Beloved children of God in Christ. I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Bible says in Isaiah 54:14, “You shall be far from terror, for it shall not come near you.”
Sometimes, we struggle to understand what is happening around us. Everything may seem to be working against, and we may feel as if a cloud of terror surrounds us. In such moments, you may wake up early in the morning, trying to identify the cause of the fear and wondering how to put an end to it. You may ask yourself, Why are these things happening to me, my family, or my workplace?
If you are facing such a situation in these days, today the Lord is saying, “You shall be far from that terror and its related issues, for it shall not come near you.”
Begin to claim this verse! When you hold on to this promise, the Lord will remove all fear and terror from your life. Every act of witchcraft, sorcery, or evil scheme plotted against you—whether someone has tried to tarnish your name or has filed an anonymous petition against you—the Lord is cancelling it today. He will make you stand firm and lift your head high. The Lord is putting an end to fear and terror in your life. Today, He is stepping in to bless you, bringing peace to your family, business, and ministry. No harm will come near you. Claim this promise and give thanks to the Lord! He will do mighty things in your life.
Testimony from Brother Michael Raj, Chennai
“My father, Maria Raj, underwent knee surgery three months ago. Following the surgery, he experienced salt retention, which affected his kidneys. The doctor informed us that he would need dialysis. My family and I were devastated. Fear and anxiety filled our hearts as we struggled with the uncertainty of what lay ahead. We lost our peace, wondering what to do next. In our desperation, we reached out to God’s Love Ministries over the phone and requested prayers for my father. A prayer warrior responded with love, inquired about his condition, and fervently prayed for him, speaking words of hope and comfort. The Lord heard that prayer, and by His grace, my father received complete healing! Today, his kidneys are functioning normally, the disease has disappeared, and he is back to his daily routine—working on his farm and even driving vehicles as usual. Praise be to God!”
What had reached the stage of requiring dialysis, God miraculously reversed. He restored the kidneys, making dialysis unnecessary. The same Lord who performed this miracle will also do a miracle for you!
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. If anyone is living in fear due to sickness in their body, or if they are in terror because of unknown plans and schemes against them, we submit those matters to You, Lord, and put our trust in You. Lord, perform a miracle in their situation. Remove their fear and keep them far from terror, so that it may not come near them. Protect them and open a way for them to lead their family and ministry in peace. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Beloved children of God in Christ. I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Bible says in Proverbs 31:30,31, “A woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised. Give her of the fruit of her hands, And let her own works praise her in the gates.”
As we all know, today is International Women’s Day. To all the sisters reading this Today’s Word—Happy Women’s Day! May the Lord bless you abundantly.
You may be a mother, a wife, a sister, or a daughter. Today, the Lord promises to bless you and make you excel in praise, honor, and glory. According to today’s verse, “A woman who fears the Lord, she shall be praised.” But in reality, earning a good name as a woman is often difficult. Some husbands deliberately avoid praising their wives, thinking, “If I praise her, she will become proud and stop respecting me.” As a result, they withhold the appreciation their wives rightfully deserve.
We should not have such an attitude. If God Himself praises women who fear Him, how much more should we honor and appreciate them? Today, the Lord reminds all men reading this—encourage your wife, mother, sister-in-law, or aunt. Learn to appreciate them for the good they do for you. The Lord has declared, “A woman who fears the Lord shall be praised,” and she will receive honor from others.
The next verse says, “Give her of the fruit of her hands,” meaning she should be rewarded for all the good she has done. Unfortunately, many men still do not show appreciation for the women in their lives, even on special occasions like Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, a wife’s birthday, or a wedding anniversary. But the Bible teaches us to honor women. Husbands should take the initiative to surprise your wives with gifts like on your salary day, Wedding Day or Birthday or at random moments. Even a small, thoughtful gift for your sister or mother can bring them immense joy.
Do not be someone who destroys your wife’s confidence or hurts her feelings. Instead, be an encouraging husband, brother, or son-in-law. Many husbands do not know how to treat their wives well because they have learned from fathers who mistreated their mothers. But do not repeat that cycle. Your wife is not a servant or a machine for bearing children—she is your partner. Respect her, value her, and encourage her. The Bible says, “A wise woman builds her home.” A strong, loving wife brings peace and happiness into the family. Honor the women in your life, for through them, God builds your home.
Testimony from Sister Hani, Chennai.
