You Shall Be The Pride Of God

Dearly Beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The auspicious life giving word of the  Lord, for  today  is  from  the  book  of  Isaiah 60:15, ‘I will make you the everlasting pride and the joy of many generations’.

Everlasting pride refers to an everlasting promotion. It is an honour. The Lord does not want you to be in a high position for a few days and then fall down to a lower level. You would have heard some say, ‘He has lived a lavish life and now he has ruined himself’.” He has lost everything and has become poor.  Once  I had  been to Sri Lanka for ministry. I was taken to a house by a brother who worked there.  I asked the brother,   to whose house are we going? He told that’ I am taking you to the house of a person who lived a lavish life and is now ruined’. When I went to the house of this person who lived a lavish life, I came to know that he was a great businessman. His house was marvellous. It was an honourable house. Now, he was living for rent in the same house he had built and owned. He was at the peak of debt. He could not clear  the debt, so the lenders took over the house. But he had managed to make them agree that he would pay rent and stay in the same house.

I prayed for this family, and said ‘Lord, give another chance for them’. The Lord told, ‘I will restore all that you lost’. When he heard this word, the man was astonished. He said, I have debts in crores. How will I restore this house? The financiers tried to force him to give the house, but he had not given it. It was a house he had built with great desire. I told him, ‘ The next time I come to Sri Lanka,  this house that you are paying rent right now, will be restored back to you’. For that the Lord will give you a great blessing in your export business. The blessings of a servant of God will come true. Isaiah 65:8, says, ‘As when juice is still found in a cluster of grapes and people say, don’t destroy it, there is still a blessing in it. So will I do on behalf of my servants, I will not destroy them all’. In the eyes of the Lord, the prayer of a servant of God is special. The servant of God will stand as a bridge between God and man and pleads to God and prays just like Moses. So, I prayed at his home and left. Do you know what happened? The Lord caused him to shine in the same business  and within a year he settled crores   of debts and restored his house. The next year when  I went there, he took me around for ministry for ten days. The reason why  I am saying this,  is that the Lord will bless those of you   who have spent  a lavish life before and later   have   ruined   yourself.   That is the everlasting pride. Everlasting pride refers to a permanent promotion or permanent honour. The Lord desires for us to have it. But sometimes, our actions snatch it away. But what does today’s verse say? Everlasting pride! The Lord will bless you with everlasting pride.

Prayer: Loving Lord, we thank you! You have said, ‘I will make you an everlasting honour’. For those who have lived a lavish life and have been ruined, may they receive a permanent blessing.  Break all obstacles and bless their business, their work and ministry. Restore to them all that they have lost. By your grace, give them the blessing of offspring and generations. Bless them to live happily.

 In Jesus Name we pray.

 Amen!

My Redeemer

Dearly beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The auspicious life giving word of the Lord, for today is from the book of John 8:36, ‘So, if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”
The Bible says that our Lord Jesus was born in this earth as a Redeemer to save us. Our Lord Jesus has the Name, Redeemer. It means the One who redeems or saves you. So, if the Son of God, Jesus Christ redeems us, we will be free indeed. We can call this true freedom, complete freedom. Some are delivered, but not fully. Some are delivered from diseases but not completely healed. Some are delivered from the bondage of the devil when they are prayed for, but are they completely delivered? What does this verse say, ‘ So if the Son sets you free, you are free indeed! You need complete deliverance not partial. The Lord wants to give you complete deliverance. Only the Lord can set you free from every affliction you go through. Seek God to be healed of your disease, your bondage from evil spirit.
Deliverance is for someone who is caught up in something and wants to be free. Are you caught in sin , any unwanted relationship, debt , sickness etc. Do not worry. Today the Lord will deliver you. The Lord is coming in your midst as the God of deliverance and is delivering you. All you need to do is one thing. Say, ‘Jesus, deliver me.” You came to this earth to deliver me. You came to redeem me. Please deliver me. It is enough if you call upon Him. He will surely come up to you. Generally, when people who ask for help are caught in something, we see them calling out for help. Help me! Help me! But, today, it is enough for you to say just one word for the Lord to deliver you. Some are thinking, ‘I am in a good family, but will this unwanted habit bring separation in the family? I want to come out of this habit, but I am unable to. If you are thinking in this manner, then ask the Lord for help. Ask the Lord to deliver you from all bad habit. Say, “ Lord, please help me in this situation and deliver me from this weakness, sin, bad- relationship, bad -habit, alcohol, drugs, debts, and disease. I desire to be delivered.” When you ask the Lord for help, Ebenezer, the Lord who helps, will surely come and will help you in this matter and will deliver you completely.

Prayer: Loving Lord, we thank you! My children have been longing for deliverance. Lord, release them from their bondage and set them free. I thank You Lord for delivering them. The evil spirits in legions ran away on seeing you. Likewise, as You go into their homes, deliver them, from all the bondages of the devil. There are many who hurt their own bodies. Deliver all of them and cause them to be at peace. Bring them out of all the unwanted connections, sins, addictions to drugs which they are in. Bless them to live a life pleasing to You from today.
In Jesus Name we pray,

Amen!

