I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Job 14:14, “If a man dies, shall he live again? All the days, of my hard service, I will wait, till my change comes.”
From the above context we see that Job questions God, as to when a change will come in his life. He says, “I am waiting for the end time of my affliction to come.” Our God is one who brings about changes, in our life. But he does not change. At the same time He changes, our circumstances. In the case of Job, it was God who allowed him to be afflicted in order to check his faith in God. Job proved himself to be blameless and righteous. He did not murmur against God, neither did he grumble over his situation. He believed that God will bring about a great change in his life, after the period of his affliction. He says that he is waiting for the appointed time, for God to bring about a change in his life. He had faith in God that God the Father will not destroy him in his affliction; instead he will change his sorrow into joy and also help him see the days of glory as he had lived in the past days of his life. This shows how wealthy he had been in the past with his wife and children. He had lived a respectable life.
But now his condition was miserable. I see in my spirit, many of you reading this message with much expectation, hoping for a change to take place in your life. Those of you who are going through affliction and trials due to financial crisis, joblessness, failure in business, poor payment, huge debts, and poor health condition, may be anxiously waiting for a change to happen in your life. You may be saying, “Will not God open His eyes and see my affliction? How long am I going to suffer like this? When will I see good days in my life? When will I get a good job? When will I earn more money? When will I get settled ? When will I have a child? I am living in great shame and humiliation, How can I face the society? When will I do well in my business? ”These are some of the questions that may arise in your mind. Well as prophesy, I wish to say that God will soon bring about a change in your life provided you remain quiet like Job who waited for the appointed time of change in his life. God says, surely there is an end, to all your sufferings. Your hope will not be cut off. There will be an end to your sickness, your state of poverty, and your debts. God will bring an end to your shame and humiliation, He knows all your problems and sorrows that you go through in your life. The Bible says, “The eyes of the Lord look down from heaven, upon the children of men. “God keeps looking at you and your needs to support you when you are in trouble. All you need to do is to wait upon God patiently for His time.
Job was living peacefully as a wealthy man with his wife and ten children. But disaster suddenly struck his family. He lost his ten children on a single day, then his cattle, his wealth and all glory and honour. He took a potsherd with which to scrape, the boils from the sole of his foot to the crown of his head. His friends looking at his disfigured body wondered whether he had committed some secret sin against God. Even his wife said to him, “Do you still hold fast to your integrity? Curse God and die. But he spoke to her saying, “You speak as one of the foolish women speaks.” Shall we who accepted good from God and shall we not accept adversity? And in this Job did not sin with his lips. So when affliction strikes your door then count it all joy when you fall into various trials. Because once the period of affliction gets over then God will pour out his blessings upon you. He blessed Job who endured very patiently, a double portion of blessing. Then his brothers and sisters, and all his acquaintances, came to him and ate food with him, consoled and comforted him. Each one gave him a piece of silver and each a ring of gold. The Lord blessed the latter days of Job, more than his beginning. God will bless you also as he had blessed Job. Wait patiently for the appointed time of change. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, we thank You for telling us about Job and his affliction. Help us to bear patiently the affliction that we need to go through. Give us the grace we need to wait upon God, when we go through affliction.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
Dearly Beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Luke 19:10, “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
From the above context we read, again that Jesus came to seek that which was lost. That morning, Zacchaeus did not expect that before long he would be honouring Jesus in his own home. As a rich, important and chief tax-collector he was an individual who was hated by the Jews and despised by the Romans and was quite possibly a man who had been a swindler. But Jesus took time to come to him, to call to him and to open up for him the path of salvation, for Jesus has come to seek and to save that which was lost. No doubt God had been preparing the heart of this wealthy yet detested tax-collector, for God is able to discern the motives of every man, and this meeting with Christ brought a sinner to repentance, when confronted with the incomparable perfection of the Son of Man.
The arrogant Pharisees looked down upon tax-collectors and sinners and thanked God that they were so different from such ‘offensive’ people. These self-righteous men were so proud that they fasted twice a week, paid tithes of all their cumin and dill. They were righteous in their own petty little eyes, yet failed to act justly to love mercy and to walk humbly before God. But the Lord was different, from those critical Jewish leaders, who readily accused the Lord Jesus of mingling with tax-collectors and sinners! But that day, salvation came to the house of Zacchaeus, for the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost. God still knows the heart of man and He is still seeking and saving those which are lost and bringing salvation to many souls who trust in HIM – by grace through faith.
