I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today, is from the book of Isaiah 55:8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts. Neither are your ways, My ways, says the Lord. For As the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways.”
My Dear Brothers and Sisters, from the above context we come to understand that many are the .plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. It is so easy to be overwhelmed by despair, and fear in the world today. Sin, war, and sickness all find a way, to steal our hopes and cause us to doubt that there is a good future ahead. Yet God promises us that He has plans for us that are of a good future with hope, Through the power of the Holy Spirit, you are able to look forward with joy, to God’s destiny on your life.
God’s thoughts toward us is not the same as our thoughts. Neither are His ways, similar to that of our ways. Yet everyone of you are expecting a good end to your problems and all that you have planned. You are rather afraid, as to where these, will lead you to. Will it end in evil ways? Or will it lead to a good end ? Well if you surrender your ways to the devil, then it will lead to evil ways. If you surrender your ways to the Lord then it will lead to a good end. It is how you choose the way?
We read about Joseph who was one such person who surrendered his life to the will of God. Of course he was thrown into a deep pit by his own brothers. Later they pulled him up and sold him to the Midianite traders, for twenty pieces of silver to the Ishmaelite, who took him to Egypt. This is how God had taken him to Egypt. God had a plan and a purpose for taking him to Egypt. He did suffer a lot in the hands of his own brothers who had planned to kill him, and then he was tempted by Potipher’s wife. Satan had devised an evil plan for his life. Satan brought before him a beautiful woman, Potipher’s wife who tempted him to do evil before God. So he was subjected to very painful situation in his life. But, since he surrendered his life to the Lord, and gave himself to the plan of God, by running away from committing sin, God was with him and helped him in the most difficult times of his life. Especially when he was thrown into the prison for no fault of his. He was falsely accused and thrown into the prison. Even there he was chosen to be, in charge of the prison by the Prison Warden. God changed the evil for his own good.
God had not forgotten him in the prison. Soon he became the Governor of Egypt as he interpreted the dream of Pharaoh. Thus God exalted him in that great nation of Egypt. And used him mightily for the glory of God. God used him to provide food grains to the people in and around Egypt during the time of famine. He became a renowned personality in the region, as he depended on God. He was exalted among all his brethren. Thus God had a prosperous plan for him. Initially there were problems and he had to go through hardships. Though the beginning was very insignificant the end was a great blessing.
My Dear Brothers and Sisters, God who prospered Joseph will prosper you too if your ways are pleasing to the Lord. God knows the way you take. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him; And He shall direct your paths. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord help us to make the right decision in our life. Teach us to do the will of God and not follow the steps of the devil. Make us to hear your voice and walk steadily in our life. Never to fear at little things that crop up in our lives and feel frustrated but boldly endure the troubles and glorify God. Help us to be like Joseph who set an example of Christ.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
Dearly Beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and Ever Unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Bible says, “Rejoice in the Lord Always. And again, I say rejoice in the Lord.” Many of you have taken new steps for this year with all your desires, ambitions, goals, and determination to achieve them. I Pray that God will fulfil all the desires of your heart.
On this happy occasion I wish you all, on behalf of my family, and God’s Love Ministries, a Very Happy New Year. May God’s name be glorified. I am glad to meet you all directly through this message, at your homes. You may be wondering how this year “2022” is going to be, after experiencing very hard years, 2020 and 2021. Well, the blessed word for this new year is from the Book of Isaiah 43:18,19, “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness, and streams in the wasteland.”