God’s Love Will Not Be Shaken.

My  dear beloved in Christ, I greet and bless you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of Isaiah 54:10, “Though the mountains be shaken, and the hills be removed, my unfailing love for you will not be shaken,  nor my covenant of peace be removed,” says the Lord, who has compassion on you.

From the above context, we learn that God promises to comfort you when you go through struggles. He says though the mountains are shaken, and the hills are removed, His love for you will not be shaken. Neither His covenant of peace be removed from you. He wants to show His compassion to you as He showed to all those who came to Him 2000  years ago, healing them of their disease, delivering them from being demon-possessed, and  granting them food and water.    He went about doing good to all those who were afflicted in one way or the other. Today he has decided to help you from your problems, through this message by comforting you by His word. Because we find that many are going through trials and pain and agony. Jesus is one who changes all your challenges into achievements. Such a God has decided to help you in your struggles.

Once a huge giant came and  stood challenging the army of Israel. The people of Israel were terrorized, the king himself was scared. The army men who were well trained in the war were filled with  fear and anxiety. He was Goliath a huge giant. The army of Israel were terrified and afraid at his huge height and his personality. David a small lad, who came to the battleground to see his brothers in the army was surprised to see the giant challenge his people. So he went and stood before the giant boldly.   David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the name of the Lord   Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. This day the Lord  will hand you over to me, and I’ll strike you down and cut off your head. Just as he said, David killed the giant with a few pebbles. And brought   great victory to Israel.

My Dearly beloved, Who is standing before you as the giant   Goliath or like Haman who was making every effort to kill Mordecai. When God who brought victory to David is on your side, then you need not fear the face of any man. God will surely bring victory to you and exalt you in the very place you had been put to shame. Are you caught up in great danger in your business due to -business- partners? Has someone hurt you by cruel words that you are unable to sleep peacefully.  Or is your family problem pressing you down  to such an extent that you are   worried and crying over it and wondering as to who will deliver you  to  come out of your problem? The hero of deliverance,  Jesus  Christ  is  ready to help you.  May be till yesterday it was your personal problem. But hereafter, the Lord will be responsible to handle your situation. God has been watching all the struggles that you had been facing. God looks at the agony of your life. The Lord wants to show compassion to you and solve your problem, and grant you his perfect peace. Make a covenant with God and He will be compassionate to you. God Bless you.

Prayer:  Our  loving heavenly  Father, we   thank   You for   this blessed day. Dear Lord, we thank You because You are compassionate  and  desire to help us. Lord, we are helpless and dejected in life due to many problems   we face.    Come  and  rescue  us  from all our financial, family, business problems.  Enlighten our lives, make us live a life of peace and fulfillment.

In Jesus Name We Pray.

Amen.

FREEDOM

Dearly Beloved, I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The blessed word that the Lord has given for you today is from the book of   Exodus 3: 17, “I will bring you up out of the affliction, of Egypt, to the land of the Canaanites, to a land flowing with milk and honey.”

From the above verse we learn that our God gave freedom to the children of Israel who were being afflicted by the Egyptian task masters, for nearly 430 years. But the new Pharaoh was still worried that his Israelite slaves would rise up against him as they were great in number.  So he ordered a terrible punishment – all the first-born male babies of the Israelites were to be killed. Pharaoh gave orders to the midwives that ‘Every son that is born , you shall be cast into the river’. But God saved Moses who was born at that period of time to perform a great task   in the future days to come.  God called Moses who was then 80 years, of age. Moses lived 120 years and was 80 when he confronted Pharaoh, says the word of God.  God called “Moses, Moses!”And He said to him, “I am the God of your father—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.”  “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows. So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites. Come now, therefore, and I will send you to Pharaoh that you may bring My people, the children of Israel, out of Egypt.”

But Moses gave many excuses in order to avoid   being the leader of Israel, and also since he fled from Egypt, when he was 40 years, of age,   now he did not want to go and stand before Pharaoh. So God said, to him, “I will certainly be with you. And this shall be a sign to you that I have sent you: When you have brought the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God on this mountain.” God also said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, ‘I AM has sent me to you.’ ”  Moreover God said to Moses, “Thus you shall say to the children of Israel: ‘The Lord God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you. So Moses gathered the elders of Israel together, and said to them, all that the Lord God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, had said to him.  “In obedience to God, Moses did just as He had said,   He stood before Pharaoh and asked him  to let the people of Israel, to go  three days’ journey into the wilderness, that  they  may sacrifice to the Lord  their  on the mountains.   ’ God encouraged Moses   saying, I will,   stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all My wonders which I will do in its midst; and after that he will let you go. And I will give this people favour in the sight of the Egyptians; and it shall be, when you go, that you shall not go empty-handed. But every woman shall ask of her neighbour, who dwells near her house, articles of silver, articles of gold, and clothing; and you shall put them on your sons and on your daughters. So you shall plunder the Egyptians.”Thus God did not send them out empty handed.