Jesus said, “Take heed that you do not despise one of these little ones, for I say to you that in heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in heaven. For the Son of Man has come to save that which was lost. The Parable of the Lost Sheep is one of the parables of Jesus. It is about a shepherd who leaves his flock of ninety-nine sheep in order to find the one which is lost. For the son of Man has come to save that which was lost. If a man has a hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, does he not leave the ninety-nine and go to the mountains to seek the one that is straying? “What do you think about the shepherd? And if he should find it, assuredly, I say to you, he rejoices more over that lost sheep than over the ninety-nine that did not go astray. Even so it is not the will of your Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish. For the Bible says, God is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. So Repent and be saved. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, we thank You because You came to seek and to save lost sinners like us and for the amazing love and grace You have bestowed upon us. Thank You for forgiving our sin s, for bringing salvation into our heart and for dwelling inside of us. Keep us humble in heart, meek in spirit and submissive to Your Holy Spirit, and may we be used to Your greater glory in all that we say and do.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of “Ezekiel 34:16, “I will seek the lost, and I will bring back the strayed, and I will bind up the injured, and I will strengthen the weak. I will feed them in justice.”
My Dear Brothers And Sisters, from the above context we learn that God sent His only Begotten son to seek that which was lost. To bring back those who had gone astray. God will bind up the injured and strengthen the weak. Then you shall say, “My cup overflows.” I see in my spirit, many of you are crying over your sinking life. But God will help you float upwards from your sinking state, and lift you from the miry clay and set your feet upon the rock. It is necessary to obey God’s word and spread out your net into the deep sea, like apostle Peter, who had a good catch. The net refers to your talents, your potential, your skill , your intelligence, may be in your job, your business, your family life, your financial position, your health condition. The Bible says, “Cast your bread upon the waters, for you will find it after many days. ”
My Dear Brothers And Sisters, We read in the Bible about a father who had two sons. The eldest son took care of his father and all that he had. But the younger son took his share that belonged to him, from his father and went away to a distant country. He enjoyed all the money with his friends in wrong activities and later after all his money got over he was left alone in such a pitiable state of life. He starved for food. So he worked as a caretaker of pigs and he ate the husk, the food that was given to the pigs. His clothes were torn and he did not have another to change. One day he thought about his father and his father’s house where there were many servants. He decided to return to his father’s house. And thought he would join his father, not as his son but as his servant. On the other hand, we see his father who waited for him day after day, month after month and year after year. He believed that one day God will change his son’s mind and bring him home. He will someday return not as a person with bad nature but as a refined person, since he had learnt through experience what life is, without his father who loved and cared for him. When the younger son returned home there was great rejoicing. His father put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet, and gave new set of clothes. There was feasting and great celebration.
My Dear Brothers And Sisters, Has any one of your relative left your home in anger, or threatening you, it could be your husband, your son, your son in law, or your own daughter, must have left your home because of misunderstanding. Don’t worry, God who promised that He will seek the lost and will bring back the strayed, will surely bring back your dear ones as refined persons. Those who left you, by hurting you, rebuking you, wounding you and causing much pain to you, will return in a miraculous manner. For God has seen your tears, regarding your loss. The eyes of the Lord are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good. He will bring all those who left you, as changed persons, repenting of their sinful nature. It will be a glorious day, you will rejoice in the Lord, and say, “ My cup overflows.” There will be great celebration in your home when you will find your lost one. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, we thank you for assuring us that You will seek those whom we have lost in life. Bring them back as changed persons. Let them realize their mistake, and return home. We can’t bear the pain for having lost them. Make us to rejoice by their return, like the prodigal son, who returned back to his father.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of 1Samuel 9:5,20 ,“When they reached the district of Zuph, Saul said to the servant who was with him, “Come, let’s go back, or my father will stop thinking about the donkeys and become worried about us. But as for your donkeys that were lost three days ago, do not be anxious about them, for they have been found. And [a]on whom is all the desire of Israel? Is it not on you and on all your father’s house?”
From the above context we read how Saul went with his servant in search of his father’s donkeys. They had been searching for the donkeys for many days, but couldn’t find them so they wanted to return home, since their father might not only be worried about the donkeys but also be worried about Saul and his servant. But the servant said, there is a man in this city who can surely say where our donkey is, so let’s go there, perhaps he can show us the way that we should go. So they went to the city where the man of God was. Thus they went in search of Prophet Samuel, to whom God had already told that a young man Saul from the land of Benjamin would be coming to meet him. And God said, “You shall anoint him as the commander over My people, Israel, that he might save My people, from the hand of the Philistines.” So Samuel met Saul and invited him to eat with him, and also told him not to be anxious about his lost donkeys as they all would be found.
The Bible says, the Son of God came to seek that which was lost. Have you lost anything? Are you searching for your lost wealth, property, your health, your job? What is it that you have lost? Don’t worry, for they will be found. Saul’s father bought those donkeys with hard earned money. He cared for the donkeys, so much but now they had been lost. Saul’s father was so worried. He couldn’t afford to lose his donkeys so he sent his son and his servant in search of his donkeys. But Samuel told them not to worry about the donkeys for they were found. Saul and his servant were pleased to hear the report of the lost donkeys. They knew that they would now return home with the donkeys. Many days had passed by in searching for the donkeys. Then Samuel took them into the hall, and made them sit in the seat of honour, along with thirty other head persons. So Saul ate with Samuel that day. Samuel also announced to Saul the good news that God has chosen him to be the commander of His people Israel. Samuel took a flask of oil, and poured it on his head and kissed him . Saul returned home to his father’s house not only with his lost donkeys but as an anointed royal king of Israel. He received double blessings. He who came in search of the donkey returned home as the anointed king.
