus. He was hit down by an Omni bus and his skull broke and was hospitalised. After 15 days, he was announced dead. I was broken in my spirit when I heard the news about her son. He was her only son. And immediately I asked her to keep her phone in the ears of her dead son and I cried out to the Lord. saying, “ O Death where is your victory ? O Death where is your sting? Lord You heard the prayer of Elijah and brought back life into the dead body of the widow’s son. For the Bible says, “Then the Lord heard the voice of Elijah and the soul of the child came back to him and he revived.”I asked the Lord can only Elijah the prophet bring back life to the dead boy. Will You not revive the spirit of Samson again into his body and wipe away the tears of his mother? Lord You brought back life into the body of the widow’s son of the city of Nain, and wiped away her tears. In the same way Lord take pity on this boy Samson and revive his dead body to life. I cried to the Lord earnestly, for I believed that the prayer of the righteous avails much”. Suddenly the mother burst with a shout of joy saying, “Brother, Samson opened his eyes and his feet is moving”. They rushed the boy to the hospital. Doctors were amazed and after 20 days, in the ICU, he was discharged. The Lord heard my prayer and brought life into the body of Samson. Jesus is alive even today.
The Prayer warriors in the prayer tower were praying and were constantly in touch with Sister Shirley. Once while I was fasting and praying, I called up to Sister Shirley, she said that all was well with Samson except that he will never be able to speak for the rest of his life. She further said that she was glad to see her son alive. I was very disturbed in my heart. So I asked her to keep the phone again in his ears and prayed to the Lord. I reminded God about the incident of the deaf man who had an impediment in his speech and how the Lord Jesus 2000 years ago looked up to heaven and said “Ephphatha” and immediately his ears were opened. And the impediment of his tongue was loosened, and immediately he spoke plainly. I too pronounced the word “Ephphatha’’ which means “Be Opened” with a loud voice and called upon the Holy Name of the Lord God of Israel, the Maker of the Universe to perform a miracle for Samson. I said, “Lord release his vocal cord that had been damaged in the accident and let Gods mighty power be revealed through Samson. Let every dead cells be revived in the name of Jesus. Lord, please undo the knot that has tied up his tongue from speaking. Loosen the bonds of his speech. Just then, the Lord heard my Prayer. God loosened his tongue and Samson said, “Amma “, the mother was surprised to hear the voice of her son and so rushed him again to the Doctor. There was joy in her voice when she called up to thank me. The doctors were surprised as to how Samson could speak. It was a miracle that happened through fasting, and by fervent prayer with faith. Samson who called out to his mother on that day continues to speak for ever. God is alive. He performs miracles even today. Praise the Lord. Believe in His name and you shall see the miracle of God. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our Loving Heavenly Father, we thank you for this blessed day. Thank You for hearing our prayer, even during hard times. Thank you for giving us the heart to trust in You at all times. Teach us and our children to completely depend upon You. May People realize that Jesus is still alive and is able to perform miracles even today for those who cry out to Him. Help us to carry out the work that You have designed for us to do. May we win souls for the kingdom of God.
In Jesus Name we pray.
Amen.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Joel 2:26 “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, And praise the name of the Lord your God.”
From the above context we see the promise of God assured to His people through Prophet Joel. This is a prophetical word to all those of you who are reading this message, as to what the Lord is about to do for you after these days. The Lord says, “You shall eat in plenty.” I have heard some people say, “I was unable to provide food for my child. My son has gone to school without taking any food, or you might say, “My Son has gone to college without having his food,” and so you are very distressed to think about your poor state of life that you could not provide even food for your children. But today the Lord is saying, “You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied.”
Today we see how the Lord has given, us much growth and advancement during these days, while our grandparents and elderly people are still alive with us to see the vast development and prosperity of our days, that they had missed in their earlier days. These days God has blessed us so much that we compel our children to eat well to the full. We see mothers running behind their children to feed them. The Lord has provided such abundance, these days. Our children are going to see much more than these in the days to come. Hallelujah! Our God is one who will lead us in a wonderful way. We often think what is the Lord doing for us? Just look back and see the past days of life, as to how we were brought up.
But we see how wonderfully the Lord is leading us. The children of God are advancing day by day. In those days there were only huts made of mud and bricks, every side we turn to. People made bricks by themselves. But today a large quantity of baked bricks is brought by lorry trucks, to help them construct their houses. In those days, the mother, father, and their children would get together to make mud bricks. Children would go a long distance to locate hand pumps, to bring pots of water to help their parents. They in turn would stamp the mud like clay, with their feet, and make bricks by themselves. There was no proper roof with tiles. But they would take the leaves from the palm trees, weave them and use them as roof for covering their mud huts. Once in two months they would change the roof. But look at the development we have today. The lifestyle has changed considerably in these modern times. The Lord is leading us miraculously.