Thus we see that God firstly saw the affliction of the Israelites, Later He heard their cry. Immediately He came down to help them and sent a deliverer Moses to deliver them from the horrible situation. As they were afraid of moving to a strange land God also moved along with them as a pillar of cloud during the day, and as a pillar of fire during the night. His presence went before them, to ensure that they were well protected by God. To bring out His people who were treated like slaves, He performed ten major plagues as a sign to awaken the mind of Pharaoh towards the children of Israel. But God hardened the heart of Pharaoh such that he refused to send them out of Egypt. Moreover he wasn’t convinced about worshipping God outside Egypt on the mountains. So he refused to send them. Finally the wrath of God was upon them and God slew all the first born of the Egyptians. Pharaoh and the people shuddered at the slaughter so they forcibly sent the Israelites out of their land.

Are you struggling in your life like the Israelites? Are you forced to work more than your capacity? Are you stressed with work load, at your work spot? Is your boss rude and arrogant in behaviour. God will soon deliver you out of his hand. God will make a way where there seems to be no way. Trust in God and obey His word then You will be delivered from all your problems, God will set you free. God bless you.

Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank   You   for this blessed day. Lord we thank You for telling us about   the hardship that the people of Israel endured in the hands of the Egyptians. God deliver us also from our hardships and give us protection and security that we may enjoy real freedom.

In Jesus Name We Pray.

Amen.

Good Days

I greet and bless you in the name of our Creator, Maker, and ever unforgettable Lord Jesus Christ. The Blessed word that the Lord   has given for you today is from the book of Job 14:14, “If a man dies, shall he live again?  All the days, of my hard service, I will wait, till my change comes.”

From the above context we see that Job questions God, as to when a change will come in his life.  He says, “I am waiting for the end time of my affliction to come.” Our God is one who brings about changes, in our life. But he does not change. At the same time He   changes, our circumstances.  In the case of Job, it was God who allowed him to be   afflicted in order to check his faith in God. Job proved himself to be blameless and righteous. He did not murmur against God, neither did he grumble over his situation. He believed that God will bring about a great change in his life, after the period of his affliction. He says that he is waiting for the appointed time, for God to bring about a change in his life. He had faith in God that God the Father will not   destroy him in his affliction; instead he will change his sorrow into joy and also help him see the days of glory as he had lived in the past days of his life. This shows how wealthy he had been in the past with his wife and children. He had lived a respectable life.

But now his condition was miserable. I see in my spirit, many of you reading this message with much expectation, hoping for a change to take place in your life. Those of you who are going through affliction and trials due to financial crisis, joblessness, failure in business, poor payment, huge debts, and poor health condition, may be anxiously waiting for a change to happen in your life. You may be saying, “Will not God open His eyes and see my affliction? How long am I going to suffer like this? When will I see good days in my life? When will I get a good job? When will I earn more money? When will  I get settled  ? When will I have a child?   I am living in great shame and   humiliation, How can I face the society? When will I do well in my business?  ”These are some of the questions that may arise in your mind. Well as prophesy, I wish to say that God will soon bring about a change in your life provided you remain quiet like Job who waited for the appointed time   of change in his life. God says, surely there is an end, to all   your   sufferings. Your hope will not be cut off.  There will be an end to your sickness, your state of poverty,    and your debts. God will bring an end to your shame and   humiliation, He knows all your problems and sorrows that you go through in your life. The Bible says, “The eyes of the Lord look down from heaven, upon the children of men. “God keeps looking at you and your needs to support you when you are in trouble. All you need to do is to wait upon God patiently for His time.

Job was living peacefully as a wealthy man with his wife and ten children. But disaster suddenly struck his family. He lost his ten children on a single day, then his cattle, his wealth and all glory and honour.  He took a potsherd             with which to scrape, the boils from the sole of his foot to the crown   of his head.  His friends looking at his disfigured body wondered whether he had committed some   secret sin against God. Even his wife said to him, “Do you still hold fast to your integrity?  Curse God and die.  But he spoke to her saying, “You speak as one of the foolish women speaks.” Shall we who accepted good from God and shall we not accept adversity?  And in   this Job did not sin   with his lips. So when affliction strikes your door then count it all joy when you fall into various trials. Because once the period of affliction gets over then God will pour out his blessings upon you. He blessed Job who endured very patiently, a double portion of blessing. Then his brothers and sisters, and all his acquaintances, came to him and ate food with him, consoled and comforted him. Each one gave him a piece of silver and each a ring of gold. The Lord blessed the latter days of Job, more than his beginning. God will bless you also as he had blessed Job. Wait patiently for the appointed   time of change.  God bless you.

Prayer:  Our loving heavenly Father, we thank   You   for this blessed day. Dear Lord, we thank You for telling us about Job and his affliction. Help us to bear patiently the affliction that we need to go through. Give us the grace we need to wait upon God, when we go through affliction.

In Jesus Name We Pray.

Amen.
