Go In Peace - Bro. T. Stephen

I greet and bless everyone in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. The blessed word that God has given for you today, is from the book of 1 Samuel 1-17 , “Go In Peace And May The God of Israel, grant the petition, you have asked of him.”
From the above context we understand that our God rewards those who are faithful. He not only grants you peace but also the petition you have asked of Him. When we live, as God expects us to live, then God will bring about a great change in our lives. May be you have met loss in your life and you expect God to give you another opportunity to live. This is possible if you live a life pleasing unto God.
You need to live a life of testimony. May be you have backslidden from God and lost your glory. You have joined hands with the things of this world. Or you have engaged in activities that displeases God. The evil one has trapped you, such that you are unable to see the reality of life. You just can’t live like the unbelievers. God says, very clearly in the Bible that one who loves the world does not belong to God. Many make compromises with the world, and wish to please their friends and relatives or someone in the work spot. They seem more important to you than the living God.
The Bible says, He who loves the world is an enemy of God. If a man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. Only God can reward you my dear brothers and sisters, May be there is some sickness in you, or weakness in your body. Or some problem in your business and you are unable to carry on your business successfully. There is some uneasiness at your work spot that needs to be solved. Today God wants to provide you fullness in every aspect of your life. And God says, those who seek God shall not lack any good thing.
Many of you who are reading this message are really searching for some comfort from God and His word. You are longing to seek Him. Therefore you shall not lack any good thing in your life.
I wish to share the testimony of a sister, who came to our Prayer Tower in Nagercoil two months back. She came in tears and said that her daughter was chased by her husband and her in laws and now her daughter, along with her children are in her house. This sister said, “I have come to this Prayer Tower under the refuge of God.”She surrendered herself at the feet of the Lord. She went into the small meditation room and kept crying. She said, she couldn’t bear to see her daughter in this condition. She remained in that room till late evening. The prayer warriors prayed for her earnestly and sent her home with the promise, “Go In Peace, The God of Israel, will grant the petition, you have asked of him.” So that sister, left in peace. The very next day in the morning, all the members from her husband’s family, came and without saying anything took back her daughter and her grandchildren. Thus we see that this sister had witnessed a miracle, for having come under the refuge of God, to the Prayer Tower. She sought God and so she was rewarded. God will reward you too, if you seek God with your whole heart. God bless you.
Prayer: Our loving heavenly Father, we thank You for this blessed day. Thank you Lord for being our stronghold and our refuge. You are our strength and a very present help. We thank you for hearing the cry of that sister and granting her request. Teach us to come under the refuge of God, when we are in trouble.
In Jesus name we pray.
Amen.