God does not want you to think of the past years that caused misery in your life. Especially due to Corona many lost your dear ones. Some of you have been ill for various reasons. Some lost their jobs and had to go through financial crisis. These years were filled with troubles, death and destruction. God wants to reconstruct all the broken edges of your life. He will repair unpleasant incidents that happened in the past and bring about new changes into your life. He will do a new thing for you right now. So, you don’t have to feel upset about your future. He is a God who builds and does not pull you down. But this year you need to inherit the nature of Christ in you. God has placed before you certain conditions for you to follow in order that you may inherit God’s blessings for you and your children. Start family prayer in your homes, those of you who never have family prayer. Husbands love your wives as the Lord loves His church. Be kind to one another. Love each other for what you are. Wives must not only respect your husband’s but also understand their feelings. Children respect your parents as this is good in the sight of God. Keep your parents happy. When parents discuss about your marriage give ear to them. Never show your resentment to what they have to say. Then God will bless you.
Never fail to attend church service. Then God will bless you. Never refuse to go to church and keep wasting your time at home. Never speak ill about preachers. Make a commitment to God that you will live a life pleasing unto God. Daniel made a commitment saying that he will not eat of the delicacies’ offered to the king. Instead, he will eat ordinary food. He remained faithful to God. So, God exalted him and made him sit with kings and princes of Babylon. God will exalt you also when you make a commitment for Him. That you will remain truthful to God at all times. You will follow all that is told above in this message. It is all a reminder for the new year to be followed by you. God will then be pleased with you. He will make you the head and not the tail. You will be above and not beneath. Some of you might have gone through great loss during the period of Corona. And thereby ended up in depression. This year you shall experience double fold blessing. God will help you get back all that you have lost in your life, in the bygone years.
Dearly Beloved, Firstly, God wants to make you as a sharp threshing instrument. Isaiah 41:15 says, “See, I will make you into a threshing sledge, new and sharp, with many teeth. You will thresh the mountains and crush them,
and reduce the hills to chaff.” This verse says, that God will make you as a sharp instrument so that you can face any problems that you come across, in the new year. He will make you sharper with wisdom, in knowledge and you shall have sharp understanding, to excel in your education, in your work spot, in your business and also in your family life. You will walk in wisdom. Even if thousands should fall at your right side, nothing will come near you. God will protect you. He will put a hedge of protection over you and watch over you as the apple of His eye. God’s word is a strong tower and those who come inside will be safe.
Secondly God wants to bless you with His abundant grace. Lamentation 3:22 & 23 says, Through the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness. “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him! You must hope in the Lord for all your dealings then He will bless you. God will place your family in the ark of Christ that will protect you during the storms, as He protected Noah and his family. God will meet you, if you search for him in the morning. Abraham who was known as the friend of God spoke to Him in the early hours of the day. God’s grace will provide you with new job, better scale of pay or an increment in your service or a promotion for which you are waiting for a long time. God’s grace will make you suitable to conceive and bear a child in the coming year.
Thirdly God wants to bless you with new strength. May be due to depression you would have lost all your strength. He wants to renew your strength. Isaiah 40;31 says, but those who wait on the Lord, shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.” God will give you strength but you should wait. You should not take any negative decision, or utter any negative word regarding your current situation. Instead, you must keep praising the Lord. Then God will exalt you. Never speak hastily wrong words and spoil the good relationship with others. I say “Epatha” to those who fail to hear or speak. God will help them to hear well and speak too. You need to take your steps by faith in the Lord. Then God will give you strength.
