Dearly Beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of I Samuel 26: 23-25, The Lord rewards everyone for their righteousness and faithfulness. The Lord delivered you into my hands today, but I would not lay a hand on the Lord’s anointed. As surely as I valued your life today, so may the Lord value my life and deliver me from all trouble.”Then Saul said to David, “May you be blessed, David my son; you will do great things and surely triumph.”
From the above context we learn that David the anointed king was being chased by King Saul. And while he was hiding in the woods and mountains he tells King Saul, that the King has come in search of a flea, as one hunts a partridge in the mountains, in the wilderness. David was righteous and faithful to the king of Israel. David told King Saul, “The Lord delivered you into my hands today, but I would not lay a hand on the Lord’s anointed. As surely as I valued your life today, so may the Lord value my life and deliver me from all trouble.”David pleaded Saul to stop troubling him further. King Saul realized that he was foolish to have chased David, and spoke kind words to David saying, “May you be blessed, David my son; you will do great things and surely triumph.”Victory and failure depends upon whose side the Lord is. David pleaded to God saying, Lord You are a God of Compassion, therefore please help me, and save me from the hands of those who hate me. Show me a sign for good that You are there with me. ”
David submits his righteous cause before God. God always supports those who are faithful and righteous before him. David wanted to know for sure, if God was on his side. He wanted God to give him a sign to prove that the Lord is with him. Just because David spared the life of king Saul, and refused to kill him because he was the anointed king, even though he had an opportunity, God was pleased with David. And so he supported David. Today you too might be reading this message with great hope, thinking God would comfort you through this message, as David longed for God to comfort him. You might have a problem for which no justice was shown. So you are very disappointed. Although it looks as if there is no sign of justice shown to you, a time will come when God will intervene into your problem and bring justice to you. God who does justice says, “I will rise up again to do justice to My people.” Every one, or everything may come against you. But God will turn everything in favour of you.
Who is in search of you. ? Is someone searching for you like king Saul ? Is someone searching for you to take away your life? Or is it because they want to arrest you for involving in some crime, or smuggling, or for hoarding drugs. Some may be trying to separate or kidnap your son or daughter. These incidents have become so common these days. What is it that you are struggling with? If you had been faithful and righteous then God will come in support of you. God will stand in support of you, when people come against you, even though you had been good to them. Though you have been harmless, yet they have been constantly troubling you. God will do justice to you. Because you have come into the temple of God, David ran into the temple to hide himself and there he offered burnt offerings to the Lord. Since he surrendered himself to the Lord, The Lord began to fight for him. Saul fell over his own sword and killed himself, in the battle. Likewise his sons also died in the battle against the Philistines. David became the king of Israel and the Philistines feared him and did not trouble him any further. Thus God rewarded David and exalted him before the people as the King of Israel. God will exalt you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, You consider the righteous and the faithful. You support them too. Teach us to remain truthful to You. Never to be like Saul who was ungrateful even though David was good to him and brought victory to Israel by killing the Giant Goliath. Help us to have humble attitude like David.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Hebrews 10:28, “just shall live by faith…”.
Dearly Beloved, You must trust in the Lord and His power and miracles, then you and your household will live. The Bible says:
His children are called “believers”. The Lord says, “if you would believe you would see the glory of God.” So you should trust the Lord. You must believe, “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.” (Mathew 8:17).
God saved Noah and his family from a great flood – because he trusted God. The faith that he had was – “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” (Philippians 4:13). Even in his old age Noah when he received the warning from the Lord built the huge ark. God’s plan was fulfilled, and his family was saved from the flood.
Some years ago, an old man suffering from intestinal cancer was brought to our prayer tower by his two sons. The doctors had said he won’t survive past an hour and in this abandoned condition they had brought him to me. I asked him, “What should I pray for you?” He looked at me and said, “You have been the reason many have wiped away their tears, God should grant you a long life. This is my desire.” At that moment I only had a few chocolates in the table. I took one chocolate and gave it to this elderly man who was only consuming water for the past three months. I blessed this chocolate with the blood of Jesus and gave him the Mangala Vaarthai, “You will live, and you will not die and declare the works of God.” He started chewing the chocolate that I gave him and as he was consuming it, I could sense in my spirit the healing power of God descend on him. When his two sons came forward to lift him, he said “I can get up myself.” He went down the building by the elevator. He told his sons to buy him some idli (rice cake) from the nearby restaurant and he ate well. It is 8 years since this happened, and the father is still alive and well. Yes, when you trust in the Lord, you will receive the same miracles in your life too.
When you trust God and His power and obey His commandments, He will cause you to live, prosper and prolong your days in the country where you live. Cling on to this Lord!
May God bless you abundantly! Amen.
Prayer:
Our Loving Heavenly Father, Give my children the grace to live a life that is pleasing to You. Help them to lead a life of faith, a life of obedience and a life of truth. Safeguard them and their household from all kinds of trouble. Be with them and guide them through out this month. In Jesus name we pray Amen.
My dearly beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word for today is from the book Isaiah 45:2, “I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight.”
Today the Lord wants to straighten your paths. He wants to lead you on the straight path so that you will be able to reach your destination. God will go before you and make the crooked paths that do not allow you to reach the right place or those ways that are hindering you from achieving your goals straight.
