Praise the Lord, my name is Lydia and this is my husband Johnson. During one of Brother Stephen’s meetings, I prayed individually with him and the word he gave me was- God is going to stop the floods that are coming against you. A few weeks later my husband suddenly fainted at work. The colleagues took him to a hospital and there they said that it was a heart attack and that they would need to do an angioplasty. When they were making arrangements for the angio I was in deep prayer because Brother had said that those who have a problem in the heart will be supplied with a new one by the angels from heaven. In the same way, I saw angels bringing a new heart from heaven for my husband. The next day they did the angio and they found no problem in it. Only a small valve was shrunken and this could be fixed with tablets itself.
So we were relaxed a little but were still waiting for my husband to gain consciousness. When I asked around the nurses and doctors about why he was still unconscious, they said this isn’t a heart problem, there is some problem in the brain. So we took a brain scan and the doctors said there was internal bleeding in the brain. Immediately they asked us to go to the Neuro specialists. It may seem like my husband’s health was severely affected but I know that God stopped many serious things from happening to him. Even in the Neuro department God made sure that my husband would get well without needing surgery or anything. He got well just by taking tablets. I praise God for hearing my prayers and healing my prayers and Brother Stephen for his prayers.
Praise the Lord. We come from Royapuram. 6 months back I had an attack of acute depression. I was suffering terribly and going to the hospital and getting treatment which didn’t help much. A few months later I came to a meeting by Bro Stephen. Before leaving that meeting I prayed fervently for myself. After that my spirit was lifted and I was set free from my illness, I could go about the day and do things by myself without negative thoughts bringing me down.
Because of my depression, for the past 4 months my business was going down very badly. When we prayed with Bro Stephen about this he said that the doors of financial blessings are going to be opened in your life. We went back home and just kept praying with the promise that God had given us through Brother. 4 days later I got an offer from Canada telling me about my wonderful job benefits and asking me to make arrangements to go there. I give all the praise and glory to God and thank Brother Stephen for praying for us.
Praise the Lord. I thank God forgiving me the opportunity to give my testimony. My son suddenly fell sick out of nowhere. No matter what he ate, he would vomit. Even drinking water would cause him to vomit. We went to the doctor for this for 3 days, but he was still sick. The blood results should be from 0.5-1.3 but it was 2.37 for him and therefore he continued to be very sick. Then we got a phone call saying Bro Stephen wanted to pray with us. So I took my son to Bro Stephen’s office and he prayed for my son. He laid hands on my son and prayed for him and said he would surely bless you and give you many descendants. (Hebrews 6:14) He said no matter what ailments we have, God can heal us completely. He also asked us to get the blood results the next day when we come. Just after we prayed we went and got the blood tested and the next day the results miraculously came back as normal -1.3. I praise God for healing my son and Bro Stephen for praying for us sincerely.
Praise the Lord, My name is Florence, I come from Chennai. I had a severe problem in my mental well being, Whenever I sat down to pray, worldly thoughts and wishes would cloud my mind. I would open the Bible to read or sit down to pray and immediately these thoughts used to attack my mind. Last month I came to Bro Stephen’s prayer meeting. In the midst of the meeting, I told God about this issue and I told him that when I leave this meeting, he must deliver me from it. I prayed and gave it completely to God and went home. Ever since then, I’ve been having no problems while praying. If I close my eyes I am now able to pray peacefully. I have been delivered fully. Praise God and thanks to Bro Stephen for being a blessing to us through his meetings.
Praise the Lord my name is George Amalan. I come from Ambattur. I have a daughter and a son. My son is very weak when it comes to studies. I had no hope for him to receive qualifications. Even if he got job opportunities he would never improve and so his career was doomed.
During this time, there was a meeting in Arakkonam where Bro. Stephen was preaching. During individual prayer, when I saw him I couldn’t bring myself to say anything. Brother himself told me that I am very sad when I think about my son. And said that God would do 3 things- firstly he would lift my son up to a position where he would give jobs to many people. Secondly, he said, you are worried about him getting married. Bro prophesied saying that God will open doors for my son’s marriage as soon as his work is settled, Thirdly, he said God will give him a son in 2018. When we were done praying he said don’t be worried, keep your faith in God. One by one God is fulfilling his promises. He opened a departmental store and soon got married. All praises to God, we look forward eagerly to the last promise. Thank you Bro. Stephen for praying fo us.