Fourthly God will anoint you with His holy oil. Psalm 92:10 ‘But my horn You have exalted like a wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil.” God will not only give you the strength of the oxen but also pour fresh oil and anoint you. God will exalt your horn like that of the wild ox. You will begin to shine or be recognized by the people around you. Your name will become great and popular. You will receive honour and praise from others. Prophet Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed David in the presence of his brothers, and from that day on the Spirit of the Lord came upon David in power. When the oil of anointing, is poured upon you, then you shall receive an unknown strength and power. God will make all your parched areas in your life to be fertile and greenery. You will bring forth a 100-fold, even during dry and famine season of your life. May all the desires of your heart be fulfilled in this new year 2022. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, we thank You for encouraging us through this message. Help us to live a life pleasing unto God. Help us to make a commitment that we would remain faithful to God. Teach us to obtain the grace of God, be a sharp instrument for God, Receive the strength of God, and also be anointed by the fresh oil of God. Dear Lord fulfil all the desires of our heart.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
Dearly Beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Colossians 3:23,“ Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. ”
From the above context we learn that whatever we do, we should do it sincerely. We should work, not to please men but God. For He watches all our work. For the Lord is in Heaven and does what He pleases. He is a God who gives you wisdom, knowledge and wealth. If you make Him the master and portion of your life then you will be a successful person. May be initially there will be struggles. But later you shall enjoy the glory of God and His righteousness. Many people often tell me that they have lost everything in their life because of their carelessness. They say, “We have nothing left in our life.”People always calculate the material blessings of this world. I would tell them that they have lost only worldly things. But praise be to God, for they have not lost God who is the creator of all things. You can lose anything in life. But not God, for He will be your shield and shelter.
Apostle Paul speaks about the many advantages of being in Christ in the first two chapters of Colossians. He lays before us the glories of God’s grace, and the heavenly privileges, of which we are all beneficiaries. Paul turns his attention to practical application in the final two chapters of his epistle to the Colossians. At first, he deals with the responsibilities, duties and mutual respect of wives and husbands towards each other, parents with their children, masters and their servants and we are encouraged to act circumspectly, and to work willingly and enthusiastically – and to do all that we do with our whole heart and in a manner that is pleasing to the Lord – as though we were working for the Lord Himself, rather than for people.
Therefore, our actions should reflect purity of attitudes and not be carried out grudgingly or simply due to necessity or need. There should be no inner murmurings or resentments, but rather our work should flow from an inner being that delights to be of service – and seeks to undertake all that we do enthusiastically and with blessed goodwill, as though we were doing it all for the Lord Jesus Himself. You may be a business person. You may be a teacher, a doctor, an engineer, working for constructions; you may be a builder, a carpenter, or a nurse. Whatever might be your profession, you need to work not for the money you earn, but for the joy of your work. God has placed you in that position so you need to do a better job, at your work spot. You need to rise up in life. You must be appreciated by your boss. Only then you can hope for a promotion or receive an increment of payment. Keeping this in mind, you need to work hard to excel in your career. Whatever you do, do it enthusiastically, as something done for the Lord and not for men. Then God will honour you at your work place before others. The Bible says, “Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings. He will not stand before unknown men. ”Therefore from this moment forward, whatever you do, whether in word or deed, let us undertake to do it with a pure heart and seek to do it as unto the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through Him.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, we thank You because You consider our sincere work. We believe that you will honour us at our work place, if we work faithfully and honestly. Loving Lord, as we undertake the daily roles and responsibility in our life, we pray that we will undertake it willingly, enthusiastically and to the best of our ability. We pray that in all that we say, or do, we may do it unto God for the praise and glory of God.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
Dearly Beloved, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and Ever Unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Psalms 102:17, “ He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.”
From the above passage we see that the Lord will regard the prayer of the destitute, delivers the needy when he calls, and does not despise their prayer. We are dying creatures, but God is an everlasting God. When we consider our own darkness and deadness, and the many defects in our prayers, we have reason to fear that our prayer will not be heard in heaven; but we are assured because we have an Advocate to intercede with the Father, the Lord Jesus; and He brings us into the glorious liberty of His children, that we may bless and praise His name.