So don’t be worried, because God will cause you to get back all that you have lost in life. God who considers that which does not exist, as if they existed, will help you get back all that you have lost It is an easy thing for God to do whether it is with the powerful, or with those who are powerless. You might have lost your job, your wealth, your house or your life partner, or your business. Whatever it might be, God is able to do great things, provided you wait on Him for His time. For He is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you, ask or think. Therefore to those of you who are reading this message I wish to tell you, that if you lose a particular thing and you are worried about it, God knows your pain and struggle, so he will not only return that which you have lost but also, elevate your life in the society, as he lifted Saul who was from a humble tribe of Benjamin, to that of the king of Israel. God Bless You.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, thank You for telling us that You will help us get back all that we have lost in our life. We see how Saul found his donkeys and how he was anointed as the king of Israel. Thank You Lord for your grace and mercy shown to Saul, an ordinary man from the least tribe of Benjamin. Grant to us the same grace and mercy to find that which we have lost in our life.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
My dearly beloved in Christ, I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given you for today is from the book of John 13:34 “ A new commandment I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you also must love one another.”
From the above context we learn that we should love one another as God has loved us. Christian love for one another is the outward manifestation of the invisible God in our world today. The life that rests, remains and abides in Christ is the one that demonstrates godly love for one another. As God abides in us and His love is perfected in us, we become a channel of His love to each other. God manifests Himself to the world today through the love we have for one another – but this is only possible if we love Him in truth and Spirit. May we become channels of blessing that we may pour out the love of God on others.
We see how God intervenes in the life of Esau and helps him to show love to his brother Jacob. Since Jacob had taken all the blessings from Isaac his father Esau was angry with him and wanted to kill him. But after many years Jacob was returning with all his wives children, cattle and goods to Canaan to see his father Isaac. On hearing the news of his return Esau his eldest brother comes with four hundred men to meet him. Jacob and Esau’s eventual meeting was according to God’s commandment. God wanted to bring about unity between the two brothers Esau and Jacob. So He urged Jacob to return to his home land, to his father’s place. So Jacob having become a wealthy person decided to return to his father’s place, along with his wives, children and cattle. He was on the other side of Jordan. He came to Haran with a staff, but now God had blessed him with two companies. He was a wealthy man of God. He was afraid to meet his brother Esau, who was beyond Jordan with four hundred men. If he crossed Jordan and went to meet his brother he knew that trouble awaited him. There was a breach between him and his brother. Their enmity lasted for years. Because Jacob had cheated his elder brother twice. Once he had taken away Esau’s birth right cunningly and later he had grabbed all the blessings of Esau from his father Isaac. Therefore he was afraid of meeting his brother.
Jacob had stayed with his uncle Laban for twenty long years. Now he was on his way to Canaan, his hometown. He was very scared to meet his brother Esau, who came with four hundred men. Now Jacob was prepared to lose anything in order to renew his relationship with his brother. So he divided the flocks and herds and camels into two companies. He prayed to the Lord to deliver him from the hands of his brother. For he was afraid that he would attack him and his family. He put the maid’s servants and their children in front, Leah and her children behind, and Rachel and Joseph last. Then Jacob crossed over before them and bowed himself seven times and he came near his brother. But Esau ran to meet Jacob, and embraced him and fell on his neck and kissed him, and they wept. God expects that His children love one another and dwell in unity and harmony. To such people God would command his blessing, even life for evermore.
Thus God reunited the brothers. Jacob said to Easu, “If I have found favour in your eyes, accept this gift from me. For to see your face is like seeing the face of God”. It was a moment of great rejoicing..This is what God expects of His children. Relationship is so important in one’s life. You cannot afford to lose relationship for it causes deep pain. The Bible says, “A brother offended is harder to win than a strong city.” Therefore remove all bitterness from your heart. In case there is some misunderstanding between you and your siblings then take immediate steps to reunite with them. When you renew your relationship with your siblings and dwell in unity then God will bless you abundantly from heaven.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, thank you for teaching us through this message, to love one another as God loves us. Heavenly Father, make us a channel of Your love and blessing to others, and may we rest, remain and abide in You so that Your love may be perfected in us. Lord take away the spirit of separation from our children. Help us to live in oneness of mind and unity. May we renew our relationship with others. Help us to be humble and submissive to each other.
In Jesus name we pray
Amen.