My name is Hani, and my husband’s name is Israel. Due to a problem, we lived separately for three and a half years. During this time, I was also burdened with arranging my 36-year-old sister’s marriage, which added to my sorrow. Before informing my husband, I called God’s Love Ministries for prayer. The prayer warrior prayed earnestly and counseled me. By God’s grace, when I met my husband, he responded with peace and love. My parents later invited him to the wedding, and he welcomed them warmly. Now, we are reunited and living peacefully. Praise be to God for restoring my family and blessing my sister’s marriage!”
This sister humbled herself and invited her husband to her sister’s wedding, and through this, their separation was healed, bringing great joy to the family. Not only did her husband attend and help conduct the wedding, but they also reunited in love. If anyone reading this is experiencing separation in their marriage, take a step of humility and reach out to your spouse. Trust in God, and surely, you will reunite and restore your family life.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. On this Women’s Day, as Your servant, I wholeheartedly bless all the women and sisters are reading this today’s word message. I also bless and greet the mothers and aunties. Lord, You know the desires and emotions of every heart. On this special day, grant them the long-awaited blessings they have been longing for. Bless them with the grace to live in reverence of You so that they may be praised by both You and their families. Grant them good health, strength, and honor. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Beloved children of God in Christ. I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. It is always beautiful to see how a mother comforts her child. However, this is not always the case with fathers, as they can be easily angered by their children instead of comforting them. Mothers often protect their children, even from their fathers’ anger. Likewise, today, the Lord is giving you a promise from Isaiah 66:13: “As one whom his mother comforts, so I will comfort you.” Just as a mother pampers and protects her children from anyone who tries to harm them, Jesus will console, comfort, and do good for you. He will also hide and protect you from harm.
At times, when children fail an exam, the father may be quick to anger and punish them. But the mother is always there to comfort, console, and encourage them with words of hope, assuring them that they will pass the next time. However, there are also strict mothers who are tough on their children—not out of cruelty, but out of love and concern for their well-being. Similarly, God also takes care of you like a mother.
I know a family where a 25-year-old young man suffered from kidney failure. Although many people offered to donate their kidneys, it was his mother who stepped forward first, willing to sacrifice for her son. That is a mother’s love—one that closely resembles divine love. If an earthly mother has such deep love and care for her child, how much more will our Heavenly Father love and care for His children? He is your consoler, your comforter, and the one who works miracles for you.
No matter what makes you sad or depressed today, even if there is no one beside you to care for or console you, know that the Lord is very near. He is ready to comfort, encourage, and uplift you. The Lord is saying, “It is enough! Do not remain downcast or hidden in darkness. Arise! Zion, I have given you power—stand up, run, and achieve great heights with the strength I have given you.” The Lord is blessing you to become a great achiever.
Testimony of Sister Jerusha Daniel
“My elder brother’s name is Vasudhevan, and his wife’s name is Preetha. She is three months pregnant. When the doctors examined her, they said that the child in her womb did not have proper brain development. Since this was their first child, both my elder brother and sister-in-law’s families were deeply sorrowful. In this difficult situation, we sent all the medical details to Brother Stephen via email and requested prayers. Brother Stephen prayed and replied to the email with God’s word. After receiving his response, they went to another hospital for a second opinion and took another scan. By Brother Stephen’s prayers and by God’s mercy and grace, the doctors found no problem with the child’s brain development—it had formed properly. They reassured my brother and his wife, saying, “You need not be afraid.” At a time of great sorrow, the Lord consoled my elder brother, sister-in-law, and their families through Brother Stephen’s prayers and God’s comforting word.” This is a beautiful testimony! Even today, if there is anything troubling your family—something that has stolen your peace—the Lord will perform a miracle and bring you comfort.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. As a mother comforts her child, Lord, You comfort us. For those children who are in depression, feeling abandoned with no one to console them—Lord, be their comfort. Wipe away their tears and embrace them with Your love. Enter their rooms, see their struggles, and take action on their behalf. Grant them victory over their troubles. Those who are trapped in darkness, depression, and mental distress—bring them back to peace and restore them. Transform them into honorable vessels for Your glory. Amen.
Beloved children of God in Christ. I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Bible says in Proverbs 13:12, “Hope deferred makes the heart sick, But when the desire comes, it is a tree of life.”
Today, many of you may be longing and waiting for something for a long time, and it may have caused you heartache. This is exactly what today’s promise reminds us of: “Hope deferred makes the heart sick.” When we do not receive what we expect or desire for a long time, our hearts begin to long for it.