Dearly Beloved, He will regard the prayer of the destitute. When one cries out for help, the Lord hears them and answers them too. God supports gives protection and defends the “poor. He considers the poor in their afflicted state. The prayers of these are regarded and looked to, by the Lord; his eyes are upon them and His ears are open to these praying ones, who cry out to Him for help. He does not reject their prayers, with contempt and abhorrence; instead He will receive it with pleasure, and return an answer to it; the prayer of these poor destitute ones is delightful to Him. The Bible says, “For the sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord, But the prayer of the upright is His delight. ”
The Bible records of how an enslaved woman named Hagar meets the Angel of the Lord as she was wandering through a desert feeling hopeless. God himself appeared in angelic form—provides the hope and help that Hagar needs both the times. Hagar encounters the Angel of the Lord twice: once when Hagar runs away from Abraham and Sarah’s household because of Sarah’s cruel mistreatment of her, sparked by jealousy over the fact that Hagar had been able to conceive a child with Abraham but Sarah hadn’t. Hagar, was an Egyptian slave to Abraham with whom she had a son, Ishmael. Abraham’s wife became jealous and asked her husband to banish them to the desert. Sent away with only small rations of food and water, Hagar and Ishmael were miraculously saved from dying of thirst by an angel. God heard the cry of Hagar a destitute in the wilderness crying for water. He immediately responds to her cry and sends an angel to quench the thirst of her dying son. My dear children of God who are reading this message, will not God hear your prayer? God who heard the cry of Hagar, will He not hear your cry? Will He not listen to your prayer? He will because He is a God who hears the prayer of the destitute and does not despise their prayer. God says, “Call upon Me in the day of trouble. I will deliver you, and you shall glorify Me. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Dear Lord, we thank You because You hear the prayer of the destitute. And You never despise their prayer. We thank You for hearing the cry of Hagar and sending an angel to quench the thirst of her son. Do hear our cry also and answer our prayers when we go through affliction like Hagar so that we too will glorify your name.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
DearIy Beloved, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Psalms 34:5,” They looked to him, and were radiant. And their faces were not ashamed.”
From the above context we learn that when people looked up to God their faces were radiant. David expresses his gratitude by saying “I will bless the Lord at all times, and His praise shall continually be in my mouth. I will boast in the Lord .The humble shall hear of it and be glad. ” This is a reason why people, should join in praising and magnifying the Lord; these “looked” up to God in prayer and by faith, when in distressed and uncomfortable circumstances, for help and deliverance, and a supply of every needful thing; and they were “enlightened.” “Bible commentator Ezra interprets it, in this manner by telling, that they must have been enlightened, before they could look up to God, but by looking to the Lord more light was gained: this chiefly designs the light of joy, peace, and comfort, which is received when one believes in the Lord by faith.
They looked unto God – This refers to the men who were with the psalmist, who looked unto God. Yes, David was not alone, when he fled to Abimelech; and the meaning here is, that each one of those who were with him looked to God, and found light and comfort in Him. The psalmist ( David) seems to have had his thoughts , suddenly turned from himself to those who were with him, and to have called to his remembrance how they “all” looked to God in their troubles, and how they all found relief. Halleluiah! Amen.
If you hope to spend eternity in Heaven, praising God, then we need to spend much of our time here on earth while we are alive, in His work. We see that, David’s prayers helped him to silence his fears; many besides him have looked unto the Lord by faith and prayer, and it has wonderfully revived and comforted them. When we look to the world, we are perplexed, and at a loss. But when we look to Christ we will not only be comforted but also delivered from all our troubles. The Psalmist says, this poor man, cried out, and the Lord heard him and delivered him from all his troubles. The holy angels minister to the saints, and stand for them against the powers of darkness. All the glory be to the Lord. The Psalmist says, “Taste and see that the Lord is good.” Take notice of God’s goodness; and be comforted by it. He truly blesses all those that trust in him. You shall have grace sufficient for the spiritual life, as well as this life Those who trust in themselves, and think their own efforts are sufficient for them, then they shall lack something, but they who trust in the Lord, shall not lack any good thing. God Bless you.
Prayer: Our Loving Heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Lord we thank you for being all sufficient to us. Help us to see how good You are, to those who trust in You. Make our faces radiant, when we look up to you. Cause your face to shine upon us. May we lack no good thing, since our hope is in you. Teach us to look up to You when we are in trouble.
In Jesus Name We Pray.
Amen.