May be you too have been going through tough period, in feeding and growing up your children. You might have been caught up in debts, or you might have taken huge loan for paying the fees for your children or for medical treatment of someone sick in your family, as a result you would have been unable to feed your children properly with good food or meet their expectation. But prophetically God is saying that you shall eat in plenty and be satisfied. God will open ways and means for you to meet all your financial needs. For the Bible says, “My God will meet all your needs according to His Glorious riches in Christ Jesus.” So believe in Jesus for your sustenance. God Bless You.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Thank you Lord for making us understand how, You have changed our times to see better days. Lord we praise You and also uphold You for helping us to eat well and be satisfied. Enrich us to meet our financial needs according to your promise.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today, is from the book of 2 Kings 18:6,7 , “For He held fast to the Lord, he did not depart from following Him, but kept his commandments which the Lord had commanded Moses. The Lord was with him, he prospered wherever he went. And he rebelled against the king of Assyria, and did not serve him.”
From the above context we come to understand that Hezekiah feared God and kept his commandments. He held on to God for all his needs therefore he prospered wherever he went. Hezekiah began to reign when he was twenty five years old. And he did what was right in the sight of God, according to all that his father, David had done. He removed the high places, and broke the sacred pillars, cut down the wooden images, and broke in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made in the wilderness.
He trusted in the Lord God of Israel, so that after him, there was none like him, among all the kings of Judah. For he held fast to the Lord, he did not depart from following Him, but kept his commandments. Which the Lord had commanded Moses. The Lord was with him and therefore Hezekiah prospered wherever he went. He also refused to serve the king of Assyria, He was even known for preserving antiquity like the golden pot of Manna, and Aaron’s rod. that budded, and the tablets of the covenant. Thus Hezekiah obeyed the commandments, of Moses which were laid down for the people of Israel.
Many of you while reading this message seem to be so worried, and perplexed as to why things are not working the way you expect, and you are not successful, like Hezekiah. You are broken in heart with much disappointment; You seem to have been a failure, all this while. You begin to do something, but you end up in failure. You go to distant places in order to look out for a bride or bridegroom, but you return disappointed. You always, get a negative reply, a negative response to all your queries. As a result you have sunk in depression. Because you are so disappointed that nothing is working as per your desire. You seem to be a total failure. You seem to say, “Look if I take one step forward then I fall four steps backward.”No never think that way, for God is more concerned about your life. He will enlist you in the order of Hezekiah, and cause you to be successful in life, provided you acquire the quality of Hezekiah.
To be successful, you need to do two things, firstly you should not depart from God, and secondly you should live a dependent life on God. You should never backslide and join the devil in any way. If a man has the character, of the devil then he is of the devil, and does not belong to God. May God help you to analyse for yourself, where you have fallen short, of the glory of God. and repair the damages caused in your life. David repented of his sins therefore God exalted him. Similarly God will exalt you and cause his face to shine upon you. The Bible says, David prospered in all his undertakings for the Lord was with him. And He continued to prosper in all his ways. Likewise Isaac sowed in that land during famine, and reaped in the same year, a hundred fold. They were successful because God was with them. If God is with you then you will be successful. Hold on to God like Hezekiah. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank you for this blessed day. Lord we thank you for showing us the way to success. Teach us to hold on to God, and not to depart from Him. May we do that which is right in the sight of God. Make us to prosper in all our ways like Hezekiah.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of 2 Kings 18:6, “Thou shall fear the LORD thy God; Him shall thou serve, and to him shall thou cleave, and swear by His name.”
From the above context we see that King Hezekiah was firm in his decision. According to the above context Hezekiah feared, served and clung to the Lord as king of Judah. He was considered as a righteous king. After King David, many kings failed to serve God but Hezekiah like David, followed the Lord in all his ways. Hezekiah was a true son of David. Though some of the kings, did that which was right, but they were not like David. God raised one up like David himself and he was King Hezekiah. He carefully preserved the brazen serpent that had been lifted up in the wilderness, as a memorial of God’s goodness to their fathers in the wilderness. But The People of Israel often forgot the goodness of their God, while they were in the wilderness, They did not heed to the word of God, or exercise their faith; in God, But they always believed in superstition and other dangerous evils and often, provoked God. True faith in God, meditation in God’s word, and prayer to the God of Israel, is all that one needs, to function as God’s children. Thus we see that Hezekiah trusted in the Lord God of Israel and did all that was right in the sight of God.
In the petty kingdom of Judah. The pious character and the excellent course of Hezekiah was admired by many other kings. Since Hezekiah feared the Lord, he was successful in all that he did, because he followed the commandments of God. The Bible says, God sent His Prophet Isaiah to inform him to set his house in order. He said, “Set Your house in order, for you shall die, and not live.”Hearing this Hezekiah was shocked, so he turned his face towards the wall and cried to the Lord. He also reminded God about all his good deeds. He reminded the Lord that he had been faithful to God, and that he had walked in truth and with a loyal heart, as the king of Judah. He wept bitterly before the Lord.