For example, when a child asks their father or mother for a sweet, toy, or ball, they may start crying and become adamant. If they still do not receive what they asked for, their longing only grows stronger. Eventually, when the parents see the child’s persistence and yearning, their hearts melt, and they buy what the child has been asking for. If earthly parents have such compassion, how much more will our heavenly Father care for us?
Today, whatever you have been longing for—whatever has caused your heartache and weariness—God is ready to satisfy you with His goodness. It may be an incomplete degree due to repeated failures in exams. You may be a parent, longing for your child to complete the 10th or 12th grade, hoping to secure a job for them. Today, the Lord hears your prayers and will perform a miracle for you.
For those holding a degree but struggling to find a job, especially those desiring a government position, the Lord promises that He will provide. To those waiting for a visa, marriage, the gift of a child, or the resolution of a court case, our compassionate Lord sees your tears and the pain in your heart. Today, He will answer your prayers and grant you what you have longed for, honoring you in due time. In the coming days, you will surely witness the miraculous work of God in these matters.
Testimony from Sister Sumathi,
“Praise be to God! My sister’s name is Kalavathy, and she is 32 years old. Her marriage was continuously getting delayed. Though we made efforts for five years, no proposal seemed suitable. Relatives spoke ill of us and mocked us, saying that her marriage would never happen. Because of these challenges, our family lived in worry and sadness. I continuously sent emails to Brother Stephen, requesting prayers for my sister. Brother Stephen replied with an encouraging word. We held on to that word and prayed. By God’s mercy and through Brother Stephen’s prayers, the Lord arranged a suitable groom for my sister. Praise be to God, who blessed her with a wonderful marriage!” In the same way, are you worried about delays in marriage matters at home? Do not be discouraged—the Lord will perform a miracle for you today!
Prayer:
Loving Lord, we thank You. Lord, grant Your children the degrees, visas, and government jobs they have been longing for. Since they have waited so long, bless them with good life partners and the gift of children. Break every barrier and fulfill their hearts’ desires. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Beloved children of God in Christ. I greet and bless you all in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The Bible says in John 8:32, “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
The Bible verses we meditate on daily are filled with words of truth. If you understand the truth, it will set you free. There is a difference between listening to the truth, reading the truth, and understanding the truth. Simply reading the truth without making an effort to understand it is of no use.
Therefore, you should ask yourself:
• What is God conveying to me through this verse?
• What truth is hidden in this verse?
• How is this word of truth guiding me in my walk?
If you meditate on Bible verses with such questions, you will surely understand the truth behind them, and the truth will set you free. It will free you from sin, curses, sickness, debt, and shame. You do not need to search for freedom elsewhere—just read God’s Word and seek to understand the truth. Spend time reading God’s Word to know the truth. As you continue following this “Today’s Word” message daily, the truth explained here will also set you free. Today, may the Lord give you the grace to understand the truth. May He give you the grace to seek and explore the truth. May He grant you the grace to recognize, understand, and walk in the truth. This truth will bring you the freedom you have not experienced until now.
Testimony from Brother Promod, Chennai.
“During my youth, I committed innumerable sins. Though I knew the Lord, I lived as if I did not know Him. I went to many places that were displeasing to the Lord. Because of this, the spirit of sorcery took hold of me. At night, I was unable to sleep. Without realizing it, I would cut and wound myself. I would even pull out my hair. During this difficult time, a friend told me about God’s Love Ministries Prayer Centre and brought me there. The prayer warrior prayed fervently for me, and at that very moment, the spirit of sorcery that surrounded me left me. Following the prayer warrior’s advice, I went to the prayer room at God’s Love Ministries Prayer Centre. I knelt down and began confessing my sins one by one. It was as if my past sins played before my eyes like a film. After confessing all my sins, I came out of the prayer room with a clear and sound mind. In another instance, another person also came to the prayer centre, where we counselled and prayed for him. As he knelt and prayed, all his bondages were broken, and he too came out with a sound mind. The Lord will do the same for you and set you free.
Prayer
Loving Lord, we thank You. Bless Your children who are reading this and help them grow in understanding the truth. Teach them, Lord. May the sermons in church, reading the Bible, and the lessons from this “Today’s word” be meaningful to them. Let them acknowledge, understand, and live by Your Word as a testimony to others. Free them from debt, sickness, shame, and curses. Let the truth they receive set them free and establish them in peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
