Dearly beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given me to bless you today is from the book of Isaiah 40:10, “See, the Sovereign Lord comes with power, and he rules with a mighty arm. See, his reward is with him, and his recompense accompanies him.” Today the Lord is willing to come into your heart as a God of might. You might have gone through many losses, debts, shame and even diseases. The satan will always want to destruct your life. But today is the day that the Lord is bringing an end to the reign of satan over your life. Behold, the Lord is going to reign over your life today.
When the Lord reigns over you, your life will prosper. There will be advancement in your life. He will give you a new life. God is going to take away all the shame that you went through and is going to make your name great.
Today, as you read this message, the Lord wants to bring a change in your life. You might have been in expectant of a change. Knowing the desires of your heart, Jesus is coming to reign over your life. God comes with a plan when He comes to reign. The above verse says “His reward is with Him, and His recompense accompanies him.” God brings along with Him all the plans He has for you. You might not be able to handle certain problems at your home, your work place or even in your personal life. Do not panic about anything. Just surrender every situation to the Lord. Ask the Lord to reign over your situation. When you ask the Lord to reign over your problems, you will only be surprised by the way He works out things for your good. During the reign of God over your life, you need to abide with the Lord. Only then He will be able to manifest His plan in your life. Submit your life into His hands and receive His blessings today.

Father, I pray that You may enter into their lives and set everything right. Help them to surrender all their tough situations and relieve them from all their problems. I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Isaiah 30:18, “Therefore the Lord will wait, that He may be gracious to you; And therefore He will be exalted, that He may have mercy on you. For the Lord is a God of justice; Blessed are all those who wait for Him.”
From the above context we learn that the Lord longs to be gracious to you, and therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you for the Lord is a God of justice. How blessed are all those who long for Him. Despite the covenant that God made with the people of Israel, and in spite of the many precious promises He gave them, they seemed intent on defying their Lord and turning their back on the grace, which He continuously showered on them. Time and again, they relied on their own strength instead of trusting in the Lord their God. And on many occasions, they made alliances with their heathen neighbours rather than turning to the Lord their God for His protection and help. Throughout their past history, the Bible records the many times and many ways that Israel rebelled against the Lord their God and did evil in the sight of the Lord.
Moses often warned the people that disobedience would result in judgement while blessings would be given, when they kept the covenant of God and believed His Word. God counselled Israel many times and through many prophets that their obstinate resistance to Him would cause them much pain. He warned that their foolishness in turning to the world for protection and seeking alliances with the surrounding heathen nations would bring
disgrace on them as a people. God also told them, that their disobedience would result in their eventual downfall, and they may not be able to remain in the land of Canaan (which God had pledged as an eternal inheritance to Abraham, and his Promised Seed, the Lord Jesus Christ) – until the entire nation repented of their sins.
Prophet Isaiah reminded them that their redemption would be in repentance and rest, and that their strength would be found in quiet confidence in God. But they rejected all His gracious messages, and shunned His prophetic messengers. And yet we read that the Lord, desired to be gracious to His people, Israel. Despite Israel’s apostasy and rebellion, God, because of His long-suffering mercy, was prepared, “to wait patiently on high, in order to have compassion on, them.” For, we read, “the Lord is a God of justice. How blessed are all those who long for Him.”Too often, we Christians can also find ourselves trusting in the answers, and solutions given to us by the world, and depending on our own resources. We too turn to man governments, place our hope in a hero, leave our first Love Jesus, and wander far from the Lord Who bought us with His own precious blood.
To those of you who are reading this message, I wish to tell you that you need to learn lessons from Israel’s failure, so that we will not make the same mistakes by hardening our own hearts to the call of His gentle voice and gracious promptings. And let us thank God that His grace towards us will continue, until Jesus returns again to establish His kingdom on the earth in the land promised to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Israel – for God longs to be gracious to us who wait upon Him. Therefore let us return back to Him, setting aside all the desires of this world. For the Lord is a God of justice, and how blessed are all those who long for Him. Examine yourselves once again whether you depend entirely on God or lean on your own strength. The Bible says, they that trust in the Lord shall prosper. Your business will flourish; your family life will bloom. Your children who are unsettled will settle in life. Your son or daughter, who had been waiting for Visa for several months, will suddenly get the visa and will move to the desired destination, to make a better living. You will triumph in all the work of your hands. Remember to seek God and keep His Word. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Heavenly Father, thank You that You are our God and Saviour. Thank You for the grace You have shown to us and to all who trust in Christ for salvation. We pray for Your people, Israel… that they would repent and turn to Christ by trusting in His shed blood for the forgiveness of sins and life everlasting – to Whom be all honour and glory, be forever and ever. Help us not to lean on our own strength but to depend upon God.