My dear children of God, the more time you spend in His Word, the more He will reveal to you His truth and you can clearly understand what you are supposed to do in your life. That’s how He makes the crooked places straight. God wants you to actively participate in trusting Him to make the crooked places straight. By spending time in His Word, He will reveal insight and wisdom to you, and you, in turn, will see the straight line that you should walk, amid the curves, amid the dark, amid the hardships, regardless of what is before you, you will walk in His truth. The truth is what makes the crooked/confused places straight in your mind.
You may be worried that your son or daughter is going in their own way and their way seems to be not right. Don’t worry submit them to the mighty hands of the Lord. Because He is a God who corrects, your ways. He is a God who sets things right. He aligns everything in the right way and surely, He will set right your children and give them to you.
Today God will go before your husband, or your wife, or your children, who are following the crooked ways and straighten their paths, straighten their thoughts, and their minds and give them a clear mind about themselves, and help them to realize their mistakes. From this day God will mend their ways, He will help them to reach the right destination, through the straight path.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, You are the Lord who straightens the crooked path. You are the Lord who goes before us. Lord, we ask You to change the crooked ways and straighten our path, sanctify and purify our lives. Break all obstacles and change all the evil things in their life that are a hindrance to the progress of their life. Cause my children to advance in their life to a better position by taking the right route, which will lead them to their destination.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
Dearly Beloved, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and Ever Unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord   has given for you today is from the book of 2 Corinthians 8:9, “And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”
From the above verse we come to understand that   God is able to bless you abundantly. So that you will have all things that you need, and you will abound in   every good   work.   Paul draws a comparison with the great and generous grace that God had bountifully poured out upon all humanity through our Lord Jesus Christ – for though He was rich beyond all measure, yet for our sakes He became poor, so that by His poverty He could make us rich. We realize that the glorious, infinite, eternal attributes of God, which our minds cannot conceive, of the infinite riches of the eternal Son of God, are beyond imagination. What Love! What Grace! What a God!
All things were made by Him – all the riches of the earth and the wealth of sky – the treasures of the oceans and the bountiful resources of the vast universe – all things were made by Him and all things were made for Him. All these unimaginable riches and the glories of His elevated heavenly status were laid aside simply because of His GRACE towards us. All the inconceivable and vast riches of His glory were set aside for your sake and for mine and He stripped Himself of everything – becoming so poor that He did not even have a place to rest His head. Though He was the Creator of the universe, He came into a fallen world that was in bondage to the evil governance of Satan. God sent His son Jesus because of the love He had for you and me, so that by His deep poverty we might become rich.
God will fill all your emptiness and cause you to prosper by the riches of God. Today, He is coming down into your houses, as a God of riches. Halleluiah! May be you are entangled in huge debts, and not able to come out of it. And so you are so worried. You say, “Look I’m working so hard to repay my loans but nothing seems to end. Only the interest is getting over, but the principal amount is still the same. If I earn ten thousand, I have expenditure to spend at least twenty thousand. My expenditure is increasing all the more. So I am in a fix.” As a result you don’t know what to do. You think at times to end up your life. Don’t worry, God will help you to repay your debts, in an unimaginable manner. Because, His ways are different from yours. In order to end all your fears and doubts, God is opening doors of employment that could fetch better scale of pay. God is sending people to help you financially to help you repay your debts. If God could become poor to make you rich, can’t He help you pay all your debts. But on one condition. Obey God’s word. Fear God at all times. Humble yourselves before God and men. Never go about telling your sorrows to others, they will laugh at you. Commit your ways unto the Lord, trust also in Him and He shall bring it to pass. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, how great is Your grace and love towards us that You would strip Yourself of all Your glory and live a life of humiliating poverty, so that we could become rich, materially and spiritually. We praise Your Holy name. Thank You Lord for helping us in our difficult situation.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
My dearly beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given you today is from the book of Matthew 28:20 “I am with you always”.
We have crossed many difficult situations in our past but today God has promised that ‘I will be with you’. Yes, He will be with us when we are alone when we go through struggles, He will be with us in our Ups and Downs.
In Bible, we can see God promises Moses “When you pass through the waters, I will be with you”. The Israelites had to cross the Red Sea when they left Egypt. And the Egyptian army was chasing them. Moses was perturbed about how he was going to take this large multitude of people across the sea. God was with Moses during this difficult distressing situation. He told Moses, “Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea.” Moses obeyed the Lord’s instruction. To his wonder, the sea parted into two. Perhaps you too have overcome many obstacles so far by keeping your faith in God. In our journey in life, we might face hurdles that we cannot overcome by our own strength, but with God, by our side, we will be victorious.
Secondly, we can see in Isaiah 43:2, “when you pass through the rivers, they will not overwhelm you.”. A river is a flowing body of water. So, when a person gets caught in a river it will drown him. When Elisha stood before the overflowing river Jordan, he was calm. And when he struck the river Jordan saying, “Where is the God of Elisha?” the river parted into two. He victoriously crossed it. Perhaps you have faced many overwhelming situations in life. Maybe you are unable to overcome such situations. Do not be anxious! The God of Elisha is with you! He will control your overwhelming situations. This was the same experience that David explains in Psalm 124:1-5. Therefore, do not be anxious! Greater is He that is in you, than He that is in the world (1 John 4:4). He will watch over us! God will be with you through whatever situation you face and protect and save you. So, be of good cheer!
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, come to their aid when they face difficulties and distress and deliver them. Lead them miraculously according to the verse Isaiah 43:2. Strengthen them so they do not faint. Help them to progress by holding you firmly. Deliver them from all evil. In Jesus name. Amen.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