God took pity on Hezekiah and he spared his life and extended another fifteen years to his life. Thus we see how Hezekiah won the heart of God. And was a successful king of his times. To those of you who are reading this message, I wish to tell you that, all of us wish to be successful in our life. Many of you are longing to succeed in your profession, in your studies or in your business, or in your family life. But somehow you don’t seem to achieve success. May be you are, worried about your debts, you are wondering as to how you will clear the bills? You seem to be worried about your future? Trust in God Almighty. He will remove poverty from your house and keep you rich and prosperous. The Bible says, You shall seek Me and find Me, when you shall search for Me with all your heart. Are you willing to search for God? Are you ready to seek God and find Him while He is available to you. Change your attitude. Live up to His expectation. Do that which is right in the sight of God, like Hezekiah. Then you shall find a change in your life. Surrender to Him and you will be successful. All your desires will be fulfilled. He will crown you with joy. He will never ever put you to shame. Like Hezekiah God will also extend the days of your life. God Bless You.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Thank you Lord for teaching us to hold on to You, to seek you and find you with all of our heart. Teach us to cling to You, that we may achieve success in our life. Help us to always, walk in tune with You. Never to forsake You or go away from Your presence. Help us to be like king Hezekiah, who did that which was right in the sight of God. Make us successful in all that we do.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
Dearly Beloved , I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Deuteronomy 11:14, “I will send rain on your land, in its season, “the early rain and the latter rain, that you may gather in your grain, and your new wine, and your oil. And I will send grass in your fields for your livestock that you may eat, and be filled.”
We understand from the above context that God will give you the rain over your land in order to make it fruitful, at the proper time. The above verse indicates that rain falls, in due season, to water the seed, that it might take root, and grow and spring up. The first rain is the autumn rain that falls during the time of sowing. The latter rain is the spring rain, which falls, during the harvest season. Between these two wet periods, there was no rain in Canaan. So God promised to give the people rain in due season, Such a quantity of rain as the land required, a sufficiency of it to make it fruitful, and at the proper time: So that the people will gather in the corn, and the wine, and the oil; which were the principal things the land afforded for the sustenance of men; bread corn which strengthens man’s heart, and makes him fit for labour; wine, which is his drink, and makes the heart of man glad and cheerful; and oil, which in these countries was used instead of butter, and was fattening, and made the face to shine.
The in gathering of these fruits were at different times; the barley harvest first, the wheat harvest next, and after that the vintage, and the gathering of the olives; and by means of rain in due season they were favoured with each of these. The Bible says, Be glad then you children of Zion, And rejoice in the Lord your God for He has given you the former rain faithfully. And He will cause the rain to come down for you. Then your threshing floors shall be full of wheat, And the vats shall over flow, with new wine and oil. Halleluiah!
When the sight of the Lord falls upon a person, firstly the Lord will renew and bloom their financial status that seems to be dead. The Lord will bring them out of their shameful life. Hallelujah! The Lord will pour out a blessed rain upon your business in due season, in order that you might gather your grain, new wine and olive oil. That due season may be this year, 2021 that the Lord has crowned for you. The Lord will crown this year, with His goodness and will bring an end to all your poverty and failures. And once again your business will spring forth and hence the Lord is pouring out His words upon you. The Lord is pouring out His Holy Spirit upon you. And you shall grow prosperous. Halleluiah.! The Lord says, to those of you who are reading this message and are waiting for the Lord to bring about a breakthrough in your financial status, you need to humble yourself, in the mighty hands of the Lord, In order that God might lift you up, from your poverty state of life to prosperity. Hence receive the blessing of the Lord today.
You don’t need any one else to lift you up. God Himself will lift you up. So do not worry. Be cheerful in the Lord. The Lord Promises to restore to you the years which the swarming locusts has eaten. You shall eat in plenty and be satisfied. And the Lord shall never put you to shame. The Lord your God wants you to gather corn to make bread which strengthens, your heart, and makes you fit for labour, and wine which makes the heart of man, glad and cheerful and oil that makes your face to shine. God wants to bless you in a similar manner as He blessed the children of Israel. God will deliver you from your financial problems, and also prosper you in all that you do. God will satisfy you early with His mercy that you may rejoice and be glad all the days, of your life. God will make you glad according to the days, in which you have been afflicted. And the years in which you have seen evil. Praise and glory be to God. The Lord Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we pray that You will establish the work of your hands. Let the beauty of the Lord our God rest upon us. Return O Lord and have compassion on us. Let our barns be filled with plenty and our vats overflow with new wine. Lord bless us according to your mercy. May we eat and be satisfied. Deliver us from financial problems and bring us out of shame, that we may face others boldly. Make us glad and cheerful.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
