Dearly Beloved, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Jeremiah 29:11 hua,”For I know the plans I have for you” declares the Lord, “they are plans for your welfare and good, and not for disaster. They are plans to give you a future and a hope. ”The above verse assures that God will shower us with only, success and blessings in life, but it is reassuring that God has a purpose for our suffering. The real context of this reference is part of God’s word to His people and a revelation of how to live in Him for Him and for His glory.
There are many people facing difficult situations today and such people can take comfort in the above verse, knowing that it is not a promise to immediately rescue you from hardship or suffering, but rather a promise that God has a plan for our lives and regardless of our current situation, He can work through it to prosper you and give you a hope. Prophet Jeremiah warned Israel to stop their idol worship, in which they trusted. But God who is loving and gracious, long-suffering and faithful, used His rod of chastening, to correct His people and thus draw them close to Him. And so Jeremiah wrote a message of comfort to the Jews who had been exiled to Babylon. He promised that God’s future plans for His people were rooted in His never-failing faithfulness towards them. He gave them a promise of future peace and wonderful hope and not a pledge of punishment that would result in their ultimate disaster and destruction.
God was mindful of their restoration from Egypt the land of bondage. His thoughts were concerning the peace and prosperity of the Jews in Babylon and not to hurt them. Even their captivity in Babylon was for their own good. Whatever evil befalls them God means it for good. He cannot think it otherwise concerning His children. Since he has designed so much good for them. He wants to bestow much good upon them. He wants to give them an expected end. He is the Alpha, and Omega. The beginning and the end. God wants to give you also a better end of all your problems and sufferings.
Today God wants to comfort you also who are reading this message with the same assurance that prophet Jeremiah was relating about the words of God, to the captive Israelites in Babylon. He was trying to correct some of the false prophets who were promising the people that God would soon free them. The Israelites were captives in Babylon, for nearly seventy years. You too might be in some kind of captivity or bondage. May be incurable disease, huge debts, court case, family dispute and children’s disobedience leads you to mental stress. You may be crying over any such issues. To such people God comforts them by saying, “I know the plans, I have for you —plans for your welfare and not for your disaster. Though your current situation seems to be rather hurtful, yet the end will be successful. The plans God has prepared for you, is designed to prosper you and bring you peace and comfort, safety and success. God promises that if you are patient and submit to His words, then you would thrive as a nation, and the city would prosper. The Lord desires the best for His children even though you may stray far from Him. His plan for you is to give a future and a hope. You have an assurance that whatever you may have to face today, God’s thoughts toward you are only good continually “for I know the plans that I have for you”, declares the LORD. “They are plans for peace and not disaster – plans to give you a future, filled with hope”. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Thank You, Lord, for the good plans You have purposed for us and for our children. Enlarge our vision about You and enable us to trust Your word of truth through all the circumstances of our life, knowing that Your thoughts towards us are only good continually. Thank You, Father, that all things work together for good, for those that love You and are fitting into Your plans and purposes. Continue to protect us .
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
I greet you in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ! Today we are going to meditate on the word Psalm 90:14, “Oh satisfy us in the morning, with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days. Make us glad for as many days, as you have afflicted us, for as many years as we have seen trouble.”
This is a psalm that Moses offered to the Lord as a prayer. In this verse, Moses emphasises his desire to the Lord regarding the people of Israel. He wanted the people to rejoice, who came along with him, with a hope of living a life of freedom in the land flowing with milk and honey. He says; make us glad according to the days, wherein we have been afflicted. The People of Israel had lived a cruel life in the land of Egypt. They were in bondage for nearly 430 years. They were not only in bondage but also were tortured severely by them. The Bible tells that they were so burdened and hence they cried out to the Lord. Moses actually pleads the Lord on their behalf to help them see better days. Moses desired that God would bring an end to all their tribulation.
My dear children of God, you too might have been crying out to the Lord for several years, regarding your problems that you are facing. And you might not have received an answer to your prayers. The Lord is saying that He is going to put an end, to all your problems. From today, you are going to be glad all the days of your life.
The Lord is going to satisfy you with His abundant mercies that will cause you to rejoice in the Lord. He will wipe away all the tears from your eyes. He will put gladness in your heart. He will set you on the rock and fill your mouth with His praises. He will change your sorrow into joy and place new grace upon you every day. Grace is the gift that the Lord gives to you when you are not worthy of it. You might have faced a lot of disappointments in life, and hence filled with sorrow. Today the Lord is about to perform a miracle for you. God wants to grant you gladness according to the days (in which) you have suffered in your life. For our God is able to do exceedingly great things in your life. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving Heavenly Father, we thank you for this blessed day. Lord you have seen the troubles and pain that your children have endured all these years. Lord I pray that you may fill them with your abundant mercies and grace every morning and satisfy them with gladness all the days, of their lives. Lord let the days of disaster come to an end in their life and bless them to see greater days in life. Shower your unfailing love upon them.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of, Psalms 147:3 , He heals the broken hearted and binds up their wounds.
From the above context we understand that Jesus Christ went about healing the sick and the broken hearted. He consoled and comforted those in distress and pain. We always want to see Gods protection as a magic force that keeps us from all harm. God has to stop any evil or destruction or any other disease that approach us. But we don’t understand why He allows it. God works in ways that we do not comprehend. Sometimes Gods protection comes in the form of peace and strength in the middle of despair. As a believer in Jesus we are promised a new life covered under the protection of God in which nothing can separate us from His Love.
There was one such brother who came to me for prayer . His leg was almost rotten. In order to put down his business, one of his co-workers had made witch craft against him, as a result he could not walk or continue his business. He was admitted in the hospital, but the doctors said, that his leg had to be amputated. He was totally in distress. Then he came to me for prayer. I applied the holy oil from the holy land Jerusalem over his rotten leg and prayed earnestly. God healed his leg completely within few weeks. Again he met me along with his wife and daughter to thank me at Anbarin Padhathil Oru Nal meeting. They returned home rejoicing in the Lord.