I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Deuteronomy 32:11-13, “As an eagle stirs up its nest, Hovers over its young, Spreading out its wings, taking them up, Carrying them on its wings, So the Lord alone led him, And there was no foreign god with him. “He made him ride in the heights of the earth, that he might eat the produce of the fields; He made him draw honey from the rock, And oil from the flinty rock.”
From the above passage we see how Moses taught the people of Israel to remember the goodness and faithfulness of God towards His people. It was to encourage them to heed the Word of the Lord and obey His will after he was gone. He wrote ‘The Song of Moses’ which is a long, but beautiful poem that contrasts the love and loyalty of God to His people, with their wilfulness and waywardness. Moses also gives some clear statements on the perfect character of God, Who is good to His people and very gracious, but will most certainly execute justice on those who disobey His Word. Moses had led the people for nearly forty years and had proved God was faithful to them, honest and true, “like droplets on the fresh grass and showers on a herb-garden. “Thus Moses proclaimed the greatness of God to be ‘The Rock’, Whose work is perfect, Whose ways are true, and Who is faithful, righteous, upright, and without prejudice. He also tells these unwise people that God was their Father, Who brought them out of Egypt and established them promising an inheritance for all the children of Jacob.
Moses reminds the people about how the Lord found Israel in a desolate land and provided for them in a barren, howling wilderness. He describes how God surrounded them, cared for them, and protected them, as if they were ‘the pupil of His eye’. He also compared God’s love “Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, and hovers over its young, the Lord spread His wings and caught them, He carried them on His feathers. What a precious and poignant picture we have of the Lord when likened to an eagle. Eagles have been identified as being swift in flight and a powerful adversary who is strong and tenacious and with excellent vision. Although the eagle is a fierce bird of prey, it has also been identified as a wise and attentive parent, showing great care and tenderness for its young, while teaching them some very hard lessons.
When Jacob left to his uncle Laban’s place, he did not have much wealth or enough money to start his business. He took only the blessings of his parents and left to Padan Aram. Jacob went alone empty handed with only a staff. He was going in the wilderness all alone, where there were plenty of wolves. The howling of wolves were too threatening. And the wilderness was deserted. In such a horrible situation God found Jacob. To bless Israel was pleasing to God. May be some of you who are reading this message are scared to send your children far from home for higher education, or for the sake of onsite job opportunity. You seem to be so worried. You are scared that your children will be caught up in the snare of the people, who are very much like the wolves by nature, always howling, and roaring. You think. “All these days I kept my child safely under my arms, Now that he has to go far away, is unthinkable.” But I wish to tell you that you should entrust your children in the hands of God and just leave them in prayer. God will take care of them, in the new place as God took care of Jacob in a strange land. He who went empty handed and a staff returned to Canaan his father’s place with two companies. He became a rich and wealthy person, had twelve children and large number of cattle and herds because God was with him.
Moses wrote in the book of Exodus of how God bore His people Israel, and carried them on eagles’ wings and brought them to Himself. When an eagle starts to teach her eaglet how to fly, she gathers him up on her feathers and flies higher and higher, carrying the young fledgling on outstretched wings. At the appropriate time, she allows the little eaglet to fall from its secure perch, but quickly swoops down, only to catch the baby bird in the safety of her feathers – until he has learned to spread his own wings and soar into the heavens. In the similar manner God will teach you through tough ways and help you soar high, like the eagle and mount higher in life. Therefore you parents need not to worry about your children. The picture of the eagle stirring up its nest, hovering over its young, spreading out its wings and catching its babies on its feathers, paints the most beautiful picture of our heavenly Father as he cares for us, teaches us, trains us, and causes us to grow in grace as we trust Him in the increasingly problematic times in which we live. Cast all your cares upon Him for He cares for you. The righteous shall never be moved. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Father God we thank you for the lovely ‘Song of Moses’ and the many lessons we can learn from it. Thank You for loving us and saving us, by your only begotten Son. Thank You for the care You readily give to all Your children and thank You for those times in our life when You have ‘stirred up our little nest’ and permitted us to undergo difficult times, which has helped us to strengthen our faith and to grow in grace and in a knowledge of God. Thank You for being so faithful to us, even when our faith fails and thank You, Father, for Your day by day provision and care. May we be a living witness to Your never-failing goodness and grace.

My beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Psalms 86:7, “In the day of my trouble I will call upon You, For You will answer me.”
In the above context we see that David depended upon God. He says that in the day of trouble, he will call upon the Lord. And he is confident that when he calls upon the name of the Lord, God will answer him.” He further says, “I am poor and sorrowful, Let Your Salvation, O God set me up on high”. Since he considers himself poor, he asks the Lord to set him on high. We all desire to be at a higher level. David also knew that God raises the poor out of the dust, and lifts the needy out of the ash heap. So he puts his confidence in the Lord God of Israel. When our poverty and wretchedness, is felt, we plead powerfully on our behalf, at the throne of grace. The best self-preservation is to commit ourselves to God’s keeping. We realize that we are set apart for God, and made partaker of His sanctifying grace. It is a great encouragement to prayer, to feel that we have received the converting grace of God, and have learned to trust in him, and to be his servants. We may expect comfort from God, when we keep up our communion with God. God’s goodness appears in two things, in giving and forgiving. Whatever others do, let us call upon God, and commit our case to him; we shall then know that we do not seek God in vain.
Our God alone possesses almighty power and infinite love. Christ is the way and the truth. And one who believes in the Lord will be more desirous to be taught the way and the truth. The truth of God, in order to walk therein, and be delivered out of earthly distress. Those who do not set the Lord before them, seek after earthly desires. But to those who seek God, the compassion, mercy, and truth of God, will be their refuge and consolation. In considering David’s experience, and that of a true Christian, we must not lose sight of God, who though he was rich, for our sakes became poor, that we through his poverty might become rich.
Many of you are reading this message with much expectation, because you are filled with much sorrow and distress. You believe that God will do something for you. Yes, God is going to lift you up. Because you have come to Him with all your heart and mind. Today you are in a very low position, may be because of debts or you had failed to do business wisely, therefore you have gone through loss in your business. You are pained at heart because you are not able to do well in life. You are currently lying upon ash heap and amidst garbage because of failure in your life. But God wants to lift you up. Because He is a God who makes poor, and makes rich. He brings one low, and lifts one up. God has seen your poor state of life. He will lift you up from the miry clay, and set you on high upon a rock. You are thinking in your mind, look “I am poor and needy, all are suppressing me, they don’t respect me for what I am.”Therefore you are in search of God, Almighty. You want God to set you on high. This was the very state of David. His father and his brothers despised him. He was a neglected child. They thought he was only fit for tending sheep on the mountain top. For all his other brothers were in the army of Israel. Once his father sent him to see his brothers who were in the war zone or in the battle field. David was only a shepherd by. He was tending his father’s sheep. David in obedience to his father left all the sheep behind and went to see his brothers with some food for them. Having given his brothers the food he stood watching the army. He was curious to know what was happening in the battle field. His brothers compelled him to return home. But David was reluctant to return. His brothers were speaking very rudely and chasing him from there. They did not show him any kindness, or favour, for his timely help. How troubled he must have been at that moment. David was afflicted. He was filled with sorrow, pain, remorse, humiliation and suppression. He was despised by all.
David knew well that God will one day lift him up. Though he was poor and lowly and was despised by his brothers, God was watching him. God decided to lift him up. He called Samuel the prophet and asked him to anoint David as the next king of Israel. All the sons of Jesse were brought before Samuel. But none of them were chosen. God had David in his mind. God directed Samuel to pour the oil upon the head of David and anoint him as the next king of Israel. So at the appointed time God exalted David. In the same way God will lift you up and set you on high before others. Your enemies shall see you being exalted before them. You who were in the ash heap will suddenly be seated along with the princes of this world. Which means you will be seated with high authority and rule over others. Your position will change in the society . You will be respected by all the people in your town. People from across the world will come to know of your name and fame. So your confidence in God will never be a waste. God will not only lift you up but also admire you. That Is His desire regarding those who commit themselves to God. He lifts those who humble themselves. And God resists the proud. Humble yourselves. God Bless you.

Likewise, may we be humble and simple in our attitude. Help us to be obedient to our parents. Show us the way of truth. May we learn to walk in truth and obedience to God.

The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from Genesis 26; 12 & 13, “Isaac sowed during the famine, and he reaped a hundredfold, he began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous “.
This is how God blessed mankind in the Bible, “In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread (Genesis 3:19). Joseph nourished the entire nation of Egypt during famine (Genesis 47:15-17). He even provided for his brothers who had earlier thrown him in a pit and sold him to the Midianites (Genesis 47:12). Have you been in sorrow all these days? God is asking you to, “Go, and eat your bread with joy”. ‘Bread’ indicates that an ‘Income’ has been wrapped into it. It could mean a good income or a decent salary. Put your faith in these words, God will increase your earning capacity. Hallelujah!
The world today is facing a recession due to the Corona pandemic. Even as you read this Mangala Vaarthai let not your faith diminish. How should you pray now? “Lord it’s true this is a pandemic season. Isaac sowed during the famine, and he reaped a hundredfold, he began to prosper, and continued prospering until he became very prosperous (Genesis 26:12, 13). Likewise bless me and my household.” God is mighty to raise and prosper you (Psalm 118:5).
Recently when I had gone to Nagercoil prayer tower a family of husband, wife and two children came to meet me. First the wife said, “I speak in tongues and pray for a long time every day.” But the husband said, “Even today morning we both fought before we came here. Many days we are not able to enjoy a family meal which my wife has prepared because there is continuous strife and misunderstanding between us. Moreover, during family prayer my wife will monopolize everything – be it singing songs, or reading the word, or praying. My children and I are just spectators of her hour-long family prayer time. God revealed the following instruction through me, “Family prayer time is not a one man’s show. Every member of the family must pray for the needs of the family like – family welfare, children’s education, their future, and the problems they encounter. The wife should pray for the husband’s needs and the husband for the wife’s requirements; this is how we inherit the blessings from God.” Thus, I prayerfully advised them. The wife immediately wept bitterly and sought forgiveness from the Lord, “So long the enemy has called out discord in our family prayer time. But thank God today He has opened my eyes.”
Dearly beloved, today God is blessing you. Be united as a family and pray for each other. God will surely bless you to eat your bread with joy and bless all the works of your hands!