God performed a miracle for him. The same God will perform a miracle for you also if you abide by His word. The anointed Holy oil has power to heal disease and wounds. It is considered to be a shield of protection. The Bible says, If anyone is sick then let him call the elders of the church and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. Our God forgives all your sins and heals all your disease. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank you for the holy oil that you have provided to heal the sick and the wounded. May we receive the holy oil as a gift of God and apply it to heal our wounds. We also thank you for the miracle you perform to those who call upon your name. Teach us to receive the Holy Spirit and walk faithfully in our day to day life.
Amen.
In Jesus name we pray.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Psalms 37:18,19 “The Lord knoweth the days of the upright: and their inheritance shall be forever. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time: and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.”
From the above context we learn that God knows how long the upright will live, and all that will happen to them. God’s eyes are upon all the allotted days of their life; and nothing can shorten the days appointed to them. The wicked expect to live, hope to live, make their arrangements to live; but their eyes cannot rest on the future, and they cannot see the end – cannot tell precisely when they will be cut off. Some unexpected calamity – something which they cannot foresee may come upon them, and cut short their days long before the expected time. But this cannot happen to the upright. For God’s eyes are on the righteous. Nothing can prevent them from reaching their goals.
When trouble and calamity come, in seasons of famine or want, they will find their expectations, arising from confidence in God, fully met. And in the days of famine they shall be satisfied. Their needs shall be supplied. God will provide for them. But the wicked and evildoers shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb. For yet a little while and the wicked shall be no more; indeed, you will look diligently for his place, but it shall be no more. The Psalmist David says, I have seen the wicked in great power, and spreading himself like a native green tree, yet he passed away, and behold, he was no more; indeed I sought him, but he could not be found. This is the end of the wicked who rise up against the upright.
Many of you who are reading this message may have unknown enemies at your work spot. Or someone in your own business might be coming against you, as a result your business has fallen. Someone might have spent lot of money to do witchcraft or sorcery against you. It may be your own relative because of jealousy, may be trying to separate your wife from you or may be separating your children from you. Your own friend or someone whom you trusted very much can turn against you for various reasons and bring down your fall . They might cause deep mental stress to you and your family, and you are not able to understand why all this is happening to you. Well the Bible says, “Do not be afraid, of sudden terror. Nor of trouble from the wicked, when it comes. For the Lord will be your confidence and will keep your foot from being caught. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. And every tongue which rises against you, in judgement, you shall condemn.”’ This message was prepared to comfort those of you who are struggling in such situation. While reading this message the Spirit of God would have spoken to you. It is your choice. If you choose to be upright in life then you will live a long, successful life. God wants not only you to live long, but also bless your inheritance. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. We thank You Lord for your concern about the Upright. Teach us to be upright in our life. That we may be blessed and never to do anything that would displease You and cause damage to our life. Thank You Lord for blessing our inheritance.
In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today is from the book of Deuteronomy.5:33,”You shall Walk in all the ways, which the Lord your God, has commanded you, that you may live and that it may be well with you. And that you may prolong your days.”
From the above context we learn that when we walk in the ways of God then we may live and all will be well with us. God will extend the days of our life upon the face of this earth. These words are specially written down by Holy men of God and preserved for our spiritual life. When you abide by the commandment of God and walk in His ways, then your life will be well. Joshua says, “Meditate on it day and night so you will be sure to obey everything written in it. Only then will you prosper and succeed in all you do.”
The people of Israel were in a good mind, under the strong convictions of the word they heard. It would be well with people if they feared God and obeyed His commandments. The only way to be happy is to be holy. God says, to the righteous, it shall be well with them. Let each one make the word of God more and more their study and delight, in order to have a blessed life. “The Bible says, You shall walk in all the ways, which the Lord your God hath commanded you.
The Bible says, “Lord when I look into your words then, I would not be ashamed. And we see in the life of Zacharias and Elizabeth, though they were quite old, they were blessed with a child to extend their Godly generation because God found them to be more righteous, before God, walking in all the commandments, and ordinances of the Lord. They were not put to shame. Thus God expects each one of us to live a righteous and Godly life. Moses admonishes the people of Israel that if they wanted to live a successful life, comfortably, in the land of Canaan, and enjoy the benefits of it; then they need to experience the obedience and righteousness of God, that it may be well with them , and that they may prolong their days in the land which they shall possess; the land of Canaan. .
May be until now you had problem at your work spot, or in your business. Things don’t seem to happen the way you expect. People fail to understand you. You are going through a tough period of life. There is no peace in your family life. You and your family have been struggling because of the lockdown period these seven months. You couldn’t pay your rent or your EMI. Now all seems to have accumulated. Therefore you are facing a lot of problems.
But this is the time God wants to help you. He is willing to stretch out His helping hand to you provided you surrender your life to Him. All will be well with you and your family when you decide to receive God’s word by faith and obey Gods commandments. Your business will flourish. Your children will begin to go to school or college. Your family will regain its original form. You shall get back all that you have lost in life during this dark period. God says, 2Shake yourself from the dust; arise, and sit down, loose yourself from the bands of your neck. Arise and Shine for your light has come. You are no more in the dark. May the Lord help you to receive Gods word by faith and obey His commandments that all may be well with you. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Thank You for telling us through this message that it is important for us to receive God’s word by faith and obey His commandments. Help us to listen to your voice and accept your precepts. May all things be well with us as you have promised. Teach us to enjoy the benefits that you have bestowed upon us by living a Holy Life.
In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
